We decided to call in for food and drinks one evening whilst staying nearby. A really friendly welcome and top notch food (some of the best we ate during our stay in Cornwall). 👍🏼

Fantastic pub, food was incredible and the staff were really friendly Even let us sit out front the following day and enjoy shade whilst we had car trouble 10/10 would come back in a heartbeat

Friendly staff. Pint was good. The food was not poorly cooked but the meals were not good. The menu looked interesting, but every meal that arrived was either vegetable free or very salty. Expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were on holiday and Stopped on the off chance for food . Wow what a fantastic place . The food was absolutely amazing at very reasonable prices. Very friendly and welcoming staff Would highly recommend if you’re in the area .

We had an amazing Experience at the Crown, served by genuinely friendly staff and the food is definitely a high standard , a small menu which in our opinion is a good thing but everything was freshly prepared and a home cooked feel Value for money reasonably priced we will return next time in the area

Went for a meal whilst staying locally in Marazion. I had the sea food linguine and my partner had Cumberland sausage with broccoli and colcannon mash with a nice red wine sauce/gravy we both really enjoyed our meals and the staff were lovely and attentive. Just to say there were a lot of locals there drinking so maybe a bit loud but nice to see a well supported pub by the locals

Excellent, decent food (restaurant food not pub grub). Very attentive staff. A somewhat dated old boozer dragging itself into the 21st century? Worth a visit.

I’m so lucky to be able to call The Crown my local. I took family and friends to try the pubs renowned roast! It was absolutely delicious. The beef … melted in my mouth! The vegetables were gorgeous, no boiled cabbage and carrots here…each dish was tasty, beautifully cooked and …what can I say? I can’t wait to return! Thanks Crown team x

We came for dinner as we were staying for a couple of nights nearby. The food was amazing, really tasty and cooked to perfection. Service was quick and staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Our dog was welcome to sit with us whilst we ate, which means the world to us as he goes everywhere with us. If we find ourselves nearby again, we will definitely come back!

Stopped for lunch. Fantastic beef ciabatta and chips. Great location and relaxing village pub environment with beautiful open coal fire.

Been going to the Crown for years and it always has such a great atmosphere, with friendly staff. We booked a table on Sunday for their first roast of the year and the food was amazing. Couldn't fault it! Would high recommend anyone going here.... the evening food menu also looks really good!

Great pub - amazing food. We had the mussels, chicken and ham pie, and fish and chips - couldn't fault it. Very attentative staff and a well kept pint of Hicks. Highly recommend.

This is situated an easy 5 minutes walk from the town centre and well worth the visit. The welcome is warm and they serve a selection of their own delicious beers which are well priced and of good quality. There are outside drinking areas but the pub itself is smart.

Having enjoy this establishment a few times this year, I simply had to write a review to express my propitious opinion. After an unfruitful trip to Perranuthnoe during a busy summer day, my friend and I decided to stop by here instead for lunch. It was honestly one of the best decisions we made of the season. Beautiful summer day out in the sun, with hardly a obstreperous tourist in sight. As by the chef’s approbation, we had the mussels and monkfish scampi. I am glad we did as the former were unbelievably corpulent while the fish was incredibly luscious. All at unbelievable value, especially for peak season, especially as the two of us were very much satisfied after our meal. As for evening food you’d be glad to hear the food is just as good, if not better. Loaded fries topped with lots of ambrosial garnishes and meat. Incredibly friable base pizza followed by rich yet heavenly desserts. I personally had some of the most saporous ribs I’ve ever had. I enjoyed them much in the same way that I’m sure a barbarian would have once done. Incredibly messy, but I did not care. Overall a great place with a great patina and dynamite staff, both in personality and quality of service. Highly recommend 10/10

Stayed here for two nights, the rooms are nicely decorated,bed was very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. Had dinner one evening which was very tasty and well presented. Had breakfast one morning which again was cooked fresh and hit the spot. Can't recommend this place enough.

We came to the crown Inn for the last night of our holiday, wow what a place! Wish we had found it at the beginning of our holiday! The food was absolutely amazing so delicious full of flavour and great sized portions, all with great reasonable prices. The staff were very cheerful, helpful, friendly and made our evening pleasurable. We will definitely return the next time we down this way on holiday.

Amazing little pub and accommodation.. I haven’t actually stayed there myself but family have and they have all said how lovely it is! Also, the food is pretty special too! Highly Recommend! 🤍🤍

What a brilliant experience. Staff were lovely and polite, gave us time to choose from the array of drinks and the huge range of food to choose from. I had the Ribs and partner had the chicken, they did not disappoint. In my personal opinion the ribs are probably some of the best ribs I have ever eaten, and we are well traveled. Go in, experience BBQ food at its peak, for a fair price. Chef Mikes seasonings are sensational keep doing what your doing Would definitely visit again, quite unique place in Cornwall Can’t wait to go again next Sunday.

Down in Cornwall for a holiday and went to St Michael’s Mount. Wanted lunch and all the sea front establishments were expensive and gastro food. Found The Crown only 2 miles from car park. Beardy Block behind bar gave great service (Give him a payrise) food was great and reasonably priced along with great beer. Highly recommend.

Just got back from our second meal at this lovely local pub . Even though it is obviously a pub used by locals , we were welcomed and did not feel out of place . The pub has a lovely friendly vibe and the food is so so good , highly recommend the burger !!!

Popped in here for a late dinner whilst in the area and was pleasantly surprised. The decor is like a typical British pub but the taste of the food and presentation of it was amazing and not what you would usually expect from a ‘pub’. I had the chilli con carne. The new chef is providing excellent food. A wide variety of dishes, freshly made from local ingredients. An absolutely delicious menu. I highly recommend trying this out.

Was recommended this pub whilst visiting the area and glad we dropped by! Came in on Saturday and was served by Dann who went above and beyond even though it was busy, and even made some menu recommendations. Food was great, drinks went down well, and service would great. Will be back!

Derek was really friendly and a perfect host he showed his letting rooms they were lovely, we had the Vege pizza it was so much better than expected in a local pub. Its definitely worth a visit just to see the unique loos and hand basin

Had an excellent lunch here. I had a good curry whilst my husband said his rack of ribs was the best meal out he's had in a long time. Only downside was the bad language of two guys at the bar. We did have a quiet word with the barman but he said there was nothing he could do.

The restaurant was brilliant in regards to Covid19.The staff were all so kind, cheerful and helpful, could not do enough for you (nothing is worse than visiting somewhere with miserable staff!)The food! Absolutely amazing all our meals were fantastic! our favourite by far was the steak and ale pie absolutely delicious! The puddings were great too if you have any room left for one that is! Portions are a good size and very reasonably priced! We will definitely visit again and would 100% recommend to anyone we know visiting the area!
