Food was cold and the salmon so over cooked… so disappointing!!

Greeter was fine the n Some lad took my order don't know what language he was talking 8 80 for a glass wine garlic bread ok brisket pie not much in the pie and it came in pizza base not good

We had a great dining experience at Zizi when we went for dinner on my son's birthday. The restaurant staff and manager were polite and professional. We met Manager Sachin, who was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose the perfect dishes. We highly recommend visiting!

This was great time spent at Zizzi for my daughter's 18th Birthday. Best place in Newbury we chosen to celebrate birthday with her 15 friends. Great Hospitality, excellent ambiance, friendly staff and needless to say excellent food and beverages. Manager Sachin and other staff members joined us for birthday cake cutting which made birthday more joyful and memorable. Surely recommend to my other friends. Thank you Zizzi.

I thought the service was incredible! The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great. I would recommend to my family and friends when they visit Newbury town! Definitely the best I’ve had in years. Overall, I walked out very satisfied. My five year old enjoyed the meals, would recommend for children also.

Pizza feel like wet rumala(cloth tissues) and papad felt with the bite... And i will suggest new chef and recipe, i have people with me so please email me for bettee suggestions 😁😉

Just a top review to our waiter Tom. He was amazing and helpful. A waiter who has a good sense of humour and knows how to work the room. He provided the right amount of space to attentiveness. Problem solved when his colleague didn’t have a clue what dessert she was giving us.

Delivery said from 11.50 when i preordered, then once order was confirmed moved to 12.10. Delivered 12.30 a cold pizza and cold fries.

Tom our waiter was an absolute legend , had a small complication with our order but that was purely our fault down to their being 15 of us, Tom and other team members soon sorted it with in minutes . Only put 4 for atmosphere as one of our guests is abit noise sensitive so maybe an addition of background music to hollow out the general public

Me and my partner came to zizi’s for his birthday and we had a lovely time! The food was absolutely delicious and it all came to us extremely quickly. I had a mocktail and it tasted exactly like the cocktail version which I was pleased about as not being able to have alcohol it was nice to have a drink that was similar in taste! Nina was our waitress, she was extremely helpful and efficient, we also came across sachin who was lovely and seemed as if he had the place in order. We will 100% be returning

It's a great place to eat and especially on one of the busiest days of the year. We had such a good time,enjoying delicious food and drinks.

Food was excellent. Service was okay but not welcoming. Bill needed amending which was sorted instantly and with good grace by the manager. Would happily revisit because of the quality of the food.

On arrival our table was not ready and we were told they were just getting it ready. 20 mins of standing in the doorway we saw the previous guests just leaving our table. Two of us had casareccia pesto rosso for our main meals and there was suppose to be chicken breast in the meal and between the two of us we had 6 extremely small pieces of chicken. Our visit to Zizzi’s was for my daughter’s birthday and overall visit was disappointing.

It was a very busy evening in the restaurant, however the staff were very professional and worked exceptionally hard. Food arrived quickly and tasted great as always. Waiting staff very polite, friendly and attentive. I had a great evening with my family and so pleased that the standard of Zizzi Newbury is so amazing as this is my local Zizzi.

The welcome was friendly the waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and advised us well the wines were good and served quickly as was the food beasue we were in a bit of a rush before the theatre... The 'fondue' was delicious and the calzone was nicely spiced with plenty of different meats. The carbonara was tasty but the parmesan crisp was both crisp and chewy but still tasty.. We were agreeably surprised and will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family..

The gentleman who met us at the door was so kind. I'd asked for a table in a specific area because I struggle to hear and he had saved us a fable there. There was a large queue to get in the door but they dealt with everyone swiftly and kindly. The lady who served us was lovely and the food was delicious. Really nice to see a varied menu. Delicious food. Thank you for a lovely evening
