I went for a quick breakfast and I couldn't have stumbled on a better spot, the staff were so lovely and helpful, the coffee was superb and the food was stunning. Proper Mexican dishes all freshly made with local ingredients with some coming from the whole foods shop next door. Can't wait to go back again.

I stayed at a lovely airBnB (Maggie’s place in Greenbank Road - also highly recommend) and she recommended this cafe which is a hop skip and jump away. My son came to meet me there and we both had the smashed avocados on toast with two perfect poached eggs on the top. The coffee and tea was excellent too. We loved it so much we went back the next day and he had the full breakfast (though found the bean mix a bit spicy and not quite right with the other food on the plate) but he loved everything else. It was warm so we sat outside and people watched. This is such a lovely spot in Easton and when I visit next I’ll be back. Leighx

Love this place! It's our local coffee shop, great for a takeaway drink and treat and also a nice place to sit in and relax. Some reviews speak to the wait times etc and it's definitely not a place to come in a rush. Sit down, enjoy the vibe and enjoy some amazing coffee and food. Definitely recommend.

Been here a few times now. It's a tiny cafe - a few tables inside, a few outside - in a residential street in the "Hipster Triangle" of coffee shops in Easton. My lattes, and croissant, were all fine and good quality, though I could minor-quibble that they were all slightly on the small size. One thing is that this place does get very busy, especially on a Sunday, and if there's more than a few people then the tiny kitchen cannot cope and people's orders quickly back up. This hasn't happened to me yet but I've overheard people have very long waits (with apologies and items knocked off the bill) several times. So as a rule of thumb, if there's people waiting outside the door because it's busy, then even if or when you get a table you may be waiting a long time for your order.

4 of us had brunch here yesterday. Lovely food with a Colombian/Mexican twist. All fresh cooked and just that bit different. Excellent service and staff, too. Wish I didn't live 80 miles away but my son will be returning.

Called in for a drink and something to eat. I had a scrambled egg, Latin American style which was very tasty. We were all delighted in what we chose and very reasonably priced. A very cosy cafe, served by a very nice young lady. Will call back again when in Bristol

This brunch was stellar good and the best of three consecutive brunches in Bristol. I ordered the full English, my girlfriend the vege option. The beans were really good, delicious chorizo sausage. Chipotle ketchup also brought out. Toms a little hard, like they'd be sitting about a bit. It was very tasty, the waiter was good although verging on overdoing it tbh. The main niggle would be that it was really spicy. Like, very spicy, nose running, mouth pretty warm. I like hot food but if you're not into it, this would be too much – and without warning on the menu. My girlfriend loved the plantain on the vege breakfast. We nearly went back again the next day though, so I'm being pretty critical. It was very nice.

It's sometimes hard to get a table here, but that just reflects the cafe's popularity locally. Delicious and very good menu.

Every time I've been here it's been gteat! The food is delicious and they're very patient and attentive with dietary requirements (I have a tricky selection). It's cosy and light and gets the sunshine. The staff are really kind, friendly and seem so genuine. The last time I went in, it was an unexpectedly busy Friday morning and despite being absolutely rushed off his feet, the solitary front of house staff member (Dean, to be precise) was so chipper, cracking jokes and giving big smiles to every customer while juggling loads of orders, plates, requests and deliveries. Big ups to Dean. The food was as delicious as ever so whoever was in the back was also doing a cracking job. Thanks people!! My favourite breakfast spot in Easton!

We accidentally stubbled upon this little gem. Este is in the middle of a residential area. As vegetarian's we love to try these little gems. I had sour dough with smashed avocado and chilli flakes, scrambled eggs on corn bread and garlicky mushrooms on toast. The tea, iced coffee (off the menu) and mixed berry smoothie (variation of choice on menu) were amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. To finish we had a triple chocolate brownie ..... OMG!!! Recommend this little gem when in Bristol. I know I will be there again!

Went to Friska for lunch with a friend. The dining area was getting full as it was clearly prime time, but there wasn’t a queue and service was efficient and smiley. Atmosphere in this Friska is nice,
