Staff were amazing...very accommodating. Thomas served us. Food very good but would be improved with bulgar wheat with the rice (white rice a bit plain). Delicious salad and complimentary bread and dips.

2nd time collection thought give benefit doubt and find that the meat isn't sufficient,it's disgusting in lots off salad and bread,the meats are only few shavings,was very upset and angry with this especially when you hungry,not what uou expect and won't be using there services again,due to insufficient meat,what a shame,let your self down,not worth the money,will be looking else where for a better kebab.

A very good competitor to something like German Donner Kebab (GDK). A well thought out menu, not over done with too many choices. Condement are good. Portion size is spot on, not shy with the meat. Food is nice and tasty, donner is not greasy. Inside is a clean, modern, simple decor with sleek colour scheme or red and black. Upstairs is a large seating area. Staff are friendly and polite, with service in good time.

OK I thought i would try this out as my flat mate had a kebab and it looked really nice Pros loverly presentation Cons no flavour to meat although boasting they are the turkey specialist Overpriced the meal in my opinion was expensive the rice was nothing special just tasted like boiled rice out of a packet the food was only luke warm had to reheat in the mw Meat was tender but as I said in last comment had to be reheated chips were hotter than the meat Drinks very very overpriced A small bottle of lemonade for expensive when I.could.have got a 2.5l for half the price Would I return maybe not I was disappointed with the meal overall sorry to be harsh but it has to be said if a company in mk is to survive with competition

Authentic tasty kebabs, love the flavours. The meat was well cooked and the sauces go very well with everything and especially with the crispy chips. Whenever I look back at these photos I want to go and have another one. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing!😍 This is hands down the best doner I have ever had. I savored their Messy Doner (full house), while my partner enjoyed the Tombik Doner (Chicken Shawarma). The portions were generous, the food was hot, and the chips were perfectly crispy. Every bite was worth every penny. Their homemade sauces are just too good! The staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making the experience even better.The upstairs space is cozy and spotless, and they even have a prayer room for added convenience. This place is a gem, and I can't wait to come back!

I paid £14 for Messy donner mix, the chicken donner was ok, but donner meat and lamb both smelled like it was expired and not eatable, which was absolutely disgusting! waste of money 🤮

Delicious! I ordered a lamb iskender and hubs had a beef doner. The fries were hot and super crispy and both portions were quite hearty. I really enjoyed the lamb iskander as lamb is something I usually don't make at home. It was piping hot and tender, with a giant portion of garlic sauce.

This place has easily become mine and my sisters go to place when we are craving amazingly delicious food. The staff are so lovely and are always so helpful, they always go that extra mile. We love good food and By Doner always delivers. Such good value also. It's on my top 5 list in mk for sure.

A great place for a takeaway or quick bite to eat in mk. Super friendly people serving at the counter and laughing and joking with me and my partner. Food is ready really quickly and always super fresh! Everything we've eaten here is delicious and we've returned many times and will continue to do so!

Probably the best kebab place I've been to in UK. My brother who loves kebabs and suffers from reflux also praised quality of their food. Zero problems, always fresh and tasty. Staff is also very polite and helpful 👍

I had a wrap and my husband had meat with rice. Both were delicious and very generous portions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money. We will definitely return to try some of the other food on the menu.

Only 3 starts from me. I got the mix done with the cheese sauce. The beef was rubbery. All the food was bland. It needed more flavour. Maybe more complementary sauce. Expensive at £11 without side or drink. They gave two tiny sauces that it was only enough for a few bites and nothing more. The service

I came with friends for a iftar meal and the staff were really helpful abd even provided us dates, which was nice. The food is tasty and is reasonably priced too. I will definitely be back for another iftar meal this time with my family

You drop the quality a lot , chips are probably from previous day , meat the same with a bad taste and smell … I use to come there every week, the only good thing now is the ayran and bread . I’m sorry for you guys but one more customer is gone (my self ).. change the management or rethink the menu with fresh products in order for you to have a success . Good luck !

This is one of the fanciest kebab places I visited and it was amazing! The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, i met the chef there (I can’t remember his name) he was so kind and hospitable. The food was brilliant, so juicy and flavourful - I’ve been to Turkey before and it was as if I was back in Istanbul eating doner! The prices too are fair and well priced for the portion sizes. I would recommend everyone come and check out this one of a kind place.

Nice decor, good menu, tasty food. I was a little sceptical about the fries still being crispy with the meat served on top of them but they were still good. Weird business model though, presumably to keep costs down. There were only two front of house staff, the person taking the orders and the guy cleaning the tables. Both pleasant and efficient. But no serving/waiting staff so it is basically a takeaway/fast food place rather than a restaurant. The food comes served on black plastic trays with plastic cutlery and everything is single-use and non-recyclable. Again, this probably keeps costs down but it is pretty unacceptable in today's culture.

Great Turkish doner. As a Turkish originated, I would say that this shawarma is the original Turkish doner. You shouldn’t miss to try it if you haven’t yet. And, have good space upstairs.

Compared to the previous order, this time it was not good. The food looks and tastes like it's made from leftovers. The sauce that was part of the meal was also missing. Previously, if I ordered for more than 50f, they gave extra sauce. The food was cold and cutlery was missing.

Chicken doner was dry and burnt rather than moist so you get weird crunch in your mouth. Donor kebab - again smells weird and leave a strange after taste in your mouth, very unusual smell. Portion size was OK for the price but don't think I will be back again unfortunately as the website and advertising looks good. A shame...as plenty of seating and good location

One lady behind counter is leaning on a wall with her bucket of ice cream another one is picking hair off her shoulders next to kebab meet and other two guys messing around. So I have checked reviews and it was like DISGUSTING. worst donner I've ever had… Thought it can’t be that bad but it was accurate description. Gave it to my dog

Glad we visited. Staff were very welcoming and helpful explaining the menu in more detail. The food was excellent tbh. I love a good Turkish kebab arguably more than most, we have some fantastic spots in Manchester and I'd definitely place BY Doner amongst those.

Food extremely bland and well overpriced

Ok I guess.... Tried the original chicken doner, good portion size but the bread was disappointing, feels it is like a thin wrap which can do with a bit more cooking, the chicken can do with more flavour, will be returning to give it another try, not sure it will be a firm favourite.

We had excellent food from by doner the employees are really nice and great drinks and foods, I would highly recommend this restaurant to other people it is very good!

Great food, this is our second visit in under 10 days. The lamb don't rice box with salad is wonderful. Hubby tried the mixed meat Beef, Chicken and lamb rice box the first time. This visit was beef and chicken Tombik which disappeared very quickly. Very large portions. The staff are lively, nothing is a problem. Would recommend to everyone.

For the average kebab eater, this has a good variety.. But if you are a vegetarian, the hygiene is not of a comfortable quality. The chef used his hands in gloves to pick it the salad, instead of the utensil. When I asked for him to do this, he made a complaining sigh!! For £8 for a bit of rice, some haloumi, and salad/tomato, it was not sufficient. There is plenty of dining space upstairs.

Great place for healthy meat n rice dishes and great options for kids. I always get the takeaway from here and the packaging n presentation is spot on. This is my usual place for kebabs. My fav is the mixed rice box.
