Turkey bap was an amazing start to the Christmas festivities and really delicious, lots on offer on the menu and definitely very reasonably priced.

Came for lunch today with two friends for a catch up and to celebrate an 80th birthday. When I booked I explained about the birthday, so we had a birthday tablecloth, a banner across and birthday serviettes. 2 of us had omelette, one with mushrooms and chips and one with salad, the other friend had lasagne and chips…. Lovely tasty meals and plenty of it. And lovely surroundings. I had also requested cake with a candle in for the birthday girl, which they were more than happy to do. I selected the slices of cake and then the staff brought them to the table singing Happy Birthday. Needless to say the Birthday girl was over the moon. Thank you all for making our meet-up special.

This is a gorgeous tea room, the staff were very warm and welcoming, the Turkey, cranberry and stuffing bap was delicious and the pricing for this and tea & coffee was extremely reasonable and great value for money! We have seen the sign advertising this just off the main road from Chipping Sodbury to Yate outside the Ridgewood centre and kept saying we must pop in...so glad we did and... we will definitely be back again! I took the wife here for an afternoon tea, Sandwiches, vol au vonts, cakes, cheese cakes, strawberries scones with clotted cream and jam (so you can put it on yourself the correct way cream then jam) Ample tea and refills etc etc. Exceedingly friendly staff and very competetively price. Food prepared fresh daily.Will be going there again.

Came here with my daughter for breakfast. Small park but managed to get the last space. Cafe was empty. Really nice little place though. Both of us had bacon sandwiches, plus hot chocolate/latte. Very reasonably priced. Bacon a little on the fatty side but wouldn’t put us off coming for lunch sometime though.

We had a lovely meal in here today. The coronation chicken was amazing and there were plenty of options on the menu for the children. The staff were also really kind and helpful. We will definitely return soon. :)

Great family business where both Karen and Alice work exceptionally hard. They have worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of their customers during this pandemic. Thank you for my fantastic summer salad today - fajita chicken with salad and lemon mayo dressing. Ideal for this weather and delicious! It's also nice to see you are still enforcing hygiene standards with individual cutlery packs, gel stations and plenty of space between tables. Much appreciated Karen and Alice :)

Went to my daughter-in-law 50th tea party it was lovely a real high tea great atmosphere and great staff.

We discovered this place by chance - although we walked past it every day on the way into Yate it never registered with us that it did any more than cakes. Now we stop here for lunch most days! The menu is great, plenty of options and if you're as fussy as we are the staff are always willing to mix and match items to make sure you get what you want. The food is freshly cooked and delicious, the omelettes in particular are lush. Portion sizes are good and some days we even struggle to eat a dessert too! Service is excellent with some great banter that breaks the monotony of a work day up nicely. Good value too, certainly compared with places like Boswells where we'd probably pay an extra fiver each day for lunch and a coffee.

Lovely place to recover after spending time in hot stuffy atmosphere. Varied menu, airy café. friendly staff. Enormous BLT. My husband could only manage half. They were happy to give him doggy bag.

Popped in for a breakfast, had a full English. It was lovely, plate was full with freshly cooked food. Staff were friendly. Cappuccino was so nice i had two. Would recommend anyone to visit and taste their large variety of food freshly prepared.

Very spacious, nicely decorated. Very large choice of foods, all cakes are home made. The scones were so lush, and the coffees were lovely. Had a little kids corner with loads of books and a carpeted area for the kids to sit on. The staff were very accommodating delivered excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely tea rooms, furnished in keeping with a tea room. Has outside seating area. Good food with a good choice and good portion size. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely go again and would recommend.

Visited this cafe with my wife and friend and have some thoughts. Cafe very good with special diets ..gluten and dairy free. Very helpful talking through what they could do for me. Food looked good in the main and several options to choose from. We tried the homemade macaroni cheese and the verdict was ok but too much egg and not enough cheese which was a tad disappointing. Jacket potatoes with coronation chicken and egg mayo sandwich were good sized and tasty. The cafe itself was very noisy as is a conservatory type structure avoid groups of women..... My biggest issue was the cleaning utensils on the same shelf as the vinegar and pepper with the homemade jam for sale. This was right next to us...why leave it there????
