2023: Quality of the food has dropped and prices gone up. Service depends on how you catch the cashier. 2019: Top quality... service with a smile.

Food was great, chips was cold. Paid £1.50 for the worlds smallest hash brown & extra £1.50 for a smallest portion on onion in my sandwich! Won’t be using this cafe again.

You didn’t send my kingsize burger I ordered 2 you only sent one I think you got confused as I ordered a cheeseburger as well as two kingsize burgers you don’t normally get it wrong

The only thing edable was the chips and hash browns, the bacon was undercooked and the bread rashes stale absolutely disgusting!

I don't even know how to describe my experience ! I'm lost for words . In truth I think I'm going to cry . So I went there this morning and for unknown reasons my card didn't work , but I've already ordered my breakfast . I had to cancell it , but then the kindest lady ever let me have it , my breakfast and now I'm on the way to work and I'm planning to sent her money as soon as I can and I'm so grateful ! She cannot even imagine how much . In a very long time nothing so nice and kind haven't met me . I'm lost and that was the most delicious food ever !

When a panini is served with ‘side salad’ this doesn’t normally include coleslaw! It’s over absolutely everything and I haven’t been able to touch either panini because of it.

A family run café, with a wide range of dishes available for take away or eat in - all at reasonable prices (and in summer, there's the hidden garden to visit) And now there is a selection of wines available with all your meals.

Massive chips, omelette and super beans ! If it wasnt for the £10 min spend, I wouldnt have got the extra bacon (nice), onions (nice) and sausage (typical 2p cafe sausage .... would have preferred to spend more for a cumberland of lincolnshire). Might go back, ate ots of each item so no real complaints.

Suelo optar por el desayuno que siempre se sirve con prontitud, bien preparado y muy sabroso. Nada parece demasiado para el servicio o el personal de cocina, y el ambiente es agradable y relajado, por lo que siempre es un placer visitarlo y lo recomiendo encarecidamente. Volveremos aquí de nuevo pronto.

Mi esposo y yo decidimos probar este encantador café después de pasar varias veces camino a Bromley. Tan pronto como entramos, la pareja a cargo nos hizo sentir tan bienvenidos. El servicio fue excelente. El menú era variado ya un precio razonable. El café moka que tomé fue excelente, no demasiado dulce. La comida era de muy buena calidad. Terminamos compartiendo un trozo de budín de pan para redondear nuestro almuerzo, fue enorme y con una excelente relación calidad-precio en 2. Sin duda volveremos y recomiendo encarecidamente este encantador lugar.

Bang average caff food, not great, but edible

Second time the delivery has been late by about 25 minutes (over the 1 hour). They charge for delivery but are unable to deliver the service, quite unacceptable and should offer refunds. The driver also confirmed the order had been delivered however arrived a further 15 minutes from then. All the food was cold either soggy or dry by the time it arrived. Cheese burger had no salad or sauce in it at all! Just patty and cheese.

Cannot rave about the family cafe enough, they treat their customers like their family and are always friendly. Food is always on time, extremely fresh, hot and tasty! Don’t bother looking elsewhere just order from here you will not be disappointed 😊 it’s the best! Never ever been disappointed xx

There is only one thing to say about Family Cafe and that it’s AMAZING 😊 the service is second to none, you cannot get better. The food always arrives fresh, hot, delicious, flavoursome and the hash browns are the best!! You cannot order from a better place, the staff treat you as family which is rare these days ... they are the best!!!

The service was fine. Order made and delivered. Quality was very poor. Terrible sausage. Baguette was moist from the way it was wrapped. Egg and bacon roll seemed rubbery in texture. Not good. Couldn’t eat it and threw away.

What can I can say about the Family Cafe apart from they are amazing. the food quality is always perfect, hot, delivered by the nicest man ever and never any issues. We cannot recommend this place enough ... always delivered on time or early, always tasty and fresh!

Disgusting i just brought a breakfast baguette cheapest sausage in the world i feel sick can't even eat my breakfast looks like a omelette rather than a egg it's fallen apart i really can't describe the sausage it's awful really disappointed cheap products and expensive prices for customer's made to wait 35mins for it and all it's done is piss me off will not be coming back a very hangry customer Avoid if you like me really appreciate when a good sausage is served not one that looks like it cost 20p for 10...

Cheap nasty food. Egg was annihilated and more like an omelette. Flavourless. Soggy baguette and over cooked mushrooms. Massively overpriced at £15 for 2 baguettes and a panini. Avoid at all costs. Worst breakfast I've had in a long time. Why is it people charge £7 for a breakfast and serve 3p sausages. RANK!!

I went and had breakfast. The food is typical of the breakfast you get in the British cafe, it's the people I adore because they don't keep you waiting. Breakfast is cooked from fresh and promptly served. I did not even know that just eat deals with cafes. Family Cafe brings you full English breakfast in your bed including espresso coffee, nice. Tip: ask the old man to make you a coffee. It's delightful with or without sugar.

The food was hot, and very yummy. Slight mix up with our jacket potato filling but was corrected straight away and new potato was sent out. Very happy customer and will definitely be back.

I absolutely adore this cafe they make the best food if you have a request they execute it perfectly the food is perfection the service is perfection and the delivery is perfection food always arrives piping hot same with the hot drinks, oh also they are brilliant with cold food like rolls and sandwiches I also order my kids packed lunches and my own excellent service

The bubble wasn’t cooked properly, it was really gooey inside. The bacon was too salty. The egg and sausage didn’t taste nice. I would like a refund
