Dirty Sam's Burger Van in West Berkshire

My food didn’t even get delivered and yet was said to have been delivered

Was advised it would be here at 8.55pm and didn’t arrive until 9.05pm. No water with the meal deal as advertised. A bit poor to be honest. Especially for the price

Proper rancid dirty van in the corner of an industrial estate with a women serving the food whilst eating stuff herself. A soggy cup of chips arrived to the hotel and threw them in the bin. Dirty van horrible food. Avoid.

The fries are over priced for how much you get but the burger was a monster...

Although the food was good, it had leaked out of its containers. This detract from the dinning experience

Can't say enough how great the food is, and now know why it's called Dirty Sam's can't come away clean, would urge people to try as I know they will return.

Half order missing ordered large chips got a cone no drink when part of order that was fifth time burgers only half cooked onion one little piece chips I did get as part of meal was cold will not order again awful service

I ordered a chicken burger meal deal but I only got the burger no chips or drink like it says in the description

Probably will not order again as not getting what I ordered. Ordered large chips got a cone according to menu should be bread and butter on 4 or5 occasions not received so very unhappy

Once again for the third order no bread and butter otherwise everything ok

Food was piping hot and very tasty,delivery time was pretty quick too.

Shame the bean juice was everywhere even the outside of the tray

The bread was missing, and the egg yolks were solid. It has been better when ordered previously, so perhaps a blip this morning.

Food had to go in the bin. A soggy cold mess in pieces. Just inedible. Chip portion was so small it would have suited a small child not worth the £4.00 price.

Great food hot and delicious and fast delivery too. All round service 10/10

Food arrived all either stone cold like baked beans stone cold mushrooms stone cold bacon stone cold or a like a tiny bit warm sausages only thing that was hot was the chips and hasbrowns. No bread and butter given as stated either very had an issue here but I'll definitely be thinking again about ordering especially when I paid good money for this as well

Although it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but I put 1 Mars bar on my order and got a Snickers instead

Driver couldn't find address, even though other drivers have successfully done so.

I recently heard about robinsons so had to take a look. While they’re noticed Dirty Sams! With my American heritage knew it was a take on Dirty Dans. I had to go over and see what they had on the menu, the food was superb. Not only was the food good, the young lady serving me was so polite and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Delicious food , friendly and helpful staff will accommodate most requests if it’s possible , churros are amazing !

This is the 2nd meal that iv been disappointed with. I ordered a breakfast tray, the egg was undercooked, hash brown soggy, beans and mushrooms were both cold and the bacon was like cardboard, the sausages had bits of bones or something in it, the bread and butter was missing. The whole meal was made from cheap nasty ingredients. By the time it got delivered it was just a pile of mess….far from impressed.

Was very nice but not very warm considering in an insulated bag and i'm not far away.

Had an amazing Rodeo Burger and chips. Followed that up with some yummy churro's. Thank you

14th October 22 Order placed at 20:08 with Just Eats. Let's forget the food was cold as I don't think that's Dirty Sam's fault. Order was for two portions of chips we had one and onion rings as they had run out of chips, onion rings tasted strongly of fish 🤢 The Buffalo Chicken was inedible as you couldn't bite into the chicken. (I have kept it in the freezer incase you want to see it) Legendary Dirty Burger, was our other burger ordered. This had no bacon and bits of the white of the egg but no yolk. We phoned the phone number to complain before 9pm when it said it closed with no answer so phoned back just after 9 pm asking for them to call us back on Saturday. We have heard nothing. So very very disappointed!!!

Was good food, but the forgot the 3 bottles of water that comes with the meal.

The hotdogs were awful!! No chilli in the chilli dog just kidney beans and some bashed up cheese. The hotdog looked like it had been chewed up and spat back out. No bottles of water again with the meal deal. Won’t be ordering again!

OK BUT NOT AS GOOD AS NORMAL TODAY, LOOKED VERY SLOPPY, THROWN IN BOX, NOT THE WAY IT IS NORMALLY- MAYBE A DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE???

Really quick service. Standard English breakfast , nice bacon but unfortunately the mushrooms tasted boiled and no option of to swap items such as bread or tomatoes and take off the egg .

The food is always excellent, sometimes luke warm when delivered. Best burgers in town, the breakfasts are amazing too. Chill could do with a bit of heat but it tastes good. High quality ingredients.

Really small portions. A small paper cup of chips for £2.50. Bacon and egg bap, small with one egg despite saying g “eggs”. Paid over £20 for breakfast and got a very small lightweight bag of food ☹️

Just had a deliveroo from this van and to be honest it was rank. The food was nothing like it looks on the menu, the food was cold, the food was it was from yesterday's left over. I won't be using this service again.

Wow! I've never had such a monster of a burger in my life! I had the legendary dirty burger and I'm not sure I'll be able to eat for the rest of the week! Not only was it huge, but it was also the tastiest burger I've had. All the ingredients combine to deliver something that is exceptional. Proper American style Man Vs Food grub.

Terrible burger reminded me of the sort of thing you used have at school for lunch. Awful bun with a really thin burger that was dry and full of gristle. Not sure what the hype is about but we were definitely left disappointed. Edit: Definitely ordered from dirty Sam's.

Not enough places like this left. The food was really good and the portions generous - so much so that I struggled to finish it. The guy on the van was really friendly and had a good chat with me while he was cooking.

I was weary given some of the reviews on here but i decided to give it a go myself and all i can say is i think the other who gave a bad review must have eaten somewhere else or got confused because i ordered a large order and everything was correct and really gorgeous we also went again aboyt 4 days ago and received the same service its good to have a burgervan that produces such nice food. The breakfast trays are the best 👌

we had a few orders that were not that great, I made a comment on their face book page and they immediately private messaged me asking what the problems were, after I explained they were very apologetic and dealt with the matter professionally and with sincerety, after a meal tonight I am happy to say the food was back to the high standard we were used to receiving, I have to say the customer service they provided was outstanding and we will be ordering again on the very near future, thank you dirty sams 😁

Burgers okay could do for option for onions and bacon etc and buns fall apart when u pick burger up need bigger trays I think

Had a pit box today, absolutely delicious and good value for money considering the time and effort that's go's into cooking these sort of meat, the kids had dirty burgers and chilli chips and loved it and the brownies are to die for

Didn’t enjoy at all. The worst quality meat I think I’ve ever eaten, i wouldn’t even feed it to my dog if I had one! My husband has thrown his in the bin after 1 bite. Bits of bone in the burger. No sauce, dry, cold and even the cheese slice was poor quality. Just rank!
