Great service and superb food. Highly recommend.

Really nice restaurant and nice friendly staff. I was there with 7 others and we had a very good evening. It was a little quiet for a Friday evening, but we were able to take our time with our meal and were able to spend three hours there talking and eating. The food was OK although a little expensive £35 per head.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu suggestions. The food was tasty. Overall, it was great for dinner.

We ordered a curry from The Grange like we have done several times before and I have got To say it was the worst curry I have ever had It was watery , bland and I felt Like the chicken had been washed in water and added to My biryani. The vegetable curry to go with it was bland lacking any flavour what so Ever. Such a shame that also it was so late in being delivered , I accept your busy but all you have to Do it let your customers know that timings of arrival and not leave me sitting here like a sitting duck Really gutted as like this restaurant but this is twice now I have been let down but food and service

We have just finished eating our meal and if someone had blind folded me I would not have known I was eating a curry meal. The Lamb Tawa gosth was tasteless and bland with an overpowering tomato sauce, no garlic, coriander or ginger had been near the cooking of the sauce. The garlic mushrooms were swimming in butter but not garlic and the sag bhajee contained watery spinach with no other seasoning. Having returned home with the food I had to microwave as the plastic containers do not hold the heat. We have eaten at The Grange several times with family and friends and have always enjoyed the food and experience, it’s a shame that this will be the last time

Went to the grange for my birthday, was a lot of people (25) the grange were so welcoming and accommodating for all of us. Our food all came out at the same time even though we all had separate tabs. The food was amazing and very delicious and full of flavour. The staff were very friendly. Thank you so much for my birthday meal had the best time.

Excellent menu with plenty of choice. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Good was served in good time considering how busy they were, and beautifully cooked. Price wasn't the cheapest but in my opinion you get what you pay for. All round, what's not to like.

Outstanding service and great food

Tonight’s meal has to be one of the best curries I’ve ever eaten ! This view echo’s through my family. Chicken was tender and juicy. Sauce very flavoursome and the Naan was fresh! I’m already looking forward to our next meal!! Thank you for the awesome food!

A lovely meal, very fresh food that was delicious with very attentive and friendly staff. As we were new to this place, we were kindly offered complimentary food - lamb samosa, extra poppadoms, garlic naan and a fresh portion of rice to take back home with our leftovers. They were happy to answer any questions we had about the menu and they even offered to adjust the spice level in my boyfriend's dish, which he said they cooked perfectly! We will be coming back again for another visit!

Fantastic food and service as always from the grange. Collected a takeaway on a very, very busy Saturday night. It’s great to see the grange having the success they deserve as all tables were full with people waiting for tables and many others waiting for takeaways. Checked the order when I got back to the car and unfortunately a mushroom rice had been forgotten, went back in and it was provided very quickly with poppadoms and dips thrown in as an apology. I take the view that it’s not about the mistake but how you rectify it and I can’t fault them for their handling of this! They also have an extensive range of vegetarian options. The staff are always really friendly and make you feel like they know you. Best Indian restaurant in Milton Keynes!

We visited for date night last night and cannot fault this restaurant. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious and great value for money. We will definitely be visiting again :)

100% we didn’t have to wait long for a table, as we didn’t book, we do not live in Milton Keynes and didn’t know the area very polite and friendly staff, very clean and good portions , cannot fault this restaurant Would definitely recommend this restaurant, if I am in MK again, I would go again .. and again

How very disappointing- I had a wonderful meal in the restaurant a few months back but this was awful I had asked for the Masala to be medium hot- no heat in it at all & the Bombay aloo was very watery with no heat at all either- nice rice & Lovely Keema but that’s about it- maybe not the place for a take away…….for me anyway

I thought I would give this wonderful Indian restaurant a try as I was visiting the area. The service was excellent and the food was plentiful and nicely presented. The staff were helpful and the Manager went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasurable evening. Will certainly visit again.

I have been fortunate to travel the world extensively and i have tasted top cuisine but at the Grange the world came to me .. little did I know that locally to where I stayed the most fabulous food atmosphere service and hospitality awaited and with the most human face of Sayed .. a force of nature

Chicken was dry and was cold when delivered.

Food was good, I messed up the order but resolved it over the phone and they sent out an additional dish which I really appreciated. Eat in or take away I am never disappointed with the food or the customer services

A real find. Stunning, freshly cooked food, excellent and attentive service that goes over and above. We live 15 minutes away and have two Indian restaurants in our village, but make the journey here because it's so good. The Grange and its exceptional staff deserve the reputation they've built.

The food was very nice the staff were very attentive and efficient the restaurant was a nice place to be . Will definitely come back next time in town .

Chips were cold and not a lot for the price, food was missing and overall the food was cold. Very disappointed as normally enjoy eating at the restaurant and have never been disappointed. Has 3 children starving waiting patiently for their food to be missed off the order. My husband has now had to leave his dinner to go collect theirs so when he gets back his food will be cold.

So easy to order, food was lovely. Will be using the Grange regularly from now on

Disappointed.. really should have had tea and a biscuit in my hotel room more satisfying Food arrived cold bland where's the seasoning/chilli as requested twice?think they really don't care on takeaway customers called the restaurant within 1min of placing online order (with written requests) not a big request add chillie have keema dry temp hot and he actually read out my request aloud on the phone and said no problem at all. WELL .. Guess what he lied!!! The paneer shashlik had 1 green pepper and a very slimy tomato quality is sad down overpriced for starters sides Will not waste time money here again. Lesson learnt RUDE RUSHED ON PHON

We have been here numerous times and like the friendly, busy vibe. The portions are decent however the food is fairly sweet and very mild and not aimed at asian customers. The veg samosas were nicely spiced and the chicken karahi that my son in law had were highlights. Good nan breads, but the sag paneer side dish was poor. Very good service by attentive staff. On the expensive side for MK but just worth it for the ambience alone.

I ordered from the grange on deliveroo and when my order arrived an hour later one of my items were missing and the other three were incorrect. I gave them a call and they apologised and said they would send a whole new order to me asap. It never arrived!! I had to contact deliveroo directly just for a refund. Not very happy

Highly recommend Service was 10/10 and the food was absolutely amazing, really enjoyed it. I would definitely be coming back

Our friends arranged a surprise anniversary dinner for us at the Grange. 50 of our friends and family were so well looked after by the owner and staff, they were so friendly and attentive to us and made sure we all had what we needed, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was hot, plentiful and delicious. Thank you for helping to make our evening so special.

I visited The Grange on a Friday evening together with family. My wife and daughter are both coeliac and have a couple of other food allergies. The proprietor and indeed all the staff we spoke to had an excellent understanding of the importance of food allergies and made us feel confident and welcome. We were then able to enjoy a wonderful meal in a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was amazing and full of flavor. The Grange Indian is now our go to restaurant in Milton Keynes.

Great food, great service, always enjoy

We came off the M1 to charge our car and hoped to grab a bite at the cafe nearby while we waited but unfortunately it was closed. As we walked past the Grange Indian the owner was outside putting up his Christmas lights. We asked if he was open and he said unfortunately not as they were doing a deep clean. He very kindly said however that we could use the loo. As we were leaving he offered us a complimentary drink to apologise for not being able to serve us. We declined but he insisted on us taking away some absolutely delicious onion bhajis! A thoroughly nice man! Next time we are near Milton Keynes again we will return for a proper meal. Thank you!

the food was nice and delivered on time, however, I knew this Indian restaurant, unlike the others, only sends the food you actually order, no popadoms or chutnies. I like some mint sauce with my meal, ordered it, paid the £1 and it didn't arrive with the meal. Well done The Grange, you gained an extra £1. I'll stick with the other Indian restaurants from now.

12 of us went for a banquet night, the service, food and atmosphere were great, I would go back again, they catered for all our needs and they were all friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Great place, see you soon

Ordered a Chicken Tikka Masala and I can say for certain that one couldn’t make that dish any worse. Seemed to be made with a coconut base..(they probably were out of onions that evening)- the dish tasted like coconut chutney with sugar and tomato purée ..kudos to the chef who showed his creativity on something as mundane as a tikka masala..Never going back there !!

We decided to splash out on a takeaway after reading great reviews of the Grange. On receipt of our 2 main meals, a lal mass and vegetable biryani we were however, disappointed. The lamb was very dry and not tender at all, and the biryani sauce, although tasty was bland. No colour and mainly full of what looked like cabbage and onion and not much else. The aloo gobi side dish was nice, along with the nan bread and poppadoms, but overall a shame that something we looked forward to turned out to be so disappointing.

It's an OK curry house but not one I would return to. Service slow, staff stand around and chat and don't pay attention. Over priced. Chilli's they use don't taste of anything.

Outstanding food and well priced.

4 of us had dinner on Saturday & although it was busy Syed and Shueb took time to make sure that what we ordered was cooked exactly as we wanted (more spice, less spice etc), they also recommended side dishes and rice to compliment the food. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, brilliant food and an amazing evening.

Normally I highly enjoy my curry from here but tonight it just seemed to lack flavour and seemed just vinegary … such a shame :(

My meal which was described as being 'medium spicy' had no Chile or spice at all. Very bland, I would have hoped for better

We came tonight, party of 6 for a birthday celebration, food was awesome as to be expected as this is one of my go to takeaway delivery places, banquet night such great value for money, but where this place excels is the service, so lovely, friendly and goes above and beyond, thank u so much for a fab night

Delivered the wrong order, unfortunately one of the mains was wrong, they offered to replace it but it would have taken over half an hour, by which time dinner was over.

There is no option to choose less than one star. I went to this restaurant based on reviews. I have ordered a couple of non-vegetarian curries for takeout, but sadly, those have a horrible taste and are thrown in a dustbin.

Food came about 50 mins earlier than scheduled. Food piping hot, fresh and tasty, will definitely be ordering again.

Enjoyed a delicious and relaxing meal here! Staff were attentive, friendly and polite. Place was buzzing on a saturday evening with a great atmosphere and friendly locals. Food was great and Sayed was very kind helping us chose our main course (lamb - it was delicious). Accidentally brought us out the wrong type of naan but this was rectified within 2 minutes and we were allowed to keep the 'wrong' naan. i don't make a habbit of giving 5* reviews willy-nilly but if everything is as good next time then i will most certainly have to upgrade my review to the top score. Excellent.

Quick delivery, big portions and the lamb was nice and tender but the curry was tasteless and watery, madras wasn’t hot at all and too expensive for what it was, wouldn’t pay a fiver for it. I don’t recommend this at all.

Always excellent service and excellent food. Found out tonight about fixed price (£15.95/person) special - starter, main, rice, side and naan. This offer is Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings. As a result we will be going more often. The food is amazing and the staff are efficient, friendly, humorous and display outstanding customer service qualities. Great meal and drinks for 3 adults for under £68 (including popodams and pickles) making it cheaper than some of our takeaway night at home (but better quality food). Even got to bring all the leftovers home in a doggy bag. What's not to love???

I've been to this place many times over the years and in my view Is a really great place to get your food from. They never fail to provide the service I pay. The quality of the food is excellent and the service they provide is like no other. Whether I'm having a meal inside or having a take out it's always good. I'd recommend this place to anyone if you havnt tried then give it a go you wont be disappointed.

This was our first time at The Grange and the customer service was excellent, the staff were very attentive and happy. Service was lovely and the gentleman serving us looked after us really well. Atmosphere is only 4 because there was not a lot of customers. Would definitely recommend overall a good experience definitely returning.

Food was pretty mediocre compared to dining in experience at gge same place. Naan was cold and vindaloo was very tame. Surprised as having eaten at the restaurant that was excellent. A little disappointed at take away quality and probably won't order again. Everything was OK. Not great.
