Always call in to Firebrand on our way into Cornwall to pick up some beers for the caravan and have a cheeky one in the Taproom. Great beers, friendly staff.

Great, chilled evening enjoying their great beers - I was driving but the alcohol free didn’t disappoint Relaxed atmosphere and quirky place with very friendly staff Hard to find if you rely on postcode only so you need to put in full address to avoid a detour around Launceston Street foody vibe with delicious burgers and fries (all reasonably priced) We went when a singer/guitar player was performing which just added to a real quality experience Definitely going back

We were a little apprensive on parking our car, as our "hipster days" have long passed us by! However we needn't have worried. Once we climbed the stairs and entered the bar area, we were warmly greeted and were amongst a wide range of chatting age groups. This was a Friday at 6pm. Some were having takeaways, both beers and bugers; some like us, choose to take a seat and chill. It has a great laid-back atmosphere, with background music and a lot of chatter. It is a functional room; with an open window onto the brewery's vats below. As one would expect the beer quality (and choice) was first-class. I am a great fan of their Bootleg Billy beer (4%), which was excellent. Served with a Pint of Devon Red for my wife, it came to a very reasonable £7-60. The snack and burger menu is really exciting, with options and mixes you wouldn't always find. A chicken a Beef, chips and a superb "slaw" was £26, very good value - especially for the quality. again delicious. We shall certainly be returning and I recommend this place for a casual, informal beer or two,( if it wasn't in the industrial estate, you could imagine you were on holiday somewhere.)

Friendly staff, prompt service and a nice cream tea. There is seating in the main cafe, some more under the cover of a small marquee and loads more on the lawn. Reasonably priced too.

Absolutely wonderful visit. The cream tea was the best I think I’ve ever had. Warm scones, huge pot of cream and delicious jam, must be homemade. The tea was piping hot and came with an additional tea
