The food was absolutely fantastic and really filling, and the staff couldn't be nicer, especially the blue haired girl. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We visited as a table of 10. Staff were very welcoming and fantastic throughout our entire visit. Food was delicious and well presented and arrived at similar times. Was great to be in a venue where you are not rushed which allowed us to enjoy our evening! 10/10 highly recommend!

Poor, just so very very poor. After reading the reviews and going off family recommendation, I was unfortunate enough to visit this place. Food is vastly overpriced for what you get, which I can only describe as dried out burnt meat. Three out of the four meals ordered were overcooked with burnt burgers, and when I say burnt I mean burnt. One meal was good hence the rating is poor and not terrible. The staff even had the check to charge for pints instead of halves on the bill, which unfortunately I didn't notice until we had got home - TOP TIP CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE. There are better burger places with a short travelling distance, even McDonalds would win over this place.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was incredible. I normally order a burger when I go out, but decided to go for a change and ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs, they were incredible, the meat melted off the bones, and the portion was HUGE. Incredible value for money😍

Myself and a friend decided we would go for a walk around Nantwich town centre and see where we fancied for lunch. We had a look at the menu outside for Deadwood Smokehouse and thought this will do just nicely. We were very well looked after by Holly throughout out lunch. There wasnt any rushed feel etc even though Holly seemed to be working solo, but it wasnt too busy. There was still a nice atmosphere with music and a few other tables dining. I chose the cheese and bacon burger and upgraded to dirty fries. My friend had the chorizo and prawn pasta dish. Both meals were excellent, very nicely presented and enjoyable! We decided on a dessert, I had the raspberry waffle and my friend had the nutella waffle. Now its very rare i go for a waffle dessert as it isnt my favourite. But these waffles were fantastic! Beautifully presented and delicious. I loved the melted marshmallow topping. You get two waffles each, so be prepared, i couldnt quite finish all of mine. The restaurant is really nicely decorated and modern. We wanted to try somewhere independent, as its important to support smaller businesses in town centres especially. They also have various midweek offers on, today was 2 for 1 cocktails. We will definitely be back. 5* all round

Overpriced, overrated, and to make matters worse, I ended up being overcharged. The place was empty when I visited with family, I put it down to the weather which was awful at the time, but now I put it down to the fact it is a bad place to go. Dried out food, very little taste do very little for your money, to be honest with you, if they were giving away free food, I would walk past. AVOID.

First time coming to deadwood and I can say it won’t be my last, great vibe, amazing staff and the food is unreal, highly recommend to all my friends and family

Worth going to Nantwich just for the Deadwood Steakhouse. Simple to book a table. 4 of us have a great waitress. Burnt ends with jalapeno sauce were great the Halloumi bites were great very different the style I have had before. My friend had the Cajun sausage scrimp pasta which he said was great. My other friend had the brisket which was freshly cut and he advised it was melt in the mouth level. My other friend and I had the sharing platter, it was exceptional and almost beat us but not quite. Overall I look forward to eating there again as the food was excellent

We visited here with family after they had previously been. Our Daughter and her boyfriend ordered the sharing platter and it was amazing! Great choice of meat and sides and the presentation was great too! They really enjoyed it! I had the chicken and ribs, again it was lovely - meat was tender and tasty and my side of dirty fries were a large portion. My Husband had the burger, which he also said was nice. My only small issue was when I went to pay (by card) the lady indicated there was a button to press on the machine, but didn't say what it was. It was my fault, as I just quickly pressed it, but I'd actually agreed to a tip of 10% - on a £130 bill, this obviously increased the cost. Don't get me wrong, we do always tip, but I would prefer to decide how much to tip and give this to our waiter/waitress directly. Not a major issue, I just hope the tips are shared between all staff and not kept by the business. We will definately be back!

One of the easiest 5* reviews I'll ever write. Been to my fair share of smokehouses/BBQ restaurants and this blows all of them away. Booked in on a Monday evening (didn't realise they do a 25% discount on Mondays) and from start to finish everything was perfect. I'll try keep this short and sweet as I could waffle on; •All the meat fell clean off the bone. Don't know why they gave us a knife. • sides were all tasty, fresh and clearly made in house. • Restaurant was very nice, great atmosphere. • Staff were spot on. • Price even before discount was excellent value for money, the platter gave us a good portion of all the must haves. Will definitely be visiting again.

The food here is STUNNING - a must-visit in Nantwich. Meat literally fell off the bone and was divine. Was very quiet when we visited, didn't need to book (5:30pm on a Monday so not surprised lol) but they had 25% off on Mondays which was a welcome surprise. Staff couldn't do enough for you, just lovely and will absolutely visit again if we come back to Nantwich.

Highly recommended. Eaten tasty beef burger after long time. We ordered two burgers; Chick N waffle and Diablo. If you want something sweet, then only eat Chick N Waffle as the waffle bread is too sweet.

Amazing food, we had the sharing platter and was enough I would say for 4 people, we had lots to take home… well worth the money

We were a large party celebrating a birthday. The food and service were amazing. We have been many times and the was as good as ever.

Eaten quite a few times at this place and the food never disappoints .. I always go for the Beef Long Rib or the mixed platter as I'm a bit of the meat lover and it always lives up to expectations. The Jumbo Beef Long rib is such a mega dish, in fact I like it that much I buy then from Costco now and cook them myself when I don't have time to call in to the Smokehouse. Also had brisket here as well as rack of ribs and can't complain about anything,,, the Maple Burnt End starter is a great dish and my partner loves the Cajun Tempura Shrimp which I often steal.. So go and enjoy the meat feast that awaits as this is the best Smokehouse I've found 😍

The menu was great, lots of choices. We got the platter which was good value. Only reason it’s not 5stars is some of the meat was dry. The brisket itself was quite dry, which is a shame as it’s something you look forward to. Staff were great, the place is well decorated. I would still go back

Good food let down by poor service. When it came to ordering food waitress tried to remember our full order instead of using the tablet provided, which resulted in missing items. By the time the food missing had come we had already finished our main meal. After finishing our food we waited 20 minutes which then resulted in asking for the bill before they cleared our table, which then took a further 20 minutes as the waitress was stood on her phone which we then had to interrupt and ask another time for the bill. if it was a busy night we could understood but by the time we got and finished our food there was 2 tables left who were also in the same situation as us. Would definitely recommend Mold deadwood as it is 10/10 food and 10/10 service.

Lovely little restraunt. Only thing I could complain about is the sticky tables but I guess that's all the sauce flying about. Food is great though.

Visited the smokehouse recently. Contacted made to they prior to the visit as I'm gluten free and vegan. Was I formed that they are able to provide a mean for me and they had a gluten free fryer which was lovely to hear. However, when my food arrived (salad and chips) the salad was just a large bowl or chopped up greens. No dressing no added extras. There was some thinly sliced cucumber and carrot which was the only flavor in the bowl. I eat a lot of salad and I enjoy green, but I was unable to finish due to the morning flavour profile and lack of dressing. I'm aware a smokehouse isn't designed for vegans but if you are going to offer a vegan option please don't insult us by just giving us leaves. We're not rabbits. The chips were nice, wish I had just had them.

Came on a Tuesday, ordered the biggest burger on the menu + large portion beef ribs and for the third person asked for the unlimited wings on a Tuesday. Told there is no more wings and I have to order something else. I asked if they will honor the free beer and was told a snap no. I was going to order something more expensive than the wings. All around us people are eating wings but we cannot have at a table we booked at 18:30 and we did not come specifically for wings, ordering all sorts of other regular priced meals. Last time out for me.

So, tonight's family dinner adventure was like a culinary rollercoaster. My 7-year-old, our resident wing enthusiast, dove into the main menu for wings and chips. Meanwhile, my 10-year-old opted for the kids' menu, hoping for burger bliss. I took on half a chicken, and my brave wife embarked on a rib journey. But alas, the wings were drier than the Sahara and tasted like they'd taken a detour through a microwave. The burger? Well, let's just say it was the Sahara of burgers—dry and missing any excitement. When we asked for salad, they handed us a plate of iceberg and basically said, "Good luck!" Even the ribs joined the dryness party. The jalapeño sauce? More like a jalapeño's timid cousin. We thought about complaining, but the staff was channeling their inner stand-offish comedians. When we requested salad for the burger and some burnt ends for our mac and cheese, they threw in a sarcastic comment or two for free. We've been fans for years, but this culinary escapade might mark the end of our gastronomic love affair with the place. The food may not have been a hit, but the sarcastic banter from the staff? That deserves a Michelin star in comedy.

After hearing great things about thus place, my partner and I tried it on Wednesday evening. Service was good but the food and drinks were very disappointing, actually terrible. The soda was completely flat and tasted of cheap cordial and water. My diet coke was also flat. I had the brisket as I alesys enjoy this st Hickorys. Every component needed improving. The brisket itself was so dry and difficult to eat, the gravy was such a small amount it just soaked into the dry meat. It was also tasteless. The chips were over seasoned with something too strong or spicy. No garnish on anything. My partners burger was also very disappointing to look at, dry and difficult to eat. Very boring and bland. If we'd been asked at end of meal how it was we would have raised our issues.

Nice food selection. Had burnt ends to start portion size was ok little on the small side but was tasty. 2 jumbo beef ribs for main, better size and a decent amount of meat on the bone. Beer selection ok just 1 lager and 1 ale on tap. Service was excellent

Came here on a Friday evening and had a lovely time, with really great service, but a couple of issues with the food, hence losing a star. First time coming here and have to mention the staff are fantastic. Really friendly and just the right amount of attentiveness. I had the chicken wings to start with the hot sauce and blue cheese dip. The wings themselves were beautifully cooked, really tender, and fell off the bone. The sauce, though, wasn't hot at all (at least not to me). I found it more to be a bbq sauce than a hot sauce as it had quite a bit of sweetness. I asked if it was the hot sauce, and after checking with the kitchen, I was told it was. They were still lovely, though, and I would order again, I'd just mention I like them hotter. My partner had the prawns and said they were fantastic! Really well cooked and full of flavour, one she'll definitely order again. For main, I went for the 1/2 roast chicken, which again was so well cooked, but the same as before with the sweetness on the hot sauce. I would order again, though, as the chicken (and the chips) were delicious. My partner went for the pork quesadillas, and found them to be nice for the first couple of bites, but then too much fattyness came through which led to them being too rich for her and meaning she left some and left her not really enjoying them by the end of it. For dessert, we shared the ginger sauce cheesecake and unfortunately found it to be very dry, chalky, and lacking in any flavour. The ginger sauce lacked ginger too, and we ended up leaving the majority of it. This dish we did mention to the server that we wouldn't get again as it wasn't very nice. We were kindly given 50% of it which we thought was very generous of them. Overall, the meal was very enjoyable, with excellent 1st rate service, and whilst it was a little quiet when we first arrived, it picked up and had a great atmosphere when we were leaving. The food was excellent mainly, with just a couple of niggles. Definitely recommend coming here!

Currently our favourite restaurant, we need very little excuse for a visit!! The food is fantastic, not oversalted to sell more beer, unlike some other smokehouses. Everything is tender and delicious, slathered with tasty sauces. Their hot honey and sweet jalapeño sauces are simply amazeballs and should be sold in bottles!! The service has always been excellent on every visit and when you order a glass of Coke, it's poured from a can of Coca-Cola, not some soda stream machine. Oh and try the Nachos. They are NOT Doritos! 🤤 The icing on the cake is that they have a secret menu of specials, for social media followers 🙂

Booked in advanced, when we arrived we were told there was no brisket or ribs. Wouldn’t have made the trip if we’d have been told when we booked. Desserts are all just the same disappointing cheesecake with different sauces squeezed on top before they’re served, if we’d been told before we ordered we would have got something different. Food we did have was average, burgers were dry but the wings were good. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had lunch menu, great offer. 2 for 1 cocktails too on a Thursday. Monster burger was huge and tasty. The chilli fries were mild when I went so if you like heat tell them, I like mild. The ribs are tastier than at Miller and Carter. Portions are a good size. Service was great. Atmosphere of a lunch is quiet which is fine. The decor is gorgeous. Do love going there and really recommend. Parking is about 400 meters away if that.

Absolutely great food at fair price

Visited on Sunday with my husband and brother an sister in law before going to watch a show, we arrived and there was plenty of free tables.We were seated and handed the menus a few minutes later the waitress came to take our drinks order and brought the drinks over pretty quickly.We then waited over 15 mins to order our food and had to ask if we could order as nobody came near our table again out of the 2 staff members on.Once ordered the food came within about 15/20 mins but we were all disappointed with what was put in front of us. We ordered the deadwood dog and 2 Philly steak sandwiches and a bacon cheeseburger.The sandwiches were on cheap sub rolls with 4 tiny bits of chopped steak and just cheese sauce the dog was on the same sub roll again with cheese sauce.The sides of fries were extra and were stone cold as was the halloumi fries that actually came out as 2 slabs of fried halloumi.We weren’t asked if everything was ok and felt everything was very over priced. Will I be going back ? No thank you

Awesome staff, we phoned 3 hours before to book a table and they phoned us before we arrived to warn us they “might run out of fries before we get there”…. Then super nice and the food was awesome. Defo recommend 🫶

Not for me., had the 50 quid platter, brisket was tough, cutting it along the grain made it even tougher to chew, same with the small ribs, really tough and dry, chicken was nice along with beans and mac and cheese. Which was also nice. Large rib was tender and nice. Table was wobbly which got annoying. Maybe we got unlucky but for me, if the brisket doesn't melt in your mouth then it's not a proper smokehouse. wouldn't go again.

Well.... im that stuffed n happy im a lil lost for words!!!! Been to deadwood smoke house mold today for food and mannn it was worth the drive from st helens, that good we have already planned our next visit 😉😝. Front of house Dan was very welcoming, new the menu and all the ingredients and the way inwhich its all cooked like a pro!!!! Very knowledgeable on the lot, and Mat the chef.... propa high standards and knows how to deliver the food from presentation on plating, and the way its cooked. Pure perfection!!!! I feel like my ribs are restricting me from breathing right now lol, i musta said at least 5 times after each bite.... i cant eat no more now im full....but i carried on regardless cuz the food was that moreish 😋. The venue was spotless, warm and inviting, and just hands down pleasant. The perfect environment to eat proppa good food. Not good place for calorie counters, for me the St Louis full rack of ribs, and onion rings , 5 stars good service. The only heads up is book a bay seating, table and chair arrange seems a bit canteen style
