Great food, loads of chicken in curry. Never disappointed!

Surprisingly good Sunday buffet

One of the best Curry restaurants I have ever experianced, nepalese - indian meals at its best.

I often order food from this restaurant but unfortunately this time wasn't that good of experience, simply as it was more sauce than actual food content in the meal. Shame as usually it would be great.

The food was good; although one of the dishes (chicken dry fry) had a lot of oil and did not enjoy it as much as the rest. Overall, the food was nice.

Very good service. This is Nepalese cooking, so a different flavour to your average Indian restaurant - which is very tasty and full of flavour.

Cant leave a bad review as food was good as usual however i ordered a chicken madras and ended up with a butter chicken instead just feel sorry for the person who wanted what i got as i t nay have been a bit spicy for them

Food was of the normal high standard, delivered 20 minutes earlier than expected by a polite and happy delivery driver.

Ordered delivery Rogan and butter chicken. Butter chicken was bland and weird over cooked.. and the rogan was like a tub of oil and tomatoes. Kema Naan and rice ok. Disappointed for £30.

Ordered a takeaway as a quick solution for dinner. Were told that it would be ready to collect in 35 mins. It was ready 1hr 15 mins later. Not great, but these things happen. When we eventually got the food home the order was incorrect. Made a return journey to pick up the correct order and nearly 2 hrs later we were able to eat our meal. 4 dishes so not a complicated order, midweek when quiet. No attempt by the manager to smooth things over ie offer free delivery of the correct order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've had an order which is wrong or incomplete. If you're considering a takeaway from the Everest I'd give it a miss.

Disappointed on this occasion, ordered food at 5pm, now 8.55pm and still not received our order and nobody is answering the phone!

First time we've ordered from here. Didn't get the discount 20% for cheeky Tuesday. I know Nepali is not as spicy as Indian but the Madras was quite bland and the sauce very watery . Not a good first impression 😕

Was In Berskire for a short weekend getaway and I wasn’t sure about the restaurant situation out here, being from Oldham I’m fairly used to seeing a lot of British restaurants and pubs, nevertheless, An impromptu outing led us to this eatery on a tranquil Saturday evening, saving us from the chore of cooking at our apartment . This restaurant, though not the most contemporary or plush, has stood the test of time, and the culinary offerings were top-tier. Every dish we sampled, from the naan bread, main courses, sides, to the lassi, was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. I wholeheartedly endorse it. We'll be back for sure, the wife is now an advocate for Indian food 🫣🤭

Very nice Indian restraint. The food was cooked well, and the staff were friendly. The Everest has plenty of seating, both inside and outside. It also has a l take-out service. Situated on the edge of the Meadway precinct, this restraint is served by bus no. 33, and is near Asda supermarket.

In many respects ordering food on New Year's Eve is possibly not a great idea. Would it arrive late and cold? Would it be up to their usual standards? With Everest Tandoori we needn't have worried. The food was slightly later than promised but given the large number of orders they were processing you have to give them some slack. As usual the food was delicious and nicely spiced. The only improvement I can think of would be to write on the container lids what the item is rather than having to play a guessing game. We really enjpoyed our Everest dinner and will doubtless return at some point for more!

This is my favourite Indian restaurant. The food is always delicious, the staff are lovely and the service is perfect. I highly recommend a visit.

Was recommended this place by a friend, but I didn't find the food to be the same quality as other places.

Worst food. I ordered a takeaway Nepalese chicken curry. I confirmed from them it would be hot spicy. It turned out to be a tomato paste mixed with hard chicken chunks.It was a bit of sweet taste because of tomato paste. I have never tasted anything so hard chicken ever.We threw it to bin. The only good thing was onion bhaji and tea. We had a good chat with staff, excellent. The interiors were good so was the fish tank with fishes.

Rice was very good, the chicken was very good, but the sauces were poor, Korma bland, Chicken Tikka Bland

No lentils on a watery dhansak. Bhuna wasn’t up to usual standard either

Great place, lovely people and always delicious food in Everest! We are coming here regularly for couple of years now. Salmon Sekuwa- amazing combination of spices, delicious, I've never had anything like it. Mixed grill, Lamb bhuna, madras- few favourites of ours. Meat is tender, melting in your mouth. Samosas are also delicious 😋 Of course, coming back tonight for more! 😄

Well how do I start if I was giving stars for food would be 10 out 10 put delivery omg nothing you can’t give stars. Tell you 1 hour then 3 hours later if that plus then food wrong and always cold. Then you ring and keep being told on way joke joke joke need to learn to tell people truth about time be here with food. Then said would be hot omg I would hope but NO then I know my dish wasn’t what I asked for because far to hot with spices. So no one orders meal half six and only eating half 9.

Had to collect as restaurant said it was very busy. Food not hot. Not the standard I am used to from the Everest. Very disappointed

First time ordering from them and the food was amazing. Really tasty although a bit oily for my taste. The best part was the honey naan, which we have never had. It will be our choice for takeaway next time.

I just ordered a take away of which was over an hour later than stated. I ordered a tikka masala of which didnt taste like a masala at all,it was horrible. My partner had a lamb madras that wasn't very nice either. We won't be ordering for there again!! What a waste of £35!!

Food is amazing...all fresh vegetables unlike some other places that use frozen! Great for me as a vegetarian....the Momos are yummy 😋 but great for my carnivorous partner who says the lamb dishes are superb. Highly recommended 👌

I have a lunch from Everest at least every week. It’s normally delivered by the lady manager. Some weekdays have a discount. Rarely I visit to have a meal in the beer garden outside. I use my mobility scooter to get there.

Always order from here, never had a bad meal. Food always hot & usually delivered earlier than estimated.

Not as good as normal. The chicken in the Sag was very dry and chewy. The Dhansak was thin. Hopefully a one off. Mixed grill was fine.

Great food. Can sometimes be hit and miss depending on the chef (?) however usually impressed with the quality and taste.

Delicious food. I'll take photos next time. We are mostly a veggie group and we ate great food. The service is good. I want this place to be more popular as they deserve that, but I also want to be able to walk in for a meal with no booking!

I wasn't able to try the food because restaurant doesn't deliver 15min away from the restaurant, lady hung up on me and canceled order, I have ordered thru the just eat app.

I’m really sorry. We often use this restaurant- takeaway and eat in and we always have a gorgeous meal. Wonderfully cooked with good ingredients. But tonight my chicken jalfrezi was almost inedible. The chicken was like plastic-not even sure it was chicken. The sauce was bland and very salty, and where was the green pepper? I felt like I was eating someone’s scraps. I’m so disappointed. I don’t know what has happened, but it has put me off visiting this restaurant again. It was NOTHING like the jalfrezis I’ve had in the past.

I haven't been to this restaurant for a few years because I had been disappointed in the past. However, we decided to give it a go last week and were very impressed. Both the service and the food were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, the portions good and the price very reasonable. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely be going back.

Utter rubbish! The chicken was almost reformed chicken and questionably fresh. The masala sauce was watery. The lamb meat in the Dopiaza tasted like it was out of a tin. Nan bread was horrible. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The rogan josh was quite oily, I poured away. It was a nice taste but a little too oily. The saag paneer was nice.

Garlic naan missing from order and overcooked/tough chicken

Chicken curry tasted quite salty so I could finish it and pilau rice was very fragrant and popadoms burnt and all in bits, Bombay pots were very bland. But onion Bhaji was nice.

One of the best food places I've ever been to. Been here twice on a friend's recommendation, I live in London but it's worth the trip. The staff and service are brilliant, so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, the portions are big and the value is amazing. Couldn't believe how cheap it was. They even gave us a free liquor drink at the end both times. Definitely will be a regular here.

This is not an Indian it's now Nepalese so if u want a Chinese go ahead but its not an Indian at all also just eat refuse to refund

We have ordered food from Everest before. The food is always very tasty and piping hot. Delivered on time as well. A really good experience!

Nice food, but because we were charged three pounds fifty while ordering, to swap a biryani sauce to a masala sauce, the pleasant waitress missed out on our usual five pounds tip !!.....as effectively we paid for two sauces, but only got one. Judging by the amount of negative reviews, it is obvious the overall standard is poor compared to the previous Llama family who were professionals.

Everest Tandoori is a great place to go for a night out with work friends. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and a great atmosphere. We had a great time. We started with the onion bhajis, which were crispy and flavorful. For our main courses, we had the chicken tikka masala, the lamb korma, and the vegetable biryani. All of the dishes were cooked to perfection and were very filling. The service at Everest Tandoori is excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. He also gave us some great recommendations for dishes to try. The atmosphere at Everest Tandoori is lively and fun. It's a great place to go to socialize with friends and family. The restaurant is decorated in a traditional Nepalese style. Overall, we had a great time at Everest Tandoori. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to go for a night out with work friends. I hope this helps!
