terrible customer service, terrible food and way to expensive for what it is. never picked up the phone when we had issues

Ordered a create your own Double decadence Sunday evening. Placing the order through the app was easy and I love the delivery tracker feature on it. The order itself however took 45+ mins to arrive and when it did the pizza wasn't even hot and the supposed sauce in the base was non existent I was very disappointed.

Dominos pizza cheriton, Three orders all wrong, and they dont seem to care! will you people ever get an order correct!!!

Two for Tuesday and still over £20 for two large. Lockdown projects has seen me get into making my own pizza - I suggest you start were I started - The Pizza Bible by Tony Gemignani (I do not gt anything for this) because you will realise what a rip off and the quality you are getting. Do not get me wrong - I used to love Dominos and last night it was meant to be a treat after a long journey home. It was dry, the base was poor and the cheese had become coagulated in places like cottage cheese. It had split to become grainy. I know the website was saying there were supply chain issues but this just was plain poor. Seriously, if I can make the journey to making decent 24 hr fermentation dough, decent sauce, etc and save money so can you . Why should I waste £20 on this nonsense. Last night was the death knoll for ever having Dominos again. As someone one who hated pizza once said to me - it is just bread dough, sauce and cheese plus toppings - you are having a laugh at those prices. I would add to this but done well - it can be great food...

We usually order through their website for home delivery. Our pizza always arrive hot, on time or even earlier than expected. Good deals. Keep up good work guys!

We had Dominoes only last week. It is great, you can track your order from placing the order, through the cooking process to your door. Food arrives really hot and everything is just perfect. Meals are delivered swiftly and quickly, the staff are pleasant enough and we love Dominoes and would reccomend them to anyone.

Stopped here for pizza before heading to the tunnel. Got bye one get on free. Pizza were cooked well and we had no complaints

After ordering food for a set time and giving the store over an hours notice I called to find out where the food was as it had been marked as delivered on the tracking app. After questioning why the food was now 15 minutes late I was told that’s just the way it was as “they were busy” I said it wasn’t good enough and they should advise if pre ordered food is going to be late. I was the told to F&@k off by the guy on the phone. I don’t care how busy you are you should never tell a paying customer to F&@k off. Not impressed, what makes it worse was the food when it did turn up was like warm and sweaty from condensation.

Good offers on collection. Friendly staff and pizzas are as expected from dominos. They have loads of staff lining up to make sure the pizzas are made quickly it's really amusing to watch the human conveyor belt!

girl at counter was so ascerbic we walked out. All pizzas 9.99 buy one get one free. this offer was only for 18.99 pizzas , go figure?

Ordered Meator with sundried tomato and garlic sauce. Came with BBQ sauce which is sickly, American and vile. Pizzas weren't particularly hot, in fact they were warm. Had to reheat them in the oven. Overall 1 out 10. Unlikely to be ordering again. Most definitely the Trump of Pizzas.

I do not rate this establishment in the slightest. AVOID at all costs. This take away made me very ill, I contacted their staff and got very little care back. Please, please please.. Go elsewhere! Especially for gluten free options

Normally an extremely regular customer. Ordered today 5/7/16 @ 7.45. I asked for a medium double decadence and a large deep pan it came to £17.77 After 35 mins it arrived. Took it in and found the first problem. Was two mediums not the large I had asked for on a deep pan. Then as tried to eat found that the toppings just fell off and the pizza itself was less than appetising. Domino's seems to be getting worse and I feel that its a waste of money and will not be ordering again.

We use the delivery service regularly from this Folkestone branch and they are always reliable, constant, on time and a great all round experience. Great pizzas too!

Worst pizza I've ever eaten. Was lukewarm. Not even crispy and tasted disgusting never ever again dominos cheriton needs to be shut down

Al llegar a recoger nuestra orden, vimos la cocina estaba ocupado con varios miembros del personal, trabajar y hablando. Me quedé muy sorprendida al ver las maquinas de pizza con no guantes tocar las coberturas y no lavarse las manos después de cada artículo!

El personal era totalmente grosero. Pedí algunas preguntas sobre los tipos de pizza y el idiota sirve gruñó pedregosas y nos dio respuestas de una palabra. Y cuando estaban haciendo mi pizza el personal sólo me eyeballed o quedamos alrededor todo el tiempo! Tan poco profesional y hostil. Grosero odioso y por suerte me molestó incluso gastar dinero en la tienda! No usar otra vez!!!

Well the phone service is less than amazing and 7/10 they get your order wrong but when they do get it right it is amazing!! Double decadence ummm lush,, must have!!

I ordered my meals by phone call, my order was taken by a man called Sol, after the order he read back the ticket and all was correct, That was until it turned up, 1 of the pizzas was completely wrong and the side was a disaster... I ran back and complained. A man called Josh took my complaint and offered a replacement which was good but to be honest after ordering and repeating the order and having it read back to me it shouldn't have been wrong, I'm disgusted i used to rate this place,, Now I don't think I would ever order from here again, The staff need lessons in attention and basic listening skills.

I love Dominos, with out a doubt it is the best delivery service of a pizza selling establishment i have ever used, with the bogof on Tuesday it makes it even sweeter... I <3 the double decadence, If it wasn't so expensive i would order it everyday but what they say is true, u pay for quality

Always use Dominos!! BOGOF on a Tuesday, what more could you want, this by far is the best Pizza Place in Folkestone!!!!
