Arguably one of the best Indian takeaways in Portsmouth. Always great service and food. Never had an issue. 15% off for cash pick up is a definite bonus

Absolutely awful. Delivered the food and didn't give us our 2 portions of rice. When we called up about it we had to wait an hour for them to only give us one portion of rice instead of the 2 we paid for! This was to split between 4 people! Never going here again

The food was good although a little cold, probably because it was delivered so long after it was cooked, we called the restaurant to chase up the delivery and were told we hadn’t even placed an order…20 minutes into the phone call our food arrived. Very poor service but generally nice food.

Food was good but missed items off my order, I called them back to inform them and they told me they would send them but never did

normally good service, until tonight hour half late, wrong food ( rice ( curry was spilt in bottom of bag, rang up 3 times kept telling me driver was on way..really bad customer service tonight..eventually got right curry with rice.

We've ordered from here a few times. Usually on time and usually good quality. Must have been an off night. Food was late, luke warm and not particularly flavourful. Shame really.

Very late and had to call restaurant twice. Once it had arrived, it was lovely, however, missing the mint yoghurt sauce I had ordered

The Food was very good, but we waited an hour and forty five minutes for it to come. The staff were very polite on the phone but kept saying the driver left 10 minutes ago. Justeat updated the status to delivered before we received it.

I order regularly and the chicken Madras was good, but this time the portion of chips was small and no salad came with it, of which i pressed the +salad option.

Delivery took just over an hour. Very tasty, lamb was a tad tough but still enjoyed flavours. Will order from here again

Lovely food and friendly service and great value for money.

We ordered for delivery at 7:45pm and it arrived at 7. Meaning we had to leave it on the side and eat when it was cold at 7:45. We only pre ordered as last time we waited an hour and a half for our delivery.

First time trying. The sf rice was ok. as were the onion bhajis, though a little undercooked in the middle. Unfortunately the lamb t madras was unpleasant. All sauce and not much meat, it was watery and tasteless. Shame, as most other reviews are positive..

The guy from the restaurant rang me and apologised about 20 times because he had lost a driver and said our order would be 20 minutes after the stated time. The fact that he had taken the trouble to call and apologise made it not overly matter. When the food came (with complimentary onion bhajis!) it was absolutely beautiful. By far the best take away Indian I have had in Portsmouth. It was still hot, there was plenty of it, it was just lovely. Thank you!

Great as always apart from small error with side orders. Asked for mint sauce, no salad on two items, received 2 salads and no mint sauce. Won't let this stop me ordering again and still highly recommend.

Unfortunately I ordered chicken jalfrazi but got chicken madras. To be fair I got a refund from just eat. And the madras was not disappointing.

Lovely food not impressed that we only got half of the order when it came to the mint sauce I'm sorry but if you order 8 items with mint sauce you should receive 8 portions of mint sauce

Had a notification to say that the drive was on the way, another 20 minutes went by before the food arrived, it was late and cold, had to throw some of it away and reheat the rest.

Good food, but everything to do with delivery went wrong. It was delivered 4 doors down the road, they never called, neighbour said it was dumped on their door and the driver left; and the app still said preparing order so I had no idea. Papadam were crushed to almost dust, the largest being less than an inch big, mint sauce pot was open and leaking as well as the korma foil box being caved in and leaking all inside the bag. Shame bc it was actually good tasty food

Ordered a few home deliveries from here in the past. Today I was walking by so I decided to collect. Very friendly service, food was ready quickly considering it was a Saturday evening and I did not order ahead. Great portion sizes and quality as always, but discount for collection which made it probably one of the best Indian takeaways in Portsmouth for value, portion size and quality - highly recommend!

I always use the Curry Leaf, best in my area. Unfortunatly this time I ordered and paid for x2 pela rice but there was only one in our food bag.

Your menu says coke and you send zero coke need to change it on menu but the food is lovely 😊

This place is great! The meat was a little tough, but all else was top notch. 1 minute I’m the microwave and we were good to go. Lovely!

I've tried many different Indian takeaways in Portsmouth over the years, but once I ordered from this place, I kept going back. The Balti house special is beautiful. Tried a few different dishes and they've all been great. Curry Leaf also seems to be the only place in the area that consistently produce a quality keema naan. The Mrs is always more than happy with hers too. Delivery drivers are also very nice. Consistently good food. Probably the best Indian food in Portsmouth imo.

With what meat there was in the two meals most of it was grisly hard bits . Won’t be using them again as I can’t believe a so called cook of any standard could not see the the problem with the fat on the meat but still cooked it

Usually very good quality food from Curry leaf which is normally my favourite take away but tonight’s was very disappointing. I received a chicken Jalfrazi instead of the lamb jalfrazi I ordered and it was unrecognisable as a jalfrazi, also the onion Bahjis were uncooked in the middle

I had a Shatkora and loved it. I'm quite particular when it comes to flavour but would definitely recommend this one. My partner has tikka masala which she enjoyed too. Bhajis were nice too.

This is my regular go to for curry and I was very disappointed, the chips were grey and clearly past their use by date, I paid for chicken tikka in my curry and got normal chicken and they forgot drink that was paid for. Curry was fab but little things like this let you down curry leaf
