Me encanta este lugar. Parece que lo han hecho todo bien. Gran selección de deliciosos bocadillos tostados, sabrosa sopa, encantadora música de fondo y buen servicio.

Este lugar fue recomendado por otro café! Mi esposa estaba inicialmente inquieto, pero tranquilo por el propietario. Fantástico sandwich tostado. Gran servicio, muy amable. Me alegra haberlo encontrado.

Deliciosa, llena de sabor y adecuadamente llena, esta es una tienda de bocadillos de muy alta calidad. El pan tostado de res era lujoso. Carne suculenta, acompañada de pepinillos y salsa cremosa bechamel. Cada bocado era un placer. Una joya de un restaurante.

I often come here when visiting Brighton - the chunky toasted sandwiches and soups are gorgeous, come in generous portions and are good value. Decent jazzy music and central location. Although its a small place and popular, if I get there late morning I can usually get a seat.

Such lovely food & wonderful service. Great to have gluten free & vegan options also. Couldn't recommend going here more!

One of the nicest grilled sandwiches I’ve ever had. I had the gammon and my partner had brisket, both were really tasty, big portions and they didn’t skimp on the meat. We also had a fruit smoothie which was very nice.

They have perfected their sandwich- had the classic style, tasty to the last bite. Very generous fillings. Received a lovely warm welcome when we entered the shop too- and everything was very fairly priced.

Lovely bite to eat for lunch! Had the ‘Brisket CRUNCH’ and really enjoyed it, gooey cheese and beef brisket, what’s not to like?!

I popped in & ordered the toastie of the day [Fish Fingers, Mushy Peas & bechamel on sourdough] with the soup of the day [tomato & basil] on my way past, as prompted by the chalkboard sign in the street. Best decision, as both the toastie & soup were absolutely delicious, so flavoursome & fantastic value. Will 💯 be ordering from here again. Highly recommend.

Lunch of soup and toasted sandwich. Prepared to order and seating available inside and out. Brisket gherkin plus gammon and cheese. Soup was tomato. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I came here yesterday and the food was perfect! I had the pulled pork crunch and she had the pepper crunch, it was exactly what we both wanted. Couldn’t recommend coming here for lunch enough. Amazing service too.

Absolutely amazed to stumble across this gem in Brighton today! We’ve had no luck in finding gluten free food on our holiday so far so when looking for lunch today we stumbled across this delicious sandwich shop which caters for us coeliacs! I had the pepper crunch on gluten free bread which was delicious and they take allergies very seriously as upon ordering the man confirmed that the sauce advertised contains wheat so he would make it without! I felt well looked after and the portions were massive too!! Thank you so much for making my day!

Found this place looking for a quick bite to eat in the middle of the day. Lovely and quick service, friendly couple running it and a very lovely toasty too! Given my only issue was that the toasty was too big for me to finish, I think it was also fantastic value for money. A hidden gem. Well worth a lunchtime visit.

Stumbled across this place on the street away from the lanes. Came in for a sandwich, poor service, grumpy guy serving, subpar sandwich. Not going back.

A little off the main busy areas (by about 20 yards). Fantastically friendly and helpful, and much cheaper than other outlets nearby. They were really helpful, and we only had a very small order. e got to sit outside too.
