Domino's Pizza in Chiltern

Rubbish pizza . what happened . they even got it wrong. undercooked and rubbish cheese is it even mozzarella ? toppings all around the edge , none in the middle .. how strange.Who did this to our pizzas . My friends was better than mine .. what’s that about? Dissapointed to say the least .. £40 down the drain cheers.

Disappointing Experience with Poorly Cooked Pizza and Rude Service Today I ordered two pizzas and a side from Domino's Pizza in Amersham, but the pizzas were undercooked. I called the store to request properly cooked replacements, which they did send, and I returned the leftover pizzas. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when the store manager, Raj, called us and behaved extremely rudely. He accused us of trying to get free food always and also order cheap pizzas (mentioning £3.99 pizzas, which we never did). I asked him to provide proof of any previous returns or orders of £3.99 pizzas, but he couldn't. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, making baseless accusations rather than addressing the quality issue. For anyone considering Domino's Pizza in Amersham, beware of poor-quality food and rude staff. They clearly don’t know how to handle customer concerns properly. I would strongly advise against ordering from this location.

What the heck? Where's our pizza? The man on the phone was very rude when we called to complain our pizza was 30 mins late. We're currently still waiting for it.

Only one person working and can’t take any order as he is working alone . He many orders to make. I have parked my car pay money for parking and went there to takeway. Domino’s meant a to be fast service but at this branch I have doubt . I will never go this branch ever again.

Ordered a chicken feast with 3 additional toppings for delivery. Turns up with the 3 extra toppings on it, BUT NOT THE MAIN TOPPINGS such as chicken and sweetcorn. This is the 3RD TIME this has happened. To make matters worse, the trakcing system says it's out for delivery and will be with us in 6 minutes, but in fact it took 25 minutes!!! This branch should be ashamed of themselves!!! 18/07/2023 - Update: My son wanted pizza. I was reluctant to order from Dominos, but that's what he wanted. And guess what, the same issue again. Chicken Feast arrived with the additional toppings but with main toppings of chicken and sweetcorn MISSING! Unbelievable. Someone at head office needs to get a grip on this branch ASAP!

It's ok not authentic italian Pizza but quite pricey

I ordered a cheese and tomato and a pepperoni passion to collect. On arriving to collect I was informed that the kitchen had made a Meateor instead of the cheese and tomato and was asked if I would accept it. My daughter is vegetarian so declined and I was told the cheese and tomato would take 5 minutes. 20 minutes later it had not arrived. I raised this with the collection desk, and a couple of minutes later two pizzas were delivered. However the cheese and tomato had clearly been cooked with pieces of meat on it, which had then been picked off leaving visible indentations. Given the delay we took the pizzas anyway but now have no confidence in Dominos quality or food standards.

I have ordered from Dominos Amersham 3 times in 8 weeks. We live in Chesham. About 9 minutes drive away. Each time the order takes 30-40 minutes, the app updates do not work and food has been cold. Avoid

I placed a order online waited a hour so I decided to hed to the shop as I walked in spoke to someone and he said thd driver just picked it up and it on the way to the house I went home waited 10 more min the driver arrived and the food was cold I went back up to the shop for my order to be cooked again. Was a hour and 45 min before I was able to eat

Never been spoken to in such a rude way in my life. I phoned up to say they’d given me wrong order (2x the same pizza, and a temperature check pizza instead of the pizza I actually ordered). Wouldn’t let me get a word in, shouting down phone that I ordered wrong and I need to come and get it if I want to change it. Absolutely appalling seems they hire awful kids now with no training whatsoever. Put me off dominoes for good.

The pizza was tasty but it was smaller than the size we ordered. When we tackled the branch the man said it must have shrunk on the way and refused to offer any credit. Poor customer service - avoid

The person taking the order was asleep barely listening when I’ve mentioned what pizza we want. After repeating myself 3 times here is the reason why we received the wrong pizza we’ve asked for Meateor and received a Cheese and Tomato instead. Also so overpriced, on the window it said 11.99 for any large pizza but they’ve charged £25 for a large pizza saying that this is the buy one get one free offers. I could see at least 15 people working crumped up in that small kitchen, but the service is still careless, poor quality of the ingredients, overpriced. Don’t order anything from there, is simply rubbish!

Called 7 times to chase 1 small margarita & wedges that took over an hour and a half to arrive. Arrived cold, wedges uncooked. Called and spoke to the sarcastic manager who needs to learn how to speak to people

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Staff are so unhelpful and rude when my food was late and cold. The manager said he would process a full refund but there’s been no sign of it. My food was cold and the delivery driver walked off saying it wasn’t his problem.

Ordered here on numerous occasions. Always get the deals so decent value for money and the pizza is really good. The only thing I’d caution against is ordering delivery on the weekend. It took about 40 mins to deliver and I live 7 mins drive away.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 wedges and 1 pizza garlic bread which took an hour to come when arrived had no garlic pizza bread and the driver said he would sort it out so we waited an hour and got nothing so i called up again they answered and asked if i still wanted it so i said yes there response was ok then and proceeded to end the call and the garlic pizza bread never showed up.

Waited 40 mins this evening for 1 pizza ordered for collection. Was given free wedges as a type of compensation, they were obviously very busy. Got home and there was no burger sauce on the cheeseburger pizza. I went back and they added the sauce and they have said I will get a refund in up to 5 working days. Time will tell. Someone also collecting dropped their pot of sauce which went all over the floor. When I returned to the store to get the sauce added, the sauce from the floor had been partially cleaned up but was still visible with the addition of a very slippery wet patch which another customer nearly slipped on. Its a shame that we had this service tonight as we haven't previously had this issue. Thankfully the pizza was nice.

I was an employee at dominos for almost 3 months. The manager and the assistant manager their; are RACIST. PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE. I have been ill treated and racially discriminated several times. Just because I am an Indian student, they misbehaved several times and made me feel terrible. I have been regarded as a person belonging to their level of “shoe” along with the hand gestures involved. All this happened in front of the manager and yet nobody did anything. Its my humble request, not to be fooled by their advertisements. Thank you.

Never had any issues until today, our pizza took well over an hour, it arrived cold (I live a 5 min walk from the store, so not a distance issue) the pizza was cut weirdly, it looked uneven and slanted, like it was sliced by a kid, tiny slices, giant slices, was just weird! Like slanted. The delivery person said they couldn't find my address, but never called to ask directions (like everyone else does) my girlfriends pizza looked cold and sad, yet overcooked. She said it tasted old and chewy, mine was cold and chewy too. I'm guessing it's a new staffing issue, which ultimately means poor management issue, as staff are only as good as thier manager. But yeah, glad papa johns in Rickmansworth is open now! They can deliver hot consistent food in under an hour!

Worst Takeaway Pizza Experience I've ever had. They took my money, but the order 'didn't go through' apparently. But my online banking app shows it did! 20 minutes on hold to speak to the manager and they never picked up. Actually have to report the transaction as fraud to my bank which is insane.

Have never ordered here and it be on time! The first time the staff were being yelled at by someone who seemed to be a manager and . The second time one pizza was ready and the other supposedly 7 mins away by the time I got it and got home the pizza was warm instead of hot. made online order. waited just over 55 minutes and then called branch for update as tracker was showing that the delivery had not left the branch. I was advised that they were busy and my food would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later the food arrives and both pizzas are cold to touch..so cold they were starting to go rigid!. I called the branch and the same woman whom I spoke with earlier offered an apology.. what I fail to understand is the shops attitude towards this !..when first called I was dismissed off hand and was basically advised the be patient and was told I ordered my food at lunchtime which was a busy period !..really ?..remind me never to order food at lunchtime again ! I did not call them to say I was bored of watching the minutes pass....I called because I was concerned that I would get cold pizzas...and that's exactly what I got !..it is not always about just the time and surely a basic requirement is that the should be to provided hot and fresh?. its no good the branch offering a refund as in this case , as It is not solely about the money!. yes I took the refund ( still not refunded by the way) but I would have rather not been forced to call them twice and not have to complain about food which was not fresh or edible!..I was obviously willing to pay for a hot pizza or otherwise I would have made a sandwich! poor service, and a poor attitude from the staff on the phone. Remember, don't you dare think about ordering food at lunchtime unless you are prepared to have cold hard pizza!....if they cannot provide a decent lunchtime service I dread to think what a weekend evening is like ! hire more staff, buy more bikes....hire a donkey!..do anything to make it work! not about time or money...just provide a fit for purpose service or don't offer one !..Pizza Hut is on the same high street and does not offer a delivery service to my road....maybe this is the reason why?.

The online ordering system seems to work well. The delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. I just wish they'd cook the pizzas a little longer. They're always a little soggy and anaemic which is a shame as just a little longer in the oven would make all the difference. I know they're rushing but it would improve the quality no end. Dominos is ridiculously expensive for what it is but this is not the fault of the Amersham branch obviously!

I have been using this Dominos branch for years and (touchwood) I have never had any major problems with them. Not recently anyway. Although I admit the first time I used them was when they first opened and were very disappointing.Especially as the quality of the pizza was poor at the time and some of the staff weren't behaving very professionally. However after this experience things did improve and so far I have always been happy with ordering pizza from here.The quality of the food has also improved in recent years and have still been using this Dominos branch and have no plan to stop using them anymore. Yes, I did say 12 years ago I thought their service was poor but they have improved a lot since then

This first experience with Domino's was terrible. I called them to order the Lotta-Chocca Pizza but I couldn't remember the name for it so I just asked if I could order the Nutella Pizza. A very rude lady picked up the phone and said "Nutella Pizza??!!" in a really sarcastic way. I then explained to her that I just couldn't remember the name for it but I just wanted to order the chocolate pizza. All I heard next was her making really weird noises, probably to someone else as if she was making fun of me and then she hung up the phone! This was the worst first experience I have ever had and I will never order from them again. Maybe the staff there should learn some manners...

Extremely rude on the phone and did not seem interested in taking the order. Said that a delivery deal was not available even when I could see that it was available online and then abruptly put the phone down.

I placed an order through the dominos app for delivery tonight and payed etc. Then got a phone call from a very rude lady who works there saying that there is no way they can possibly deliver and don’t I know it’s 15 minutes until close.. like it was my fault for having placed the order. After me questioning why the app had let me place my order she just said your refund will be with you within 5-7 working days good bye and hung up.. wouldn’t order from here again with such rude staff and bad service.

Never answered the phone must of called them ten times so ordered online big order for 9 people to collect was ready quite quickly but 2 in the morning was puking my guts up. When I went to collect my order phone was constant ringing and no one answered. Won’t order from there again!

I'm not a regular pizza muncher but was abducted by a friend. Enjoyed it though!

Arrived and waited for my pizza. Saw them put it on the side and then they realised they had forgotten one. Had to wait for them to make another one and by the time they had the other one was warm, not hot. Told the lady working who insisted I eat a bite in front of her and then said I was lying when I said it wasn’t hot. As I was leaving heard her say something to her Work colleague in a foreign language. This dominos always has issues and wouldn’t recommend.

As Domino’s Pizza goes, it is a good one with reliable service and faster than average with a friendly staff. If you like Domino’s (which I do!) then it’s excellent. If you don’t, I doubt this place will change tour mind.

I'm surprised to see some of the not so good ratings as my experiences have always been good, including the service. Maybe I've been exceptionally lucky, or the type of pizza I order (Italian crust) but even if that's the case, what I have eaten is great!

Just a takeaway shop like you fimd with most dominoss pizza shops. There is some good deals here so always worth keeping a pllo out. I enjoyed my pizza here lasted me three days.

This establishment can not take orders, they can not deliver whats been ordered and they dont pick up the phone. Order from Pizza hut, they do what dominos dont.

Alias pagué por una pizza que ni siquiera estaba viniendo porque el pago se atoró entre las cuentas por el sitio web. Que fue el primero de muchos errores por venir.Llamó Domino's después de 25 minutos de no recibir la pizza sabían de lo que había sucedido. Sólo para alguien que no contesta el teléfono! Genial! Ahora me era bastante molesto, así que tuve que llamar otra domino en High Wycombe a llamar Domino's en Amersham! ! Lo innecesario. Un enorme para una simple entrega faff online! Cuando el Amersham Domino's por fin recoger su teléfono la señora de la cola era muy inútil, diciendo que no sabía qué hacer, y cuando les pregunté por qué tardó tanto tiempo para que contesten sus teléfonos su única respuesta fue "estamos ocupados". Bastante vergonzoso.Después de clasificar el problema con el banco, y la comprensión que me gustaría reembolsará mi 25 libras. 95 en dos días, decidí que habíamos pedido de nuevo. Y adivina qué! ? Quite aggravating for me to recall my experience with Domino's pizza in Amersham. Ordered on Friday at 12pm. The website server timed out yet my purchase still went through. AKA I payed for a pizza that wasn't even coming because the payment got stuck in between accounts because of the website. That was the first of many errors to come. Called up Domino's after 25 minutes of not receiving the pizza unaware of what had happened. Only for someone not to answer the phone! Great! Now I was quite annoyed, so I had to call up ANOTHER Domino's place in High Wycombe to call Domino's in Amersham!! Highly unnecessary. A huge faff for a simple online delivery! When the Amersham Domino's did finally pick up their phone the lady on the line was very unhelpful, saying she didn't know what to do, and when asked about why it took so long for them to answer their phones their only reply was "we're busy". Quite shameful. After sorting out the problem with the bank, and understanding I'd be refunded my £25.95 in two days time, I decided we'd order again. And guess what!? The delivery would take two hours!! Two hours for 1 medium margarita with stuffed crust, two sprites, cookies and a tub of ice cream. The whole thing is and was very infuriating!! The pizza came at 2:30pm. We first "ordered" our pizza at 12pm, to then order again at 12:30pm when finally getting through. The simple excuse of "we're busy" cannot suffice for this experience and needless to say I will not be ordering from this Dominoes again.

This is the second time I have used Dominos in Amersham for a very large order of 17 pizza's a mix of large and medium. The order was taken efficiently and the delivery took place as scheduled right on time. Great service and good pizza's.

Twice I've ordered a delivery from here and both times they have failed to find my address. It's not exactly difficult to find either!! Slow delivery times too.

Decent service, standard pizza. Nothing too special to write home about but good for a house party

Personally, I feel that Domino's have got to the point in their business where they could not care about QC and customer satisfaction, because they adopted the WHO GIVES A F**K policy. I used to order pizza from them at least once a week in the early days but now, steer well clear because the quality have gone right out the door. Take it from me, if you can get your local Domino's to deliver a nice hot steamy pizza within a realistic time period, where the toppings are not still raw, and where the base has not been subject to overnight freezing then your doing well. Plus, if your pizza arrives less than steamy hot, then you have been subject to their last on the list delivery system, where you were sadly last in the chain of deliveries. Personally, I don't purchase pizza from these people anymore due to the above issues and as such, would offer an air of warning to those that do :-(

Several times I have ordered with them, had to repeat the order and delivery address several times. On one order the woman on the end of the phone repeated back to me the postcode, couple second gap, then said "whats your postcode?". On top of that over an hour wait on a pizza regulary when Dominos is a mile away from our home. When we've phoned to ask where the pizza is we have had to go through all the details twice over and after 5 mins on the phone they claim they've found the order... or more likely placed a new one.
