Home delivery available seven days

Called to query how long order would be as was already late, told it was with driver then hung up. Driver arrived 20mins later. Food was stone cold, parts of starter were burnt. Tried to microwave rest of dinner to bring some enjoyment, unsuccessful.

They serve a great meal. One of the best in Partick/Kelvinhall

Overall taste was good so can't complain in that respect. But to get only 4 pieces of pakora in the meal for 1 and no poppadoms is quite poor at nearly £17.

Curry Pot never fails to impress! Whenever I'm not in the mood to cook, it's my go-to spot. Their biryani is a standout dish that I highly recommend - it's a flavor-packed delight that's become a personal favorite. While I haven't explored the entire menu yet, every item I've tried so far has been fantastic. The quality of the food consistently exceeds my expectations. Looking forward to my next culinary adventure with Curry Pot, one delicious dish at a time!

This place used to be my ultimate fave go to - tonight I got an order for garlic chilli chicken kebab, chips, poppadoms and spicy onions…. Food arrived 5 min after the latest estimated time, it was frozen, the chips were solid and the chicken was tough. I ate one bit went into the bin… only edible part was the spicy onions and poppadoms

Food wasn't great sauce very watery defo wouldn't recommend

The food varies from time to time. Sometimes the food will be nice, but other times it can be oily and bland. Definitely doesn't taste authentic. Didn't enjoy the samosas, expected better to be honest. I would say it is quite over priced for what you get.

Lovely meal for one great food and fast delivery

Portion sizes were ridiculous. I take it on JE you pay more and receive less because it's cheaper and better portions when you order in person. Chips were solid, very few salvageable. The rest was really tasty, just not enough to enjoy.

Best Indian food in Glasgow (yet)!!!

One of the best takeaways to enjoy delicious Indian meals at affordable prices. You can customise the meals according to your choice. The staff is very polite and cooperative. It can get busy during the weekends. They have variety of options from vegetarian to non vegetarian menu. My favourite is methi paneer with garlic naam. A must try.

Absolutely amazing food for a really good price - no small tapas style plates instead of proper mains here! Everything was cooked perfectly and was so delicious. We particularly appreciated that dishes were specified as vegan. Thank you for letting us sit in, there are only a couple of tables but it has a great atmosphere!

Best biryani I’ve had in Glasgow. Aloo parotas and dal makhani is a must try. Overall really recommend ordering from here if you really want to try authentic Indian cuisine.

Home away from Home- Restaurant where we find authentic India food taste. Tried Baighan Barta today- Must say it was superb. We travel from Bridgeton to here just to have the authentic Veg Samosas with yum Tamarind Chutney. The chef and his entire team is so welcoming. Thank you always surprising with fabulous tastes of India Food. All the best!

My wife treated me to a Lamb curry & kebab last night as when we lived in Partick we used to regularly enjoy Curry pot. Am happy to say the food & service are still lovely. Highly recommended to lovers of good food.

Great tasting food, always made freshly for me! Very friendly people. It feels as if visiting a friend's house in India.

We ordered 2 daal makhanis and 6 rotis. Daal makhanis were not fresh and the container in which we got daal makhani had 2 inches layer of oil(not butter , it was oil ) in it which was disgusting to see. We strained the daal makhani to remove the oil and the amount of oil was so much that it filled a big bowl. Anyways it was a bad experience and I hope the restaurant improves food quality

Everything was delicious. Great food from great staff - felt like ordering dinner from an old friend. The saag paneer and Chana masala were very good and the chicken tikka masala was exactly what we hoped it would be. Make sure to ask them to make it extra spicy!!

Good food, and great service. The restaurant mostly caters takeaways and deliveries, and only has about 3 tables for dining in. However, the prices on the menu are similar to that of a full-fledged restaurant, which is a bit odd. Giving credit where it's due, the food was good.

The korma only had 6 bites of Chichen and 3 of those were the size of the 20p coin.

Missed the naan bread but otherwise delicious!

Walk into this place and you immediately take in the aroma of spices of a good Indian restaurant. Ordered a takeaway directly from the counter and had it somewhere else. Thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of it. We had Chicken tikka, king prawn, and a mixed grill set. Added a Jalfrezi and a naan. Excellent. Would recommend.

The lamb chops and home style chicken curry are outstanding…highly recommended.

Best Indian in Glasgow 👌🏽 My favourite is the South Indian Garlic or the Butter Chicken, both a must try. Naan is always super soft and the mixed pakora is also really nice. Great customer service and quality every time

Food not as good as it usually is. The mutter paneer was tasty but could do with bit more paneer. The pakora wasn't great, batter was hard seemed overcooked.

Worst Indian in Glasgow! I placed my order and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes 2 hours later it arrived freezing cold and inedible you could bend the poppadom in half without it breaking (also cost 1 pound for a single poppadom, they were too cheap to even give 2 like every other Indian restaurant) , the naan was like chewing on boot leather and I'm pretty certain it was made a couple of days prior to ordering. The chicken curry was made with something closer to rat meat than chicken, and the paneer curry wasn't cooked enough. The biryani was was over cooked and more resembled mushy porridge than rice. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this restaurant if you want even a half decent Indian meal

I eat at this place frequently. Their food is so authentic that it remind me of back home. My favourite is aaloo paratha, Cholle and desi chai.

One of the best Indian takeaways in Glasgow. A generous amount of meat in the Kahari Curry and Poori. Tender and of excellent quality meat. Delicious pakoras as well. Will be ordering from here again!

Tried this twice in one week after menu being put through door. Never had food so good in my life, truthfully.. 10/10.

Ive lived in partick for 25yrs+ and since the new owners,chefs and staff have re/opened it the standards are amazing,,,I decided to try the carry out service from this new restaraunt again tonight and purchased a meal and cannot fault it as everything i bought was AMAZING and very tasty,,,chicken pakora and lamb bhoona puts most restaraunts in partick to shame,,,the chefs are excellant and the food is fresh,,,,keep it up guys,,I will be shopping with you for my indian food from now on,,,VERY TASTY FOOD,,, all the best guys

Food taste was really worse, just went after looking on google even oil which was used was also not great in quality. They dont have hand wash too, we had too manage with tissues to clean our hands. Even Hygene was not maintained we ordered paneer butter masala it was tasting like tomato chutney with paneer. Not at all recommended for vegeterians.

Lamb karahi here is insanely good.

Always excellent food from here. Garlic naan was missing from our order. It took an additional hour to arrive and it was cold when we did get it, but it’s tasty.

Chicken tikka chasni?… Very disappointed. Hardly any chicken, thought I’d mistakenly ordered a korma. Everything else was brilliant as always but this ‘special’ was anything but

Fish pakora did not taste nice and the fish was not soft and flaky - very tough . Disappointed

I got the vegetable curry thinking it would be peppers, onions, potatoes, etc. But it was actually frozen peas, brocoli, carrots and cauliflower, the combination was odd and not enjoyable

this was just the first time there was a delay in the delivery. I have never experienced it before.

I paid £10+ for a chicken and rice takeaway, which consisted of a meagre nine small chicken chunks, which were inside a microwaveable dish, filled to the brim, literally swimming, in a curry-liquid: I could have bought a pre-cooked whole chicken for less. The takeaway was ex poor quality and poor value for money.

We ordered lamb Dum Biriyani from them on 9th November and it exceeded your expectation .The quantity was really good , very good value for money and delicious as well . It will be our to go Biriyani destination next time onwards

Beautiful curries, can't get enough of them

Disappointing beyond measure.Food arrived cold!!!..despite address being only about 7minutrs by car..approx one mile away?..Pakora dry,needed to be re-, heated...awful!..Main chicken bhoona dish..tepid..and essentially weak,tasteless,no finesse gravy,with about as much resemblance to a bhoona,as an apple to an orange.. a case of hunt the chicken,and,unbelievably a bhoona dish,with a small tomato quarter!! Never again...avoid folks,you have been alerted.

vegetable biryani was delicious, as was the garlic naan! I was also given a huge portion of mint raita, which was excellent. I will definitely be back :)

The delivery was over an hour late which may be forgivable but the food was lukewarm, the naan wasn't the type we ordered and the lid on the spiced onions wasn't on correctly so they spilled out all over the rest of the order.

If you enjoy salt overload them this is the place for you...an absolute disgrace!
