Yum. Absolutely delicious. Best curry in town.

Have ordered from here a few times and had to come up as my best ever …… however tonight was left totally displeased and disappointed Curry arrived cold and tasteless everything went in the bin what a waste of £30 and was overcharged from what was agreed on the phone and driver would not go away until paid in full Phoned restaurant who said they were sorry and would offer something next time asked if there was a new chef and yes there was ….. says it all Not sure there will be a next time …. We loved this place but cold sloppy curry with no flavour is not acceptable

Very friendly staff who helpfully stick to collection times. The prices here are lower than many of the nearby takeaways (esp. down Albert Road); however, have to be honest, the quality of the food is not as good. My main curry dish (lamb bhuna) did not contain much meat; instead, it consisted of a lot of sauce. What meat there was lacked flavour. The rice + sundries were fine. A shame as some of my past meals (going back a few years) were very good. However, on the last couple of occasions, the food quality was a little wide of the mark, despite the very good front of house service.

I was recommended this place by my barber and it didn't disappoint. The quality of the food was excellent, the flavour was fantastic and I wish I had found this place sooner. It did take a while for delivery but the guy on the phone was very honest about it and the curry arrived early than he said. This is now my favourite take away in Portsmouth (and I have tried a few!)

Went around 4.40pm today as the restaurant door was open. Staff came across arrogant and pointed at the clock on the wall. Communication could have been better given that people are coming seeking for your food. And please leave a sign to state the opening hours next time. Quite disappointed with the service!

So lucky to have this as our local takeaway. Always delicious food and great service. Highly recommended

What has happened to the best Indian Takeaway in the city, Food is now bland and prices have rocketed up, I been using curry hut for years but now? Please please turn it round before you lose all your customers

Ordered garlic chilli chicken and chicken tikka main course. The dishes were perfectly cooked, and portions were big. I will be ordering very soon.

Aloo keema (mince meat) with no keema in it and look is also very bad,Pathetic,waste of money…

Spot on, best food I've had in along time

Meal was delivered on time, had a knock on the door 10 mins later as they forgot our mint sauce and salad lol that we did not even realize was missing. Food amazing never disappointed x

Last night myself and my partner went to Curry Hut. We walked over to the shop and placed a rather large order. The man who took our order was polite and friendly and was patient with me as I placed the order as I was being careful not to forget anything . We were told it would be slightly cheaper if we paid with cash which I thought was great and definitely an incentive to come order in person rather than online paying or simply paying by card. We were told to come back in 30 mins as it would all be ready by then . We did as we were told and came back at the correct time. Everything was all present, correct and very hot. They appeared to be very generous with mint sauce and onion salad which was an added bonus ! There are a lot of Indian take aways by our house but I have often been left disappointed but will definitely use Curry Hit the next time we don't want to cook !!

Ok takeaway but too much onion and not enough of the stuff you want.

Picked a takeaway for my children’s today, ordered a main portion of chicken tikka and lamb tikka and was very surprised with a very small portions of meat. I took it back when I noticed the light weight of takeaway bag asked the staff to explain if it was main or started portion. They explained that’s this was main portion of 8 pieces of chicken and lamb but the chicken and lamb pieces was so small that it only was half full in the small starter container. Please safe yourself from spending your hard earned money from this thefts hands and go somewhere that’s take proud in their customers satisfaction. I wish I can add pictures to this review and then everybody will know how cheat this curry hut takeaway is.

We are local in Milton and regularly order from the Curry Hut. The food is excellent and the quality is high and also consistent - juicy chicken, good flavours and great value for money The guys that run it are very friendly and helpful - and I am genuinely happy to recommend

Great tasting curry. Good service. Thou unless you're ordering veg get a magnifying glass to look for the meat/prawns. Always end up with a tray of curry sauce One curry counted 5 bits of chicken and these are not large cuts. If they stopped being so stingy with the contents they would easily be one of the best in the town Anyone want to compare order a curry from new Taj in fratton and see how much you should get.

Just moved to the area, fancied an Indian curry, Curry hut was recommended by friends, lovely food to our door within an hour, the food was piping hot, full of flavour, can’t wait to have another curry night.

Staff was very friendly, food made up fresh on the spot, only 15 min wait. Good sized portions, very tasty food.
