To be honest this place has gone down hill since the change of staff used to always be one of my visits whenever in Harrogate past 3 times I’ve been have been unimpressed simple orders no one in the shop and waiting 30 mins wouldn’t even say the food is as good as it used to be to be fair wouldn’t waste my money again.

been in this morning had a bacon,mushroom and blackpudding sandwich it was lovely and coffee.pkease support this deli the owner and staff are lovely.remember to support small businesses.

I was expecting a higher quality of food for the price. Sausage sandwich was 2 sausages chopped in half in a bread-roll. £8 for a hotdog bun with melted cheese in it... Fast delivery though!

Good food nice to take home for an evening meal after work, friendly staff manager is nice better than the old one, guy seems to actually care about the business.

YUCK YUCK YUCK Very very poor hygiene. Everything, greasy and dirty. No tongs, everything was been picked up by hand. Not good. I will not be visiting again.

For the second time from Deli Bar we did not receive what was ordered as we did not receive any tomato on the sandwhich

I just had a bacon sandwich an a cup of tea here, and planning to come back later for lunch. The Delhi is clean and well set out. I love being sat by the big windows watching the world go by. The bacon sandwich was exceptional and not greasy. The food behind the counter looks amazing, and there’s a really good range. The Cajun pittas, mushroom bruschetta, kebabs and (everything else) look particularly nice and are affordably priced. And I love the range of salad and cold foods too. The staff are lovely, they’re all smiling and welcoming and friendly. I totally recommend serious Delhi bar. It’s easy to be comfortable here. Theres lots of people coming in and out too-so it seems to have a lot of regulars.

Paninis are very good good choice overall of food. Quality ingredients and value for money which is rare in Harrogate. Staff all very friendly and helpful

Just been in 5 mins ago for a breakfast roll can honestly say the best 1 me and my work mate have had in a long time ...i got a cajun chicken skewer aswell amd it was banging....well done the team😁👍

Superb little bar - friendly staff and a seriously good breakfast. We had scrambled egg with bacon bits served with granary bread. Plus a small plate full English - absolutely superb. Full of flavour and quality ingredients. This really wasn’t your standard brekkie… We wish it was closer to home! A lovely touch was a free sample of the daily special - pulled pork with crackling and apple sauce. Ten out of ten!

We had a lovely breakfast one morning here. The stuffs are fantastic and the foods are awesome with a reasonable price too. Would love to come back here again. Also the coffee was great. Perfect local Deli.

Xmas baguette is an absolute touch 👌🏻 lots of great sarnies/toasties etc on menu plus salads and pastries. Also quite possibly THE BEST brownie I've ever placed in my cake hole. Nothing short of sensational. Friendly welcoming staff. To quote The Terminatior... I'll be back!

By far the best breakfasts and breakfast sandwiches in Harrogate. Best coffee as well. Lovely service, my favourite breakfast stop.

Popped in today for the first time. Ordered the chicken tikka panini and a pot of tea and opted to sit in. Food was well presented and tasty. Whilst perusing the cakes I spotted a yogurt and cranberry tiffin slice,which I opted for as my desert. This was amazing and went down well with the remainder of my tea. There are daily specials available of which I shall have to sample at some point. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly and attentive. Thanks again and see you soon.

This is an excellent venue to meet friends for breakfast and lunch. Eat in or take away, the quality remains the same- excellent. Also a great choice of healthy food, reasonably priced and such friendly and welcoming staff. We return again and again.

A near perfect bacon sandwich and a very decent cappuccino. Not the cheapest place I've been in but good value for the quality of what you get. Good range of food to take away and different sorts of sandwich fillings. I'd go again if I was in the area.

We called in here late on in the day for just a coffee and cake. The cake selection was limited but to be expected I suppose because of the time. What we did have though was fine. Only thing slightly negative of note though was that I thought that there was more froth than coffee in my cappuccino.

I visited Deli bar today the 1st of march 2018 with my mother.We had just been in Westmoreland Speciality coffee cafe for a coffee which was nice but they had little to eat.I had a yummy Cheese and ham toastie served with baby tomatoes and coleslaw which was tasty plus the toastie was filled and covered in yummy cheese! The take away price for a toastie is £3.90 so at £4.95 the eat in price with salad is very reasonable.Mother had toast with jam which was only £1.30.We both had latte which was strong coffee which i like but it wasnt very hot and at £2.80 each although fairly average price it wasnt very nice coffee.Deli bar though is good food and tasty and cheap.Will be returning soon!.

We were browsing some interesting shops nearby and saw this little deli with some interesting offerings in the window. Inside are four or five tables and seeing one was free we decided on a light lunch. The people on the next table suggested the cheese or seafood platter. We decided on the latter - the most expensive menu item at £7.95. Along came a huge platter of almost every type of seafood one could imagine served with a delicious salad. The coffee was good too. Excellent value, well worth a visit, and there some very reasonably priced cakes to take home for tea!

One of my regular ports of call, always lovely and friendly, with tasty food at a range of prices. Good pubs nearby too!

Love the deli bar! Great people, great food. Try the Specials - fantastic and the salad boxes, especially the seafood box, are incredible. Lovely to sit in on a Saturday morning with a coffee and watch the world go by.

Called today while passing.I decided to go for the full English and my partner opted for the Mushroom soup.She said it was the tastiest she has tried and obviously homemade My breakfast would fill even the hungriest of builder types.Bacon and sausage were very tasty and certainly filled us up for the day

Great sandwiches, quick service, fresh ingredients. Tea is also served and the view is rather pleasant. If you are walking around the Stray, this is a good excursion for a break.

Popped in here as I had half an hour to spare and was pleased I did because I had a great latte and enjoyed the banter with the staff and other customers. I'd never been in before but made a return visit within 10 minutes with my husband to buy a delicious looking pasty. The food on offer was being freshly made while I was in the cafe and included hot and cold snacks although you could visit the sandwich counter and have something made specially for you. The cakes, in particular, looked delicious. Very pleasant experience and I'll be back.

This place does great food and coffee at a very reasonable price. Plus they sell amazing Voakes pork pies which are IMO the best pork pies around.

I spend a fortune in this place because its that good I'm in everyday, really friendly staff, food is always great and the selection and quality is outstanding (great for the coffee lovers too)

Overall I am a fan of this place. They have a good selection of food available which is all good quality.They do a good breakfast sandwich too, everything is grilled not fried which is a plus for me.My only gripe is the coffee served here which overly strong and bitter, I had to put two sugars in to be able to bear it!

I was in the area and thought I would try this place, I've passed it a couple of times in the car but parking is a nightmare nearby.I called in for a tuna panini, the place seemed clean, but was so hot in there. They were aware of the issue and tried to combat it with a fan but they just contributed to the noise from the ovens and grill. I was asked if I would like rocket & onion on my sandwich, unfortunately I couldn't hear him over the noise, I asked him to repeat it and missed it again and just said yes. Onion was on the menu but not rocket, I did get the lady to take it off once I saw her adding it, saying I had changed my mind.I went home to enjoy my sandwich, it had stayed warm wrapped in the foil. I was disappointed that instead of the panini bring crispy and hard Italian bread, it had been toasted on a sub roll. The tuna mayo had made the base sloppy and it had to be thrown away. Not the cheapest either at £4.20 takeout price. Expensive, noisy, warm and soggy. Not a great experience. 2 stars given for choice and it being clean. The cakes did look nice.

I've been using this small friendly Deli for 5 years. The food, the staff, the friendly efficient service is exemplary. Can't imagine going anywhere else for my takeout coffees, chilled breakfast, boxed sleds or super sandwiches. Tuesdays Nidderdake chicken freshly cooked that morning on a granary baguette is my favourite..

I love this place! The owner, Darren, and all his staff are extremely efficient and friendly. They do the best breakfast rolls, the fillings are generous and well cooked (crispy bacon and quality sausages). The coffee is excellent.The salad boxes are excellent and they do delicious cakes.

Taken here by a colleague for a quick bite to eat. I opted for the daily special, a hot Beef baguette with horseradish and a little pot of warm gravy. I was not impressed, why have hot gravy, its going to be messy. Anyway I thought I would give it a try, and so glad I did, I am a convert, it was absolutely lovely, adding to the warmth of the beef and the kick of the horse radish. I sat inside, was served very quickly and there was a vey good choice of food around £5 or so. It was very popular and had lots of regulars, so obviously a good place to eat.

I don't know why this place doesn't have more reviews - it's my favourite deli in Harrogate. Located just opposite the Swan on the Stray, it mainly seems to do take-out deli food but there are 4 or 5 tables where you can eat in.They have a big selection of hot sandwiches, paninis, savoury croissants etc as well as a sandwich and salad bar. Their chocolate brownies are to die for. Not the cheapest of places to get lunch but possibly the most delicious - I'd highly recommend trying it!

Darren and team make some of the best sandwiches in town. Excellent service and prices. His daily specials are all made fresh with locally raised beef, pork, and chicken and are fantastic. This is my go to sandwich place in Harrogate.

Probably the best sandwich, I have ever eaten for lunch, followed by probably the best millionaire shortbread I've ever tasted. I walk past this deli everyday with my dogs, early in the morning and the owner is always there preparing for the day. The smell coming from the place, tantalises my taste buds every morning and I always think "I should go back when they're open", but never get around to it. Well last Saturday I did and what an amazing lunch I had, not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.I received a warm welcome, even though I decided not to eat in, there were tables available, with some taken and some available. I didn't know what to order, as everything looked stunning and I was helped with my decision, by the owner, in his chefs whites. I can't praise this place enough. I will do everything I can to go back herd as often as I can, as it's right on my doorstep and is truly, truly amazing. I keep trying to think what could make this place better and to be honest I don't think there is anything I would change. Brilliant. Thank you
