Something for everyone here and at mostly very reasonable prices. The vegetarian options are brilliant, I'd recommend the pizza.

The servers was really slowly. He doesn’t know anything about the menu. He charged me £5 for the smallest tasteless dry pizza I ever had. Not recommending at all! Better if u get some food from the Greggs!

We had planned to eat there before our departure, but despite the 8 a.m. schedule posted on the cafe door (and the late arrival of an employee), it was still not open at 9:15 a.m. when we took our lunch. bus. Nothing was indicated on social networks to warn of a possible delay.

I always buy coffee from here since I started working at First bus and the coffee is 10/10. The lady I met at the till by the name Maria is really kind and helpful. The Best place to get a coffee during your break.

Santiago's is a fantastic cafe that is super super cheap! The cafe is adjacent to a church and is a lovely place to go for some breakfast.

The food was decent, however the behaviour of an employee was rude and unprofessional. Overall, a negative experience.

A gem in the heart of Bristol! Went in to kill time while waiting for a coach and was pleasantly surprised. The small breakfast option (for just above £3) was better than most places I've been to and for the price I couldn't believe the quality and quantity. Perfectly fried egg, crispy hash brown, crispy bacon, and a decent sized sausage, with a generous serving of baked beans. Apart from quality cooked food the place sells gorgeous cakes and pastries which looked lovely too. If you're popping in just for a coffee, you won't be disappointed either. It tastes very nice, not burnt or unpleasantly acidic. There are also alternative milk options. Service was very fast and the staff were incredibly friendly. Additionally, the place is in a great location, in the centre of Bristol by the Bus and Coach station, and has free WiFi. It's a spot I would most definitely start visiting regularly.

Excellent value for money. Had veggie breakfast for 3.90..with a hash brown, baked beans, fried egg, toast and veg sausage rolls. Enough for one person

Greggs is unexpectedly closed and this place is heaving. The staff are extremely busy today and yet they remain polite and smiling with the customers. A man who clearly has difficulties has just been in and I was very impressed with the staff. They took time to greet him, have a chat and served with in such a polite manner. It was so refreshing to see. Huge respect to Caroline and grace . You should be extremely proud of yourselves and I hope the company appreciate your wonderful work. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in Bristol

Great staff, clean place. Food was quick to come. I had my lunch chicken roast ,potato wedge with vegetables it was not tasty at all.

Always call in here for a breakfast to set me up for my coach journey to Manchester. Excellent value. This visit not up to the usual which I put down to how busy they were and only a couple of Staff. I will not let this put me off and will be back on my next trip.

Seriously awesome little place. You can get a hot meal and a drink for less than a tenner. Open till 7.30pm too. Coffee is good and strong, and the prices are excellent across the board. It's not just that it's cheap though; it's fantastic. I haven't had a bad meal here in over a year of being a customer. I highly recommend. Staff are friendly and professional too

Brilliant place. It is nice and cosy inside. Location is ideal as it’s right in the centre of the city and close to the coach station, good place to spend some time if you are waiting for a bus. Staff is friendly and will happily adapt to your food requests. The establishment is tidy inside, clean, big space on the top floor with a lot of natural light coming from the big windows. Food is amazing, I recommend the big Bristol breakfast, very delicious and will leave you full.

Having been travelling up from Plymouth this morning at 5:30am . This stop in Bristol coach station was a great stop to go in for a delicious breakfast freshly cooked, quickly, value for money, served on a warm plate, and very friendly staff ( thanks to M& A) who were on duty this morning. The coffee was delicious not bitter like some places. If you’re ever travelling by coach and stop in Bristol please visit really friendly clean cafe.

We don't do better in terms of quality/price/location ratio in Bristol! Located next to the bus station, you can order an English Breakfast for £6 (vegetable option possible), half the price of elsewhere, to eat in or take away. The coffee is excellent, the staff are very pleasant and efficient. The opening hours also defy all competition. The place is spacious and quiet with free wifi. An address to remember!

Treasure of a cafe! Me and my boyfriend stayed in Bristol for a few days and went for breakfast here everyday as it was just a short walk from the premier inn! Really great price, food and people! Thank you! :)

First visit and a very reasonably priced menu and a nice and warm cafe. We wanted a breakfast and nobody said it's on all day on a Saturday, even though I said to my friend in front of the staff that it stops at 12pm, so we ordered something else, I asked for a panini deal, a panini, chips or salad and a drink for £4.50, I was told a drink wasn't included when it clearly stated that it was, so I bought one separately and this so-called deal, cost more than a panini and chips off the menu, the fries were very hard and bitty, I questioned the deal and was told yes, it does come with a drink, so they said sorry and let me have another one. The server needs to know exactly what deals there are and there should be a sign saying that breakfast is all day on a Saturday.

Straight off the coach from London and into this lovely café - what a great start to a reunion weekend in Bristol! First thoughts on checking the menu outside were 'looks cheap & cheerful, perfect for a quick lunch'.That it definitely is, but I can now add 'incredibly tasty food & impressively friendly staff' - thanks Santiago's!!

First time visit with friends....and very impressed with friendly service, pleasant unhurried ambiance, food and drink quality, and excellent value for money too. It's so close to the bus station too, but so much better than the cafes often found at or near bus stations. Fully recommended. Will visit again.

Came here during a work trip and was so so pleasantly surprised! Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and food was amazing. The prices were very reasonable too! My new favourite place in Bristol and will be coming to Bristol just for a meal here outside of work!

Super food available here. All carefully made in-house; with very much a 'homemade' taste. One of us had a delicious lentil and ham soup with garlic bread on the side. The other enjoyed the tomato soup. There were also very tempting main dishes available which we did not have the time to taste and enjoy. An excellent range of home made cakes and baked goods available for desserts and for afternoon teas available - which unfortunately we were not able to try. Excellent coffee ! s good range of teas available. Quiet! yet busy. Right beside the main bus station. Very central Bristol yet really tucked away.

This really is the best cafe in Bristol. If not one of the best food establishments in the city. Here's why: Best value (by a long shot) Best tasting food Best ingredients/food quality Best portions And, perhaps most importantly, the best staff So friendly, poilte.and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend the Big Bristol Breakfast (which certainly lives up to its name) and the homemade Lentil and bacon soup. It is, without a doubt, the best soup of any flavour ive ever had pleasure of tasting. I'd give Santiagos 6 stars in every faculty, if only Google woul let me.

Top little spot right next to the bus stop! Friendly, efficient staff, the tea and lemon cake 🍰 was marvelous.

Unfortunately, one of the poorest breakfasts I've ever had. All items were cold or lukewarm. I told a member of staff that the breakfast was wrong, as there were items missing. The same person returned a few minutes later with some other food items but these were still not right and were also cold. Very frustrating and really disappointing. Coffee was good. Atmosphere was fine. Won't visit again. With hindsight, we probably should have asked for money back and left to find another establishment.

Excellent service and prices are unbeatable. Roast dinner for £5 breakfast bap for £2.00 you find cheaper. Highly recommend and right outside the coach station so very convenient 👌

Tried this cafe for the first time yesterday with my husband Had a bacon baps and a latte coffees. Food was good and hot. Coffee too. I think rhe only criticism I have is that we kept being asked if we wanted sauce with our bacon baps, but none ever came and I had to seek out a very small table with some sachets on, but not enough. I just wondered why we were being asked when nothing was offered to us. Apart from that small niggle the cafe is clean and appealing Would recommend and will be back for more soonq

Had 15 mins to get a bacon and egg sandwich a coffee and the best peice of Victoria sponge ive had in the last 20 years the cream was good old fashioned decent cream. I was amazed and to top it cost under £6 for the lot only problem i should of bought more cake. Ppl dont know what there missing at a bargain price. I will be using everytime im in bristol

This is the most value-to-cost small cafe I have ever come across in UK. With the known low price displayed outside, I expected a cheap inside environment. But once the door openned, it was another scene! Cheerful and helpful staff, happy customers, simple food but hot and good. Clean and tidy.....5 star!

Stop of for lunch whilst around. Not been before ….seriously will be coming back..prices are really competitive, but the quality is superb. Had the beef karala….just stunning, and the paratha bread was light, tasty and so needed to soak up that delicious sauce. The food is a secret that needs sharing…you need to come here. The guys are all really friendly, and service was great. Thank you all, shall be back soon!

Myself and my son had a breakfast each before school, we both really enjoyed our food! Everything was cooked perfectly & the coffee was great. It’s definitely our new favourite place to eat. Staff are lovely, food is great and the prices are more than reasonable. Looking forward to trying the pizza & curry!

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food at incredibly cheap prices. We had the Lentil and Bacon Soup, a large bowlful of homemade soup with garlic bread too for £2.50. Then a piping hot, beautiful Americano for £1.50, with a huge slice of Fruitcake for £2. Very friendly staff and prompt too. I shall return regularly.

This cafe is right outside Bristol bus station. Have passed many times. Ventured in today. So fresh a feeling & friendly. What prices? Anything from a tea or coffee to a roast lunch. So reasonable. I & a friend had jacket potato,best i've to taste yet & a cup of (decent) tea each. Our other friend had coffee & a chocolate brownie. She took away with her a jacket potato for later on at home. Have recommended this to friends i am meeting with in Dec. Definitely a winner. Just caught the bus from home,just went for lunch then, bus home again. Well done all the staff at Santiagos.😁

Complete chaos. Waited 30 minutes for our order didn’t even have my drink and had to ask for it to go as it had taken so long. Food is good value and staff lovely but service was very slow.

My recent lunch experience at Santiago Cafe last Friday was fantastic! I enjoyed a delicious panini, a flavorful beef curry paratha, and a scrumptious veg lasagna. The food was outstanding, and the cozy atmosphere added to the charm. The friendly service made the visit even more enjoyable. Santiago Cafe is a must-visit for its exceptional cuisine and inviting ambiance. Highly recommended!

I had my friend’s wedding anniversary lunch today - we had Beef curry , chicken Tandoori with chips and chicken curry - amazing !!!!!!! The curry’s was soooo good well done chef !!!

Surprisingly nice diner by the bus station. The prices are very fair for what it is, portions are generous. I had the lentil and bacon soup, and the large breakfast and I almost couldn't finish both. The service is nice, however the ordering system could use some improvements (allocating table numbers instead of handing out numbers for customers might work). It was quite chilly as the door behind me was open but overall it was a nice experience.

Grabbed a flat white on the way to the bus. No exaggeration, one of the best I've had in Bristol! Service isn't crazy speedy but it's worth it.

Popped in looking for a nice cuppa and a light bite whilst waiting for my connecting bus .... this is run as a church based charity for folks in recovery. The service was speedy, staff were friendly and helpful and the panini was good. I was surprised at the tres reasonable prices .... Will definitely be back. Thanks Liam for all your help. Coffee wasn’t the right temp.. cake was dry on both edges. Staff lovely though. Please don’t cut your cake until customer choose it. And use a thermometer for perfect temp.

Not a high fluting rootin tootin pretentious place, more an excellent food, service with a relaxed atmosphere. Inside some of the oldest church in Bristol is incorporated in this delightful cafe.

A wonderful cafe ran by wonderful people! One of my favourite spots for breakfast in Bristol. The staff at Santiago's never fail to offer a friendly, welcoming service and provide excellent quality food at unbeatable prices. My partner and myself have been visiting Santiago's for breakfast after night shifts (thanks to their early opening hours) for almost a year, and no matter whether it's a quick to-go breakfast, or a sit-in brunch, they have always exceeded expectations. The prices are more than fair, with Cooked Breakfasts available from £3. Other menu highlights include their signature Bristol Bap, their freshly baked sweet treats and their excellent coffees. They also offer plenty of great lunch options! The cafe itself is clean and very pleasant, just a stone's throw from the Bus Station. A must-visit in Bristol. We have no plans to stop visiting here when no one else does it better!

Rude service!!! Was told to stop talking ! Avoid ! Can’t reply directly here’s the edit for you the guy was mid 20’s light brown w/ beard and was rude to my auntie & mother when they were in for food last week so it’s not great customer service that’s twice and that’s a pattern! (Saturday)

Lovely clean, simple coffee and cake shop also serving simple breakfasts and lunches. Extremely good value for money. The staff all appear very happy in their work and that is reflected in the service which creates a great relaxed atmosphere. If this was in my hometown, I would visit every day. Congratulations to the guy who appeared to be in charge, he had a very caring attitude to both his staff and customers. What a refreshing concept this place is, I imagine there is no better place in Bristol to enjoy a quiet coffee. I hope they are as successful as they deserve to be.

Came in here during a coach stop at Bristol. Wonderful value for money, a clean, calm and peaceful environment with warm and polite staff. Much better place to get breakfast than the chain bakery opposite, or the overpriced cafe inside the coach station. Wonderful that there are still places like this with cheaper options when day to day living has become so expensive.

Had to remind man at counter of my cup of tea as he wasnt bothering. If I go in again won't bother ordering anything. They only serve the ones whose faces fit.

Hidden gem! Needed an early morning coffee while waiting for the bus and grabbed from here. Coffee was great, prices are great and service was great! Highly recommend and I’ll be coming back to try the food ☺️

I tried the chicken kerala and was pleasantly surprised with the quality, considering it was only £6. They topped my hot chocolate with real dark chocolate which I really liked too. Well-paced and attentive service, despite staff looking rushed during lunch hours. I come here for a nice, cheap lunch whenever I'm wandering around town. 👍
