Bill includes sneaky service charge. No service as Ordered from till!! Horrible place. Felt very uncomfortable. I’ve cream tasted cheap and pancake was crusty.

My arm is still sore after being twisted so hard by the rest of the family to visit this place as we were staying just around the corner! But thankfully the Biscoff biscuit and white chocolate Sundae I enjoyed whilst holding the spoon with my good arm was Amazing! There was a bit of a wait (10 minutes) after ordering which was surprising given we were the only 6 people in the place for 20 minutes after we first arrived, but indeed the desserts on offer all looked like they were worth the wait. And the kiddies were able to share 1 between the two of them so I don't think it could be argued that they go light on the portions! I've never been to a restaurant exclusively for puddings before beyond ice cream outlets whilst abroad or at the seaside, it's probably not the last time...

8 of us visited for my 6yr olds birthday treat. We all had different things, everything came out together in a reasonable time, it was all yummy. Service was great as always!

Do not waste your money here. Food tasted out of date and took ages to arrive. Staff looked overworked but the manager seemed to not care as he was on his mobile phone the majority of the night or nowhere to be seen. Is that fair? The decoration was broken I felt like a very rundown and uncared for environment. Do not understand how on earth they managed to scrape 5 stars on hygiene. I would rate it lower but it wont let me. Creams is better.

I haven’t visited a dessert shop in years so this was an absolute treat for me! We’d had food out in Worcester with the family and my dad decided to come here for pudding. We were allowed to choose where we wanted to sit and sat to decide what we wanted. THERE’S SO MUCH CHOICE! I had a really hard picking just one thing. All I knew is that I wanted a waffle, so opted for the Royal Rumble (Ferrero Rocher toppings). After having had a starter and main already, I was hoping to top it off with dessert and a coffee. I can only drink decaf and sadly they weren’t able to serve decaf that night so had a bottle of water instead. My partner had the cookie dough which he thoroughly enjoyed. My brother and his girlfriend shared some topped doughnuts whilst my parents also opted for a waffle each. Everyone really enjoyed their food. When my waffle arrived it didn’t have the Ferrero Rocher gelato / ice cream but my mom’s did, but this was soon fixed. You’ll see from my photo that the ice cream isn’t there, but I’d snapped the photo and started eating before I realised. I was a bit too excited. Would definitely recommend as the desserts were honestly amazing. Having the decaf coffee available would have made it a 5* for me but will happily visit again!

Order food at 8,55pm pancake and a milkshake with cream on top didn’t arrive till 10.10pm no cream on milkshake it was more like just ice cream the pancake was unedable it was like leather Burnt and rubbery it cost me 15.00 I couldn’t eat the pancake never will eat there again

A fantastic experience! A great server called Suq, was very friendly and made it a great afternoon of desserts!

Been to Delightful Desserts in Worcester many times always absolutely excellent service and fantastic desserts. We used to be a customer at Kidderminster Delightful Desserts and whilst that was still very nice, nothing beats Worcester. They are a credit to the franchise and the best we have been to by far. The shop is immaculate and always spotless. I would highly recommend anyone visit here. Thanks as always, Jack and Ellie

Ordered via Uber eats at 8:15pm to be delivered between 9pm and 9:30pm. At 9:30 get a message from Uber to say the order wasn’t confirmed. Why put yourself as available to order from when clearly you aren’t? Thanks Delightful Desserts, didn’t want any ice cream anyway and won’t bother again.

Very tasty desserts. Would recommend the cookie dough, was amazing! The ice cream sundaes looked really nice too but it was a bit too cold for ice cream when we visited!

Delightful Desserts is definitely one of the places to go when in Worcester! A nice and quiet restaurant where you are welcomed by a wife and husband team ( more often is the man doing the work 😁👍) and you get offered a multitude of desserts all baked to order. Nice atmosphere in very close proximity of the Worcester Cathedral and in the run up to the High Street shops!

Ordered from delightful desserts this evening and it was an absolute rip off. It was served in a takeaway tin and wasn’t even half an inch thick. The ice cream tasted cheap and wasn’t even white chocolate cookie dough. It was milk chocolate with sauce on it. Waste of money.

I’ve ordered from here this evening at 20:45 the lady on the phone told me it’ll be 30/40 minutes. It’s exactly one hour later and I’ve called back to see where the dessert is and it still hadn’t even been made, i was told on the phone it would be 12 minutes I call back 15 minutes later and it’s still not even been made. I told them on the phone to leave it in hope they may try and rectify their error to be told they would be delivering it personally, and I should of gone through just eat I appreciate this however I should’ve been told this 1 hour and 15 minutes prior. I was disappointed that they made absolute no effort to justify this once I confirmed I do not want this.

Me and my boyfriend spent the weekend in Worcester for the first time and we was recommended this place to try by a friend of mine. The restaurant was peaceful and the staff were very friendly. A lovely lady showed us to our table and told us how the restaurant works. We ordered the Extra Indulgent Giant Triple Chocolate Cake and the Smartie Pants waffle and these were to die for. We will definitely be returning whenever we come back to Worcester and we will also be recommending to family and friends.

I was the only ones in there & I waited a long time as staff is non professional. Waffle was not sweet, tasted more like bread & was very stodgy, crepes didn't have much sauce on so tasted bland. It was ridiculously cold in there, hand dryer didn't work & no toilet paper! Creams is better!

The waffles were amazing the place didnt have free wifi so the owner gave us his great customer service and very attentive

First visit to Worcester and wanted a treat to start. Very disappointed. The chocolate bomb didn’t melt the red velvet cake was dry. The restaurant was empty on arrival we should have guessed it was rubbish but the website had sold it to us.

Cookie dough was decent, I've had better, I've made better... But for the money I would expect a lot more, it was tiny. And the Ferrero milkshake tasted nothing like Ferrero in the slightest. Shan't be going back.

Staff were friendly & welcoming, food was amazing! Left cremes after a very rude experience at arrival and came here & couldn’t have left happier!

We came here for our dessert on our date night, the atmosphere is brilliant, the staff are wonderful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Every time we go we are never disappointed! Thank you so much!!

It was our first visit and kids were really excited. Sadly it was very disappointing, we had waffles and cookie dough. No cream, fruit, all overly sweet, kids and adults disappointed. We won't bother to visit again.

Desserts for the family treat to takeback to canal mooring never made it!!! So good they were all devoured...ice cream choices amazing, waffles light and fab cookie dough satisfied all. Service was superb.

Upon entering you will see a sign on the wall that reads - Made to order, cooked to perfection. I can confirm that this is indeed correct! This was my third visit to Worcester's Delightful Desserts and again I left with a smile on my face and very content tummy after experiencing yet more delishesness! The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Today was the hottest day of the year so far, we were a little worried it would be too hot to sit inside and enjoy a dessert so we were considering a take out order. But this was not the case - they had lovely big fans blowing and it was a lovely temperature to be able to sit in and enjoy our food. Today we had sundaes, I had Strawberry Sensation and my partner had Fruity Delight. The strawberry sensation consists of eton mess ice cream a biscuit base, beautiful fresh strawberries, syrup and cream with a wafer on top. The fruity delight consisted of strawberry and white chocolate and raspberry ice cream and blueberries as well as fresh strawberries and cream. We also had iced tap water at no charge. Quite a few people have said it's just an ice cream place but its so much more than that. They do have many lovely flavours of ice cream which you can have on its own, with wafers or in a cone or even on waffles. They have a variety of sundaes, crepes, cookie dough, fruit platters , melting chocolate domes, luxury cakes, cheese cakes and some good old classic English puds. They also serve tea, coffee, smoothies and loads of other stuff I can't remember. It's a nice comfortable clean and friendly establishment. I will be making many return visits in the future. If you have a sweet tooth this place is a must to visit. I can't recommend this place enough. I must also add they have full disabled access.

We went here a couple of weeks ago for ice cream and they were good but came back on Sunday for desserts and it was a whole different level.

This was the third Delightful Desserts location my family had visited. Pleased to see the same high standard in the desserts, their presentation, and the decor, cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant. What's prompted a review was the very friendly staff - very helpful in assisting my daughter make her choice. Highly recommended.

I've given this 5 stars but it really deserves more, amazing deserts at a good price and very friendly staff, would recommend to everyone.

Loads of choice, reasonably priced. Tastes so good and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. So skip dessert in the restaurant you're in and go here after. Love it!

We had a surprise party for my mom and they were just amazing. We could all pay with separate bills with no issues they came to the table to take our orders and normally you have to go to the till to order. They were just really friendly and helpful. We had a few more arrive than originally planned and they added more tables without making us feel awkward. Thank you so much. The owner is always so cheerful and lovely! And the puddings are to die for!!! Best one in Worcester and I think also the cheapest!

Went for a post meal dessert, Had the waffles and the luxury white hot chocolate. Would highly recommend the staff were very nice and the food was brilliant, we will be back!

Very friendly staff with an excellent knowledge on cakes and the teas to go with it. Large portions and really good waffles with fresh fruit on top!

Having visited all 3 dessert venues in Worcester the kids picked Delightful Desserts as their favourite - which suits is the kids menu is better value than the other 2. The restaurant has a clean, modern interior and the menu is extensive and heavenly for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Faced a problem when asked to customise my waffle but was shorted when I was about to walk out. Had to pay £2 extra but at the end of the day was exactly what I asked for. Big selection of ice cream flavours is their advantage I think

Place is still new so staff trying theirs best to manage it all, but definitely need more people working for busy times. Good menu, plenty of choises, huge range of ice cream. We tried waffles, only criticism for our liking waffles lacks of flavour or a touch of sweetener as it is quite bland and a bit on a dry side. Otherwise was very pleasant experience. Will definitely come back

Visited with family though very disappointed. Staff hidden behind counter so every time you had to ask something re: menu / flavours you had to get up & go to them . It would have been nice if staff would have checked all was ok & could they answer any questions re;desserts. Unable to change ice cream to another without a £1.00 fee, was informed not all ice creams are priced at the same rate hence extra fee requested( never a problem at other dessert restaurants). Portions ok but not overly generous especially on sauces & sprinkles.

We chose this because it was a good location; a half way stop for family of six as we walked around Worcester finding giraffes. There was a good choice of waffles, sundaes, cookie dough etc. Between us we tried all. I was dissapointed with the service no one took time to explain menu especially the £1 extra charge to upgrade to your choice of ice cream. My kids were asking to swap ice cream flavors but this would have cost too much for six so they were left dissapointed. Just lacked the warm welcome and service that we have experienced at similar dessert cafes in Worcester.
