We have just spent the afternoon at the wacky warehouse handforth . It is a fabulous space my 2 year old absolutely loves it there. Mel and Kelly are just wonderful staff and can't do enough for you . It's lovely to have staff who engage with the children and to be greeted with happy faces. 😊 Thank you ladies.

18/01/24 When in the area we love to have a carvery so when we arrived in Handforth this time was no different .We washed our hands logged car into the carpark and bought a drink . Decided on a carvery meal and asked "are you doing them today" Lady behind bar said "yes would you like to buy ?" Once we handed our tickets over the very pleasant guy /chef now informed us "Sorry mate the ovens failed overnight and we only have turkey " The meal was ok ,we made do and realise things can and do go wrong . It would have been nice to be informed at the point of sale ,which would have let us have a choice off the menu . Hope everything's working ok for our next visit but if it isn't then all we ask is tell us before we buy the carvery tickets . Thanks .

I take my daughter to this soft play every week it is amazing all staff including Kelly are amazing with my daughter really recommend they are always welcoming and happy great place to take your child for a fun morning/afternoon xx

Went here for mum's birthday treat, the carvery was hot, yummy, plentiful. The staff were polite and professional. The place clean and tidy. I recommend a visit, treat yourself.

Awful ... staff was very friendly but thays about all it has going for it . Kids had carvery they chose gammon coz the turkey and beef looked so dry it would choke you. Most of the veggies where dry obviously been sat a while, hubby had mixed grill he would eat anything so can comment on his . I paid £15 for steak and cheese fondue .. cheese came out looking like scrambled egg so sent it back but by the time a new one came test of my dinner was stone cold and also chess elbowed better but once you dipped in it was exactly the same as the 1st one under the surface. Also the brea did came in was like rubber and 1 tablespoon of cheese fondue ??!! For what you got that neal is way over priced . I wouldn't go back.

Came to the play area with my 4yo &11month old. Very busy but the woman on the desk was extremely helpful, played with my 11 month old and kept the place clean. Lovely woman. Will definitely come again :) x

Game for tea with friends enjoyed a lovely meal, all the staff were fab! Food arrived on time and was delicious!! One of the waitresses Rachel did a fabulous job and made us yummy desserts will be back again very soon😊😊

I really wish I would have taken pictures to so how inedible the food was. Hopefully one of the kids have, we paid extra for pigs in blankets. To say they were cremated is a massive understatement. Even the chef said wow on opening the tray lid, we were told ”they’re not as bad as they look” but they were worse the bacon was pitch black and turned to dust. There wasn’t any broccoli amongst other veggies and we were told they don’t do them in the week. The stuffing was sloppy and the gravy was lumpy. I think the tolal time we spent in the restaurant was around 25/30 mins and we had to wait for the chef to make an appearance from out the kitchen. Never again

We had the carvery which was uneatable. The meats were ok but the vegetables . Yorkshire puddings and roast / boiled potatoes were uneatable. Hopefully they won't be serving such rubbish on Christmas day. Food not fit to be served
