We went here as a party of 5 and were seated immediately. Our waitress Anna was polite and attentive, and the food was hot and very tasty. The restaurant is beautiful and we would not hesitate to go back again.

have been before a few months ago and was amazing so decided to go back. This time not so good! service was terrible! took a while for a drink and when a guy come over, didn't look like a waiter, as they all in black and had pads to take orders. he asked what we wanted, but was blunt and rude. Not one person come over to see if we needed anything or more drinks etc.. and most of the staff looked grumpy and looked like they hated their jobs! It made a very strange environment, not welcoming at all. That said the food was yummy as usual and could not fault the food.

This place used to be brilliant but it’s gone to pot! We really loved this place but they completely ignored us at the door whilst the greeter stared at his phone by the bar. The staff saw us waiting and just did nothing but look at the greeting guy who carried on texting! I would not have minded waiting if they were busy but there only about 20 people there. Such a shame - the food is nice but the service was awful! Not sure if the management has changed but I seriously doubt we will come back.

I’m not sure if it’s changed hands but it seems to have gone downhill. We were overcharged, the food wasn’t great and things were generally very slow. Update 9 months on: still hasn’t improved, definitely won’t be returning again. Chicken doner was all skin and fat. Service still incredibly slow. Asked for drinks which didn’t arrive until the end of the meal and asked for a knife twice which was missing from the start.

We had a great post work lunch at Enfes in Milton Keynes. The food was amazing and service was great and very fast. We were served by Anna and she was lovely.

Bad experience. We were seated and ordered drinks, starters and mains.. We eat the bread then the starters came and after we’d finished them, the drinks arrived. We ordered 2 mix shish but when they arrived, there was only chicken so we sent them back. 5 or so mins later they brought us the same meals, just chicken and told us that they’d bring us lamb in 5-7 minutes. The attitude of the waiting staff, a young lad and a girl whose looks could kill was disgusting. We refused the food stating that we wanted the meals we ordered and that we’d already sent them back due to bring incorrect. Not even so much as an apology… Just attitude & attitude doesn’t get you far in the hospitality industry. Once we eat the correct meals, we asked for the bill and at this point was offered a free drink 🤦🏻‍♂️ Food was nice but I wouldn’t go back for that kind of service.

Don’t usually leave reviews but me and my husband visited Enfis for the second time, what an amazing restaurant. Had a lovely lady called Anna serve us and she was brilliant, so friendly and accommodating. Food so fresh and delicious, great atmosphere. 5* for sure.

My friends and I celebrated my birthday at Enfes and we had the BEST time. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed by the beautiful decor and design of the restaurant. Our waitress, Anna, truly made the outing the most memorable experience; she was absolutely AMAZING. From the start, she greeted us with a genuine smile and a friendly demeanor that made us feel welcome. Knowing we weren’t very familiar with Turkish cuisine, she patiently and enthusiastically explained each dish on the menu. Her recommendations were spot on! The food was absolutely delicious Anna didn’t just stop at providing excellent service; she went above and beyond to ensure I had the best birthday ever. She surprised us with a special dessert and even organized a small celebration at our table. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made me feel incredibly special. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out and made a lasting impression on all of us. Overall, our visit to Enfes was exceptional. The stellar service provided by Anna, along with the exquisite food and beautiful ambiance, ensured that my birthday celebration was truly unforgettable. We are already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return!!

Love going to Enfes with my family and we’re always greeted by the ever friendly server Nabil. The food is always mouth-watering and there is so much variety to choose from. The service is over and above!

As a business owner don’t like leaving negative reviews but very disappointed with my meal here, came with 10 people and had high expectations from previous meals at similar restaurants. First of all the 90% of the staff did not want to be there and were as moody as retail workers during Christmas. Everyone has long days at work but a smile would be nice. The “mocktails” just tasted like juice, very underwhelming start to the meal. The food was flavourless and the lamb chops full of fat and undercooked, they didn’t have many things on the menu we wanted to order at 6PM as they ran out 🤦‍♂️ Best part of the meal was the free bread they gave at the start and the fanta I had was probably the most flavourful thing I had the whole meal.

Excellent pre-father's day meal. Excellent service, amazingly flavoured balanced meal. Superb, would definitely come again and recommend everyone else comes but not when I want a table 😂

This is my number one go to restaurant! The staff are welcoming and the service is excellent! The food is amazing and there's a nice sitting area outside with freshly planted flowers where you are able to sit and relax.

Food was good as was atmosphere. Michael the owner is great. Enjoyed our night out as we were 5 good friends who had a good laugh.

Fabulous evening had with a table of 12 of us the food arrived promptly, and was delicious I didn't see plate of food left by any of us!! The drinks flowed and looked amazing. Atmosphere and staff were all incredible and the manager is a true gentleman. Will definitely be returning.

My husband and I love Enfes. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant was quiet hence why we go at the time we do. My only bit of feedback is that they need to not be in so much of a rush to serve you the next course and ultimately get you out the door. I hadn’t finished my starter and they are trying to make room for my main course. Before we had a chance to ask for the bill it was there and the chap was waiting for payment. A three course in less than an hour isn’t pleasant

Lovely food & cocktails. Shame about the manager literally rushing us out the door when we hadn’t finished our cocktail. I even made a comment to two of the waiters about how rude their manager is, but I thanked them. The waiters even agreed and called their manager aggressive. Disappointing way to end a nice meal. Will not be returning whilst that manager is there unfortunately.

I can't offer more information as we didn't get to eat there!!!! We booked ages ago for May 30th 2024. Our friends bday. Booked through the directed method. Suddenly saw an email saying booking cancelled? One of our group of friends telephoned the restaurant, spoke to Camillo (?), reassured we were now definately booked again, come at 5, seated for 5.30pm, had a laugh about embarrassing our friend whilst dining! All seemed good. Went along, it clashed with the Take That concert same evening it turns out - maybe that's why they cancelled the booking? But in that case, just limit our dining time? We arrived, queued, friend went to the front to say we'd booked. Told quite rudely by Camillo, no you have to join the queue!!! Absolutely no apology, explanation or anything? So so disappointed with the service and attitude.

One of my favorite Turkish restaurants in MK, the atmosphere and the food is great, it’s a little bit expensive but it’s always a pleasure when I go there

Everything about this restaurant is perfect. They made such a fuss of a birthday lady at another table, getting the whole restaurant involved- it was so lovely. Excellent veggie options!

Shame this restaurant used to be my favourite. Always ordered seabass it came with rice and loads of beautiful salad. You used to get a whole seabass fish it was amazing. Came the other week and got two thin fillets of seabass, barely any salad. The seabass was covered in some sort of salty pesto and it was just disgusting. Same price as getting a whole fish for this tiny serving. Very disappointed won’t be coming again

We searched for a restaurant still open after a particularly long IKEA visit and saw there was a Nando’s close by and when we got outside we found Enfes Turkish Restaurant and that won hands down! We were late but they looked after us so well, the guys were just lovely, attentive and friendly. The food was plentiful and delicious, piping hot and well presented and very very tasty! And it was then that the place became my favourite Turkish restaurant in Milton Keynes… YOU MUST TRY THEIR BAKLAVA!!! It’s amazing and so well made, easily the best I have ever had and I’ve been to Istanbul over thirteen times! Enfes we will be back…. A perfect end to a IKEA trip! I was about to add some pictures but we were enjoying the experience so much, I forgot to get my phone out!

Had a very lovely bonding time with my family here yesterday. PERFECT service by Adri, he was very enthusiastic, friendly and communication was pleasant. He helped us better understand what certain dishes included what, and was overall just very friendly, he honestly just seemed happy at what he’s doing. The food overall is amazing, we’ve ordered a mixed cold meze, lamb doner, lamb chops and chicken iskender and they were all very filling and the flavor was amazing and they definitely stood out. They’ve served us some bread with dipping sauces, one was white and the other was red. I think it was haydari and ezme, but I’m not sure. The white sauce was the perfect cold and had a refreshing taste of garlic, mint and maybe yoghurt and it was AMAZING I loved that dip so much. The bread is homemade and it was perfect, it wasn’t too hard or too chewy, it was just perfect and easy to bite and it was able to make the flavors of the sauces and spreads stand out. The cold meze had two pieces of stuffed vine leaves, which were shared between my mother and I, and it was amazing. The picture I’ll attach won’t have them because we’ve eaten it before I took pictures of the meze. The rest of the cold meze included tarama, and honestly, that was the best tarama I’ve had, it didn’t have like a yucky fishy taste, it was just perfect. There was also hummus, tzatziki and some orange/red spread that I can’t figure out what it is, but they were honestly all way too good. Then we’ve had each one of our chosen dishes served to us and honestly the portion of the dish was HUGE in my opinion. I was astounded at the price for such huge portion and flavorful dishes. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I can!!

Excellent and quality food. Service charge is applied to the bill while providing very poor service. We asked for the bill few times before we were handed the bill. I visited this establishment on 3 occasions every the the food was excellent but the service and attendance were poor. They don't listen to your request when placing an order. I may visit again just for the food but not the service.

This was our first visit to Enfes, a quick lunch mid week. The staff were attentive, really attentive whilst not over bearing. We ordered drink first a long island Iced tea and I had a mocktail Mojito. Both drinks were nicely presented and looked the part. its nice to recived a drink thats worth the money, and these were just that. We ordered a mixed kebab and some hot Mezze. I dont like rice so asked for a substiture and this was handled perfectly by the server. The food was piping hot, delicious and was brought out promptly. A very enjoyable experiance indeed. Archie was our waiter and he was so polite and helpful, like I say attentive without being over bearing. Perfect Archie!

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the " Lamb Guvec " and "Sea Bass". The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server ( Anna ) was gracious and accommodating, ensuring every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. We would come back just for the service.

I’ve been to Enfes before and always had a good time however this has ruined it. Just went for dinner and had terrible service with the waitress Anna. Mains came out 10 mins after each other, had to ask another service to chase who was much more helpful. She put the wrong starter on our receipt and we asked for a new receipt but she said she would just deduct the difference. She kept trying to charge us the wrong price, even when I showed her maths was wrong. It took about 10 mins of me arguing before finally getting it fixed (aka she just slammed the card reader on the table and asked what I wanted to pay). Overall just had a terrible attitude about the whole thing. I then asked for the manager to complain, but she refused to get them even though they had only just approved our tip being removed. If the manager sees this hopefully you can get some nicer staff.

What a vibe. Celebrated our daughters 21st birthday last night with a group of 20. The manager and his team went over and above. The food was lush, the atmosphere was brilliant, we all enjoyed every minute... especially the suprisingly affordable bill at the end ❤️

£170 spent on takeaway for Mother’s Day, no bread, no sauces, just awful stone cold dry food. Unsure if they’ve changed management or tried to cash in on Mother’s Day but will be cutting this place from the rotation. Have spent a fraction for far better at almost every other place in MK. Shame they’ve ruined our evening. (& don’t answer the phone)

Not much was available on the menu so bought shish as it was recommended as the only available meal and asked for large and only got 3 cubes of meat that’s practically why I shared my experience, probably the worst experience I’ve had with 2 meals 2 drinks being 77 pound pretty shocking. The waiter didn’t even give us a chance to decide with the music blasting while ordering couldn’t even hear us not sure if your in a restaurant or a night club being rushed to eat and run out with a miserable service what a shamble. I usually get my family to eat at restaurants instead of big franchises to support local restaurants but this one I won’t step back into.

We went on this restaurant Sunday night they served us the food but really quickly they started to clean the table taking the food from our table just for close the restaurant witch is supposed to close at 10pm and they closed at 21h46 , the music it was to loud! We pay if 126£ and I don’t even finish my meal ! I never go on this place again ! If you can make a good service until the end of your service time close the restaurant before let the costumers come in!!!

Nice food,it was better on my previous visit. Just find to be pricey. Shared platter for 2 1 beer and soft drink along with service charge. Was just over £65. However really good atmosphere. Nice place to eat just a shame about the price

My favourite restaurant ever! The one place I can go out and enjoy a meal with out having to limit my choices or worry about being given a meal that includes an ingredient not listed on the menu. A big shout out to our waitress Hannah, who took such good care of us when we went there for a meal tonight.

Some great shish before going to the cinema. The restaurant and bar are really well presented and the staff were very friendly and welcomed us straight away. You can’t go wrong with the Turkish breads and hummus to start and these were fantastic here. In most places I’ve been, the breads are free and replenished through your meal, but it was a paid option here and the portion quite small and not replenished. The hummus was nice. I had the mixed shish, as I can never choose between chicken or lamb and this is always the perfect choice for me. The portion was again pretty small, but was tasty and the meats tender and juicy. They don’t accept Amex, which I didn’t expect from a larger restaurant.

This restaurant delivers every time. Good food, nice ambience, lovely staff, professional management. Well done Kamillo, Nabil, Norman and Larissa.

Staff lacked any real attentiveness, repeatedly had to catch attention though they'd walk passed over and over and almost ignore you. Mildly busy but music was too loud not to have a conversation without shouting. Food was good.

I always enjoy going to Enfes & the great service I receive there from the manager & staff. I must call out the lovely Larasa who made my evening so enjoyable tonight for my birthday evening out. Thank you for your kindness & making it so much fun, a real credit to the Enfes team! As regular customers we will be back again soon for more amazing food & the lovely team there.

Lovely restaurant and good food but the service for our visit was atrocious. The waitress didn't write any of our order down and seemed to have forgotten to place our order with the kitchen. After watching starters and main courses being delivered to a table of diners who arrived after us I asked how long ours would be only to find our order had not reached the kitchen. We'd had around an hour and a quarter to order and eat our lunch between commitments and ended up waiting over an hour for food. They offered a free drink each as an apology but it's not good enough really, we won't return. I'd suggest the restaurant invests in a tablet based electronic ordering system which doesn't rely on staff remembering orders and remembering to place them with the kitchen.

Enfes Restaurant is a hidden gem! The chicken shish, rice, and salad combo is simply amazing. The chicken is tender and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the deliciously seasoned rice. The salad adds a refreshing touch to the meal. The portion sizes are generous, and the overall dining experience is fantastic. I highly recommend trying their chicken shish with rice and salad for a satisfying and tasty meal! I’d definitely come back.🍗🍚🥗

Our first visit to the Enfes was amazing great food, tender meat and excellent service. So a few weeks later we decided to return with family however this time it was not so great We only received one small portion of bread between 4 which was the same amount we received for our first visit which was between two, as such we had to order more, which is charged! The food was really salty which in turn made you thirsty. The lamb donner was chwey and over cooked, overall the dish was not as enjoyable as the first time round. When it came to paying, they automatically add a service charge an when questioned if it was optional or mandatory the middle aged long haired female waitress replied it was optional to cover the cleaning of the tables and our time along with other comments. After this we requested to not pay the service charge but this was left on and the card machine was not presented to show us the amount, so it wasn't until the receipt from the machine had been printed and handed over it was to late to get it removed. It was an unprofessional response and made an awkward situation. For a day that was raining the restaurant felt cold unwelcoming. A shop nearby was warmer. Overall a dispointing return visit so much in fact that we will be unlikely return.

I brought a share platter, chicken was nice, the lamb was cold and hard, very very disappointed, no I never complained as I find it easier to not go back, also other peoples meals were luke warm at best.

Just had lunch there with the family. Amazing food! Everything was fresh, well flavoured and seasoned and cooked really well. Service was fast and friendly too. I'll be making this restaurant a regular. P.S the chicken beyti was especially really good.

This place used to be one of my fav Turkish restaurants…had amazing food, service & ambience. Sadly mgmt changed & the food & service declined. The falafel which used to be amazing is now the worst have ever eaten (left most of it). The chicken shish & Adana was ok. Service was non existent….seems like the waiters forget there are customers at a table & prefer staying at the back out of sight…getting tap water took 15 min & the place was practically empty!!! Music was so loud even hearing ur partner at the table was a mission! This place is sadly a definite‘NO’ going forward for us :(

This is our go to place in MK! We love the food and the staff <3 Last weekend we came here with our 10 months old and they were so caring and so nice to all of us making us feel like home! Definitely recommending this place to everyone!

Where can I start. Booked the place for 20 people, called the day before to confirm bookings and menu for everyone. Asked the lady I was dealing with about the price being different on the menu than what was on the previous menu we had selected. I was told I had to pay the new price as it was an error on their website. I told them I was quoted the price in person but the manager or boss said he would not honour the price. I hung up as I was starting to panic as it was an event I had booked. Another lady called and apologised and promised to honour the original price I was given . The day came, got to the restaurant. We set for an hour no one coming to check on us. We thought they were letting all the members arrive. After an hour and a half the starters came. We didn’t get bread until we asked after we had got the starter. No one came to offer drinks we had to keep calling the waiters for a drink. Starter was lovely, main was good size but salty. 15 out of 20 took the food home and 2 didn’t even eat as the salt was too much. I asked one waiter who said “well I didn’t cook the food”. Dessert came we had to ask for water. We got 2 jugs for 20 people. Bill came and they had first put the full amount didn’t remove the deposit. Then put the wrong amount of people , we started arguing about number of people, they corrected the bill again. Then they put a service charge of 68 pounds which I refused to pay. The same boss who I spoke to the day before told me to just pay and leave and never to return to his restaurant again. Oh and we were promised Prosecco with the menu and never got it. Always booked my events at this restaurant but it is time to move on.
