The cheapest takeaway I've ever known, food is of an acceptable quality, it's brilliant for the price!

So cheap, every time my family visit we get kam too. You can feed your whole family for £30. Bargain

its the best value for money by a mile..most items are very nice,large portions,the currys etc are great value.but i would avoid the chips and prawn balls for sure.but saying that it can be a gem if you stick to the items you know are fine!!

Had to give one star lol but when you put a order in and they forget to put half of one meal in the bag 15 minutes after went back to the shop to let them know and they said it was in the bag which it was not Then they told me we did not charge you for if but why was half the meal there So ended up me walking away with nothing Would not go there

Good food and cheap prices worth the trip

Honestly the cheapest place around by far. Can't go too far wrong when getting food from here.

An absolute Portsmouth gem! Always large portions at unbelievably low prices [seriously low!]. They've done this consistently for years. Hot delicious food every time. They don't deliver and it's cash only, but worth the time to pop in and order. You won't regret it. I guarantee there will be people outside waiting for Kam Too to open every time you visit! Says volumes about how good Kam Too is. Friendly, efficient staff. You won't wait too long for your order. And I'll say it again, you won't beleive their low prices!

Kamtoo is amazing. The prices have always been low and the food is great. Be aware that this place is cash only.

Bought an chinese last night from the Kamtoo after hearing about good the food was there and how cheap it was. When I got back home and dish it up, it was full of grease and everything had been deep fried, the chicken in the curry was hard and overcooked. The egg fok yung looked like it had no egg in it and look more red and purple colouring the anything with black that were supposed to be mushrooms. NEVER will have this food again or recommend them to anyone.

Amazing gem. We fed a family of 5 a huge selfish of dishes, chips, Chinese dishes all for £24 we literally couldn't eat it all.

I haven’t seen prices this cheap for at least 15 years. When my friend told me that she could order x y and z for less than £20, I thought she was having me on. Her order and my food was less than £20. I still can’t believe how cheap this place is and the quality of food and portion size is just amazing. I honestly feel I’ve gone back to 2004. Will definitely be going back!

Collected Chinese from kam too and me and my children have been I’ll since Saturday when we got it! Sicking and bad belly’s! Absolute discusting place that’s why it is so cheap! Would rather pay the extra to not feel like this! Reporting to health and safety

For the money, the food is absolutely fantastic. You do have to wait in a queue to order and then wait to get your food, but it’s worth it.

The food is incredible for a Chinese takeaway I would rather go collect this then order anything and it taste expensive but is so cheap and affordable for big families or even small families or single people . I hope this takeaway does really with the crisis atm this is the most affordable and more delicious take away ever thanks a lot kam too u doing great guys xxxxx

Best n cheapest Chinese take away in the area, always a queue outside, only takes cash by the way, beef n chicken curry's n fried rice £8 and tastes great.

Cheap as chips value for money unbelievable

Phone out of service. Drove across portsmouth as google said closed at half 10. Decided to close at 20 to 10 and only offered sausage and chips as closing doors. Not great.

The cheapest Chinese/Fish & chips in Hampshire. Chicken curry with rice £3.80 Chips £1. Sausage 70p, Cod £2.20. All delicious and plenty of it. Why pay 3 times price at other establishments??

You can't beat the value for money here. Great food for a quarter of the price. £25 in one shop is £10 here. No delivery No card payments 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Best fish and chips/Chinese takeaway in Portsmouth. They don't deliver but you can put your order in over the phone to save waiting. I get chips, battered sausage and can of coke for around £2.30. Pretty cheap! The quality is good too, you have to get there before 5pm ideally because they sometimes run out of items where they're so popular.

We ordered for the first time from this restaurant Portions are huge but unfortunately food is so bad I never had chow main so disappointed That's literally just nuddles an been sprout no flaver nathing beef was suspicious I mean I can cook better chow main We try to order spring rolls or duck rolls they not on the menu. Really not happy I don't have a clue how they have so much good reviews Probably because is so cheep that you can suspect it will be not great.

The rumours are true! Massive, tasty portions at the cheapest prices inhave seen in years!!! My beef in black bean sauce with egg foo young and chips was excellent, hot, fresh and tasty, no skimping on quality. My beef in black bean sauce contained huge pieces of tender sliced beef My egg foo young packed with chicken, pork, peas and onion ( and chips included in same box ). Will definitely be ordering again very very soon, looking forward to ordering curry dishes next, fried rice, chow mein, soo much to order!!!

You can't moan about the price you pay. Value for money, if on a tight budget. Food is ok, and u get what you pay for.

Great Chinese, I have been coming here on and off for 33 years. Always great food and brilliant process. They don't deliver, but happy to travel to pick up. I recommend: Chicken Curry Sweet and Sower Chicken Balls Beef Chow Mein Crispy Beef All great dishes there.

The food is ok but im very concerned about the chips and the jumbo sausage do not buy chips or a jumbo sausage i had hair in my sausage and mould on my chips

Tasty food at a very reasonable price

This place is famous in Portsmouth… but after 38 years in the city I just tried Kam Too for the very first time. I still can’t get over the cost…. I fed four, with large portions, for under a tenner! Even more surprising, the food was very good quality. Tasty food at a low cost is why people queue down the street for a Kam Too. I wish I’d tried it before.

Tasty and cheap been coming here for years

Queues can be long... But I don't think theirs a cheaper Chinki within not just Pompey but the Hampshire area, we have and could easily feed a, family of 5 for £15/£16 probably less. Food is Nice aswell. If you only got a score and want to treat the family I would 100% recommend this place. Staff are so kind and nice aswell. Kushty place for a cheap munch 😎
