Fishermans Catch in Swale

Amazing fish but chips were awful, no fresh !!!!! Re fried, such a shame,please sort your chips out and I will be a customer for life.

Ordered from here Friday evening. The food arrived after approximately one hour (Uber eats) Portion sizes were good. We ordered large cod, fish bites, 1/4lb cheese burger, large chips, medium chips and kids nuggets and chips. The burger was nice but had no options to add salad. The fish was cooked nice as were the fish bites. The chips were slightly soggy and not the best ever but still tasty. Disappointingly, the curry sauce was a bit runnier than I liked. Overall, a nice dinner but didn’t leave me craving another fish and chips.

This is the best fish and chip on the Island without doubt. Our office have a fish and chip Friday every month and the Fisherman's Catch is the only place we go.

Received a huge portion of fish and chips. The chips were awful and the fish was terrible. It was thrown in the nearest bin. I cannot believe the score this place has. It’s unbelievable based on the quality of the food.

Just had large cod and small chips fishermans catch sheerness it was gorgeous and batter on fish lovely snd crispy best chips and fish sheerness highly recommend

Have my Friday fish and chips from here every week. The food is always cooked while I wait, very good portions at a fair price. Staff are always friendly and helpful - something of a rarity these days. Can honestly say that I have never had anything but top quality food and service in over 12 months of visits. In my opinion the best Fish & Chips on Sheppey.

always lovely food and great service pity I had a bad experience with uber eats🙄but manager was totally shocked when I told him didn't receive my order and that the drivers are uber eats not the shop and offer me my order 🤗would highly recommend 👍and although I had left a one star in uber eats that was meant for the driver and certainly not the shop

By far the best fish and chips we've had in a LONG time. It was cooked to perfection, the fish batter was like it should be, which is something chipshops seem to struggle with just lately. The fish tasted great and the chips were fantastic too. Have recommended it to others who are trying it tonight, I hope it wasn't a one trick pony.

First visit and was not disappointed. Fish was tasty and chips were amazing. Great service too. Highly recommended. Friendly staff best chippy in the area in my opinion

Grease Lighting There was so much cooking oil and grease on our fish when we opened it. Ruined the food. Tastes awful. Wasn’t just one piece either. Chips weren’t bad.

Good sized portions of nicely cooked fish and chips. I had an excellent Haddock & Chips for £7.50. All cooked fresh to order. Both the fish and the chips were properly cooked, something lots of chippies seem to be struggling with at the moment. Added bonus that it's close enough to the beach that you can eat there.

Really friendly & helpful staff. The fish & chips were lovely - thank goodness I asked for a small portion because this was very generous. The haddock was fresh with good batter - would recommend and will be back

By far the best on the island. I go atleast once a week. Chips are always crispy and huge portions at a good price.

Continuing to serve first class food. Every Friday they cook my mother akrge fish which we share. They cook it to perfection meeting her needs. She has difficulty swallowing so they adapt their recipe accordingly so that it's very moist, creamy and easy for her to digest. This way encouraged her to eat better The portions are so large that we share the remainder with the local visitors to the garden. See photo. We wish you a very happy Christmas and will order on Thursday this week as o vioisky closed Christmas day. Thank you for such good undisturbed service despite Lockdown and period of short staff.

Since using the Fisherman's catch in Sheerness we have returned every week without fail. Their food looks and tastes appetising.The fish is locally sourced. They are a clean friendly environment. Staff helpful and multilingual What is the main attraction for me is that they are very accommodating and meet the needs of my elderly mother Grace aged 86. She has swallowing difficulties so we were advised by fisherman's catch to choose the middle cut of Gurnet. They cook it on a way that it melts in her mouth. The portions are ample, we usually have to leave a piece for later and their chips are always tender, tasty, long and none of those sharp bits we experienced at other fish n chip shops Their sausage in batter is also good quality. I have yet to try other choices

Great place for take away traditional fish and chips. Fish very fresh, well prepared to own taste and affordable. Chips are cooked to perfection. The people who work there are very attentive and friendly. 5 stars.
