Lovely place. Really enjoyed visit and food.

My husband and I both enjoyed our brunch, the atmosphere and service here today. We will definitely be back. There is a lot on the menu I look forward to trying!

Popped into this little gem not too long ago with a friend to try and sort out a hangover, and let me tell you, I left feeling fresh as the dickens! The bloody mary was made perfectly to my request, the breakfast was rammed full on my plate, all the food was delicious and if I wasn't so hanging I would have had a second round. Beautiful place, I specifically like the real large plants climbing around the windows and walls. All the staff were really cheery, even had a quick word with the general manager and she was really approachable and friendly! Will be back next time I have a heavy night out, highly recommend 👌

Great menu selection. Lots of veggie options.

First time here. Highly recommended. We had a great lunch, top food and very reasonably priced. Great atmosphere, a nice outside area when the sun is shining, as it is now, with excellent service from great staff. I'm a Ceoliac/gluten free, so those of a similar ilk, doubly recommended.

Popular place. 1st visit A fairly large, varied menu; we had light lunch of fish finger sandwiches and the pancakes. Food nice though pancakes seemed quite small. Reasonable prices though. Service was a little slower for the dessert. Loved the design and ambience of the place. Only 2 ladies toilets and in one of those the toilet paper dispenser wasn't working. Didn't book and we were lucky that we didn't have to wait either. 2nd visit 3pm on the Sunday of Literary Festival weekend. Hardly anyone there. Plenty of tables to choose from and food arrived quickly. Went for Allday Brunch...was just what was needed. Plenty of it and tasted fab. Reasonably priced at £10.50 too. Check your drink glasses as they were a little dirty round the rim/residue from dishwasher? Toilets a little chilly!

First visit with husband and three daughters. Food was very good and the decor and atmosphere was really good. Spoilt for us by the miserable waitress who served us. She obviously didn’t want to be there

Good Shasuka and English breakfast. Service mixed - one lady very friendly, another miserable and disengaged.

The staff can’t do enough for you and made me feel so comfortable. The vibe, as in all lounges, is great, and the decor is fabulous!

Visited on Saturday, it was VERY busy and they were clearly short staffed! The what I assume was the manager was running around constantly for our whole visit. She was really accommodating and friendly even though clearly rushed off her feet! Nonetheless, food was great and drinks were delicious, would definitely go again.

A first visit left a disappointed taste in our mouthes. The two waitresses that served us were lovely, however the rest of the experience was not good enough. The website states "dog friendly" but doesn't state that dogs are allowed all over the premises without any regard for other patrons (not a dog hater just not keen on sharing my dinner space with them) We were informed we needed to go to the bar to order food which was not an issue, other diners were given preferential treatment and orders for food and drinks especially were taken at their tables and brought to them. The food itself wasn't great. The steak was small in size and the chicken burger was overcooked. A real shame as the restaurant looked lovely but leaves you feeling let down.

My teenage daughter and I had a great lunch here. I love the decor and open space out onto the terrace. I had the Buddha Bowl salad which was excellent, delicious and very wholesome. Generous portion and wonderful variety. My daughter had a brunch that she reported to be fab too. Service was prompt, efficient and polite. We'll definitely go again next time we head to Cheltenham!

Came in with my boyfriend on a busy night and had the best time ever!! Although the staff were all super busy they were all lovely and friendly and very hospitable! The female manager was so funny and made us laugh every time we were served by her, it’s clear to see why the place is so busy as the food and drinks were delicious too! We can’t wait to come back!!

i don’t usually leave reviews but we had such a lovely time i just had to! i came in with my friends for some lunch and the atmosphere and food was 10/10! my friend has a lot of dietary requirements and the management were excellent in accommodating to her! thank you so much to the lovely manager who made the experience!

I don’t usually write reviews however, I feel after my visit on the evening of Friday 19th I have to following what I saw. It was evidently a busy night and the two young girls behind the bar were doing a great job. My husband went up to the bar to order when an older woman (which we later found out was the manger) came behind the bar and started aggressively criticising the girl with purple hair. The girl was evidently upset as she continued serving. The manager then left and we watched her slamming plates and glasses down on tables around uncomfortable customers. This wasn’t the only time of the evening we saw her acting in an unprofessional manner as she was loudly announcing her annoyance about either the bar staff or customers; to which she then left during a busy period to sit outside and vape for about 20 minutes. As someone who works in hospitality I felt really disheartened to see a “manager” treat her staff and customers the way she did that night and for this reason only we won’t be coming back.

Absolutely delighted to find Lounge open after website said it was closed from 10.00am! Food was perfect particularly catering for food intolerances with order taken by a staff member who cared and gave a confidence that all meals would be fine Thanks

Order by App, unless you have some serious dietary issues which are dealt with promptly and efficiently at the bar, then service at your table. Whether it's a morning coffee, a quick brunch or something more leisurely, they have a wide menu. Only issue not their problem, Bath Road parking can be difficult.

We visit Cheltenham every year and it's our place to go for breakfast! We have friends who are vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters and it's lots of options for everyone! I'm never disappointed. I had Shasuksha this time and it was yummy! I added fried halloumi chips- perfect combination. I would highly recommend it.

Staff approach was outstanding. Genuinely positive and appropriately engaging. Had a toasted tea cake with coffee. Both pretty good.

Had a lovely father's day brunch with excellent food, generous portions and speedy service despite being busy. The staff went above and beyond, especially Kira who managed to find a table for our group. They also have excellent options for coeliacs!

Lovely breakfast,but was let down by miserable staff ,one in particular who took our order not one bit friendly infarct miserably ,think his name was Josh glasses,beard,my boyfriend even commented how miserable he was ,it’s not acceptable when dealing with Paul g customers.

Great selection of Veggie/Vegan options, when ordering food and drinks I was pleasantly surprised that the server offered to bring the drinks over to the table rather than wait and bring myself. Food was brought over by Josh who was friendly, and also fetched condiments for us, food was hot and tasty, would definitely order again. Jack came to check up on how the meal was and offered his assistance for anything we might need. Overall really nice atmosphere, great service and good food. 10/10

Normally great service and food. Food was warm not hot. Service by a new member of staff was frankly not good enough - her colleague intervened and solved the problem very easily.

Great atmosphere and venue. Choice of ordering in person or on the app, with speedy service. Food was made fresh to order and my God the Cowboy Smash Burger was insane! Can't remember eating a burger that tasted this good. Perfect size too, so didn't feel like you needed a risk assessment and access equipment to eat it! 😂

Great surprise! I expected just average culinary experience, but it was well above that with really excellent food. Service was OK, but a little transactional. There was a nice mix of people across all aged groups which made for a good vibe atmosphere. Recommend it!

Have been here many times with family and friends for breakfast, great place lovley food and staff, and dog friendly, can't fault it.

Phoned and booked a family party of 6. Arrived slightly early to be told there was a 35-40 minute wait for food and, anyway, there was no record of my booking. Decided not to bother! Staff and would-be customers all very stressed. Not a good introduction!

Helpful that it's open on a Sunday when lots on the Bath road is closed. But overall disappointing compared to all the other Lounges in the chain. Feels like the staff don't care too much. When we popped in there were no colouring pencils for the children. The orange juice machine is out of action. Lots of tables with dirty used menus on. Just feels a bit unloved. Edit: Downgraded my review to a 2 star as food arrived missing multiple ingredients. With no prewarning or apology. Poor show

The surroundings are actually ok and service was fine although I had to scan a qr code to order another drink, yawn. The toilets are great with some amazing B&W photos. Food I thought was poor.

Shame as the place looks so good but the food quality was very low, at least the one I’ve had. The “Chicken Souvlaki” is a big NO, worst I’ve ever had, the flatbread was really hard…toppings no near a Souvlaki… I’ll give it another try as I said the place is nice and deserves better food, but for now this is my review.

Visited for a quick lunch. Service was ok if a bit slow taking about 25-30 minutes for a burger. The burger was quite dull and dry with a partially stale bun. Chips were good. Won't be rushing back to eat here again.

Fantastic food, we attended tapas Tuesday and it was amazing, so nice to try a variety of tasty dishes.

I just had a hot chocolate. The staff were very attentive to all the customers in the lounge. It was all very tidy and clean and I will definitely go there again.

Wasn’t even busy and we waited over 40 minutes for our brunch. Not returning.

Very disappointed as heard good things. No table service. Baby chairs unstable. Very expensive food for what you get. Nearly £10 for a fish finger sandwiche and comes with no sides. Very disappointed and expensive for what it was. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

Exactly what you need after a big night of drinking.

First visit after going to many of the "Lounges" before. This one didn't disappoint. We had tapas and it was great! Very tasty, well presented, and good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful.
