La comida deliciosa. Muy contentos con el servicio y la comida. El restaurant es pequeñito y sencillo. Repetimos seguro!!!!

I actually placed an order online. I was about to order from another competitor but chose DistriAndina because they had 2 products my family wanted so despite the shipping being almost 10 pounds, i chose to go ahead and purchase from them. A day after i place the order i received a "refund" to my order: 2 of the products were not available yet they never addressed this in an email giving the customer the right to cancel the order or at the very least informed them in advance about the change to their order. I sent them an email to clarify (on the same Friday) and asked for the order to be canceled. They conveniently do not respond to emails on the weekend, and by the time Monday rolled in they claimed "the order already shipped" and so i assumed they would not do anything about it. I respect mom-and-pop shops and truly want to support Latin-American business as i we miss products we grew up with, but as i said in my email to them, you can be dishonest and deceitful with your clients when you know well you don't have a product and you chose to not remove it from your website or add "sold out".... because then people like me buy from you and then pay full delivery for something they could have order with free shipping somewhere else with all the products they chose in their basket. I will not recommend and will not purchase form them again.

Great food and high quality of customer service. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to try something authentic.

Tutti molto gentili e perlopiu 'colombiani. Caffè e cibo costano poco e quasi tutti parlano spagnolo li'. Molto accogliente e Caffè colombiano molto buono

Vine aquí para probar comida colombiana por primera vez, y para tratar de apoyar el barrio latino, que había escuchado que estaba "bajo amenaza". Las empanadas son deliciosas, rápidas y baratas: 1 para una delicia rica y abundante que viene con una salsa de cebolla refrescante. El resto del menú también es emocionante, especialmente si no ha tenido mucha comida colombiana antes. La yuca frita con guacamole era muy buena, y el plátano frito también. El personal habla muy poco inglés, así que espera apuntar a los platos y obtener un saludo feliz y tranquilizador a cambio. Recomiendo probar este lugar si quieres descubrir la cocina colombiana!

Me and a friend wanted to experience of Columbian culture and give our support to the national team during the world cup. All we got was poor treatment and poor customer service, look all we wanted was some food, which was clearly available despite the lack of menus..we ordered some drinks (no Columbian beer avaible) but when IT came to enquiring about food we were met with indifference and poor customer service, We were made to feel like outsiders ( We are in London not bogota) . So first enquiry We were told that they were no longer serving but for an hour food was been regularly been served to people and New comers after We arrived. THE second asked about some dishes served to a table opposite us , only to be met with indifference again but the waitress was capable to tell us it had meat in. She was capable to bring us a beer refill with out asking. THE 3rd and last time my friend asked for some assistance, the waitress told him one moment please and never come back. Disgrace I say, sorry is something wrong with our money or are you against Any one non Columbian. Explain please, because i am a Londoner who works in customer service and respects London is an multinational city. Respect costs nothing

My friend and I visited this ‘restaurant’ on the day of Columbia’s first 2018 World Cup match and were treated with utter disdain by THREE members of the waiting staff. We ended up leaving after it was made clear that English people such as ourselves were not made welcome. Shame. Awful place, very much best avoided.

So so good! Value second to none. House red was great! Went for the mixed grill, every meat was great tasting. Had the empanaeas to start would highly recommend!

Great new Colombian restaurant with traditional decor and great food. Would highly recommend if youre in the area.

Fui invitado por unos amigos para ir a este sitio, donde tuve la peor experiencia como cliente que jamás he tenido. Lo primero es que el portero me dijo que el precio de entrada eran £8 para que 5 minutos después una señorita saliera, arrancará el cartel del evento en nuestra cara, y unos segundos después nos dijera que ahora el precio eran £10, a pesar de que le comenté a esta señorita que se nos había comentado otro precio de entrada unos segundos antes, ella nos dijo en un tono no muy cordial que no era su problema... sinceramente, no me marché en ese momento porque nuestros amigos estaban dentro. No solo la carencia de customer service skills, sino que el sonido dentro aparte de ser estridente y horrible, se corto la música en varias ocasiones, la clientela era horrenda, se podía apreciar el consumo de drogas en todo el lugar. Ausencia de ventilación, clientes maleducados empujando sin disculparse e incapaces de hablar en inglés. En resumen, a pesar de haber pagado £10 en la entrada, me marché del lugar 10 minutos después... era incapaz de pasar ahí ni un minuto más!!! Debo decir que ignoro cómo será este lugar como restaurante, al parecer la comida es buena y eso no me sorprende porque me encanta la comida latina, y en las fotos tiene muy buena pinta. Pero definitivamente como disco deja muchísimo que desear.
