3rd visit to this lovely little cafe, where the staff are always friendly and the food delicious. i had a scone followed by a cappuccino. Then couldn't resist taking a piece of carrot cake home, which was one of the best I've ever had.

Popped in here for a coffee and toilet stop whilst I was visiting the area. It’s lovely, clean and fresh inside. I was served by the lovely Joe who was attentive and polite. I enjoyed a vanilla latte and a tuna melt toastie which was made to order and very tasty. Joe delivered my coffee and food and was keen to check later that all was good with it. The cafe has a theatre theme, the posters and decoration and the show tunes playing in the back ground added to the over all experience. Joe and Abigail were busy cleaning the sweet jars and giggling away. Abigails laugh was infectious! The Tea room provides and enables adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to gain work experience. Staff member Jean spent some time going through allergen processes with Abigail, her manner was so lovely and supportive towards her and it was really nice to observe them together. This was a really lovely experience as well as the tasty food. I was highly recommend a visit if you are ever in the are. I know I’ll be back next time I’m down this way.

I was visiting my mum for Mother’s Day and had not booked anywhere for lunch. I looked around and saw most places were fully booked due to it being Mother’s Day. This beautiful little pub popped up on
