Took a break from our journey along the A27, down the road to Littlehampton. The farm shop is only 100 yards. I wondered what the signs meant by brewhouse - beer or coffee and it meant both. It is a cross between a cafe and a pub, bright and airy, a mix or seating. Serving an interesting range of draft local beers in strength and style. Also offering off sales of cans and bottles of beers ciders teas and coffees. We had some food with our very good beer/coffee. Sourdough sandwiches, mine was simple ham and cheese, were delicious. We left with a cake to share that was also very good. The next time we come this way we will take this diversion again.

Last minute decide after a trip out, service good at the bar, had carvery which was lovely and hot. Been before and had burgers, they're so good.

Quay House Town Quay, River RdIn a lovely location by the side of the river Arun in the lovely castle town of Arundel. We stopped for lunch and a drink. No complaints on the food but we both had cappuccinos and they were little more than slightly flavoured milk. I don’t know where the coffee was but it never made it to the cup hence the verdict of average. Unfortunately with many other options in the small town it’s not somewhere I’d return to.

34 High Street, Littlehampton BN17 5ED EnglandIt's been updated since the last time I was here a few years ago. Very modern looking and multiple screens for sports. Worth checking out.
