Very good service and food , Had a very good Indian breakfast this morning. Ghatihya, Jelabi and Khaman Dhokla. Try these and you will be happy all week. Freshly cooked Chilli Paneer and Chana too, very tasty takeaway.

Daan is now Sattvic Foods offering really good vegetarian takeaway food. Had tried it on multiple occasions as part of their catering services. Ordered a daily thali today that had 4 rotis, dum aloo, rice, gujrati daal with a dhokla starter and a gulab jaamun dessert. Really good and tasty food that we thoroughly enjoyed. Had also ordered the sev tameta sabzi which I hadn’t had in a long time. Sattvic delivers on quality and taste with more than sufficient quantity in a thali. Will definitely be ordering again.

I saw was because it has closed and the new owners will be using the name of this service but they are converting it to VEGETARIAN ONLY. Do not be fooled, this once superb service is no more and the use of its name to pretend it is the same is nothing more than a snaky slight of hand. RIP Daan, I enjoyed your food and service for many years but now sadly no longer.

Cannot review latest order as it had to be cancelled. Food never arrived, and phone was left off the hook so couldn't call the business to chase. Really disappointed that the order was accepted and obviously not going to be fulfilled being 1.5 hours late with no contact, and support couldn't even get the owner. Avoid.

I have always used Dann as they have always delivered on time or early and if there has ever been any problems with the order they have been very eager to correct and put right

Ordered at 8:10, got an update telling me the restaurant had changed the delivery time to 9. This would have been fine had they not then come just less than 30mins early. Not expecting the food to arrive for some time, I was getting on with other things. Just happened to look out of my upstairs window to see the guy delivering, hovering outside looking perplexed. I was met with a very frosty response when I opened the door, I told him the doorbell wasn't working but he said he'd been knocking and had been there for some time. I am sorry I made you wait, but you shouldn't have been there for some time, you should have been here at 9, or at least much closer to 9. I can't be blamed for not guessing you might be almost half an hour early since you specifically changed the delivery time. I am really disappointed as this has been my favourite just eat restaurant for over a year now. The food was good and the people have always been so friendly in the past. Both tonight however were lacking. The curry was really oily. I shall be deleting Just Eat as Daan was actually the only restaurant I had bothered keeping it for. If you are going to change your delivery time so far ahead, please stick to it and if you don't, please respect that your customers won't be expecting you if you're so early.

We have ordered from here on numerous occasions and every time we’re very impressed! Always hot, curry is absolutely delicious and delivery is timely. Food always tastes freshly made and we’ve never been disappointed! Our favourite curry house!

The Onion bhajis were cold and hard, my korma was watery and tasted salty which was unusual. We ordered a Pepsi, instead a coke was sent (we hate coke) Lovely peshwari rice and hubby loved his lamb. Will not order again and feel like it was a wasted £30 spent.

First time using this takeaway, food was a little late but only 10 Mins and the delivery man was very apologetic. Despite it being slightly late the food was hot and best we've had in a while. Will be using again in future

Would definitely use again! Very tasty meal. One of the best curries I've had in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised when the food arrived early, as most restaurants I've used lately on JustEat seem to have got way too relaxed about meeting a reasonable delivery time.

The food was pretty good but only lukewarm. Even though I ordered 1 hr 20 before I wanted it, and they'd quoted delivery time at 45 minutes, the restaurant delayed the delivery time by a further 10 minutes. At least it was on time. Note to self: order again but not the veg pakoras. They were mushy :0(

Always can rely on a hot tasty meal delivered on time. Never fails to disappoint. Good value for money. Always our first choice of take out.

For collection or delivery,this establishment offers excellent ordering facilities via website or telephone.The prices are very reasonable,the menu quite extensive,and the food is superb.I have eaten at Asian restaurants all over the UK,and would be hard put to find one which offered better meals than this- the portions are a decent size as well.If you want a delightful meal at home just look at their menu and give them a call,you will not be disappointed.

Honest review - the food is too spicy that it completely covered the taste of the curry. It wasn't tasty and also, i had to take almost an hour for the delivery. I come from a country where we eat alot of spicy good but this spicy Jahl Lamb that i ordered was way too spicy. No taste at all. I'm so sorry, i hate giving this type of review but honestly, i wouldn't recommend ording Jahl lamb or Garlic Chilli Chicken Tikka Masala. both were just a failure. sorry

Ordered a Jalfrezi with pilau rice and it was as expected, nice and mouth-watering. The service was excellent and professional. Would definitely order again and recommend them.

Onion bhaji were lovely, but I ordered king prawn korma and it was not prawn... just chunks of strange chewy pinkish stuff, very disappointed. It's a shame as was overall quite nice. Oh and they forgot a rice. And that rhymed.

I had chicken korma, lamb jahl and garlic rice. The food was all good quality, I'd order again from here. The jahl was in my opinion 6/10 for heat.

This was the first time I have ordered from this restaurant and it won't be the last The taste of our meal was fantastic and the portion size was perfect I loved the keema naan and the sides were to die for Only way to improve would be free poppadoms especially if you order over £50 worth of food But totally recommend this restaurant

The delivery driver was brilliant. We live in a flat which is really hard to get to and into (really should have given better instructions). He managed to find us and all with a smile!

TERRIBLE! Poor quality food - tiny mango chutney pot. Keema nann had two slices of donner meat. Portion trays are HALF the size of other indian restaurants. Restaurant refused to apologise. A complete rip off - avoid at all costs.
