Establo Lounge in Arun

We called into Establo lounge at lunchtime we had 2 lovely sandwiches one bacon and one sausage lovely very delicious with w lovely lattes the staff are Friendly certainly on our list for further visits.

Really lovely lounge chain. In particular the staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating given my dad has disabilities and my mum has a significant food allergy. Some nice live music was playing too. Food was cooked well compared to other lounge chains. Would definitely come back when my parents are visiting the blind veterans centre nearby again. Thank you.

The staff, food and ambience is always fantastic. Such a variety on their menu, always cooked in the highest quality. Packed full of flavour and deliciousness. Highly recommended!

Not as good as the last time I visited. Food left off big breakfast, sausages inferior taste, and tomato sauce tasted of vinegar. Coffee good though

My friends and I attended for dinner. The waitress was very moody and wooden. Then the young bar staff took ages to bring over our drinks although they were not busy! They were left on the bar and a friend and I tried numerous times to make eye contact as a hint for them to bring them over to our table. Twice the staff members saw that was our intention and pretended to busy themselves for 5 minutes before eventually bringing them over. We were polite and not once were we rude and did not deserve this treatment. Also if it was busy and those drinks were left there they could have been easily spiked! The food is nice but not cheap and neither is the drink. Expected a lot better! Will not be returning unfortunately.

Establo Lounge is an Okay "Cafe". Food MUST be ordered via QR Code. It was Okay. Nothing to write home about. Service was absolutely Minimal! Atmosphere was Okay, Nothing Special! Free Parking is NOT Obvious for someone not familiar with the area. There's a Large Public Car Park within 5 minutes walk behind Establo Lounge.

Very happy overseas visitors glad we found this little nook but all to late lovely meals, great service, will be a little gem in future visits

Saturday night in rustington was very quiet...establo emptied out and it was boring...ordered our drinks online, and it took an eternity for them to be brought over to us.. no excuses on that one as the pub was quiet..given a poor rating,well deserved

We come from Southampton and Establo lounge was recommended by some lovely people from the Angmering church. We were pleasantly surprised, the food was enjoyed by all 13 of us, quick service and friendly staff. Really easy going place with a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will definitely return. Fab place. Happy faces all round.

Visiting Rustington, we chose Establo Lounge because it was dog friendly. It didn't disapoint. A lovely welcome, great brunch & reasonably priced. We will definitely go back when we next visit.

I love this eatery in peaceful Rustingson. The food and service is always superb. As someone with a gluten intolerance, their breakfasts are truly delicious. Lovely staff and enjoy the space and stylish, bohemian decor. Please please open a branch in Worthing!

Despite NOT being busy. We ordered on the app. It was on the point of being uncomfortable when the food arrived. WAITING FOR THE SWEET WAS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. We waited so long that we were forced to leave without the sweet. Staff caught up and asked if we wanted a takeaway. we then had to wait 5 MORE MINUTES whilst staff took their time and slowly boxed, what turned out to be, and extremely disappointing and overly priced sweet. Why the staff in this place are like snails when serving customers we have no idea... SERIOUSLY this place WAS NOT BUSY. Honestly if this place service is this bad when quiet. How appalling bad is it when busy?? I seriously doubt we will EVER eat here again..

A few weeks ago I invited family to lunch at the Establo Lounge. I'd been there once before, shortly after it first opened, and enjoyed a tasty lunch with a friend. This time I was very disappointed. The level of noisy music made conversation difficult. The menu was a mish mash of badly cooked food masquerading as international dishes. We were expected to order via a phone app, (had it just been my partner and me we wouldn't have been able to do so as that requires a smart phone). One of our group had a phone and made the order. She then had to pay in advance and was asked if she wanted to leave a tip. As a tip is usually given for good service and we'd not had any service she was taken aback. Anyway she was concerned our service would be poor if she refused so added 10 per cent. Poor service, poor and over priced food, noisy environment ! Can't recommend unless that's what you enjoy. Can't recall exactly what we had. The kid's meal seemed best.!!

The service was perfunctory. The food was unappetising and overly spiced. Soy sauce ( to disguise the taste ) was unavailable. Staf generally helpful, but inappropriate clothing and dirty. Windows didn’t open so overly hot on the evening. No air con. Atmosphere dull and uninspiring. I won’t be going again.

Excellent gluten free and vegan options, service very good, can order on app but remember to join the WiFi. Only negative is the size of a portion of fries, probably equivalent of a child’s handful. Also dog friendly.

Having to come down to the bar to order (if you're like me, refusing to carry a phone to restaurant hence can't order from table via app) is a chore as you'll get a rather long queue. Overall okay just nothing wow-ing

Booked for nine of us to go there for lunch today to celebrate granddaughters birthday. All ordered something different, yet all arrived in good time and at the same time. Everyone commented on how nice their food was and good portion size. Service was excellent and very very reasonably priced. A really accommodating venue, cannot fault visit.

Always a nice experience here . Don't often eat but do the quizzes here always such fun.

What an amazing place. Great service and food. The staff do not stop running around serving and keeping everything ship shape.

Never ever have I been spoken to the way I was this morning by any staff member representing any company, organisation, or hospitality establishment than Establo Lounge. Rude, abrupt, abusive, confrontational and damn right arrogant, all in front of my partner and customers. If that is the way you speak to your customers, then you wont have any customers left. I certainly won’t be returning ever as a customer and until now I was a regular.

Really interesting menu, lots of vegetarian options Food quality really good and good portion size too Service was warm and attentive When we visited it qas busy but not overcrowded and decor helped create a relaxed atmosphere. Will Be back!

Amazing coffee...they use Clifton Coffee; I've tried many coffees & have my own grinder at home & normally like Cuban coffee, but this is one of the best coffees I've tried for a long time. The breakfast was good, arrived a little cold but they were super busy. Very nice staff, atmosphere & lovely location. A bit expensive though for £4 for a coffee!

Went with my daughter to have lunch and very much enjoyed our experience in this fun quirky cafe restaurant. Wonderful find. Lovely friendly smiley service and felt very welcomed. Fab food that looked very appealing and well presented. Loved that they are gluten and vegan friendly in an obvious way. I should have taken some photos to post here as my soup was delicious and also my gluten free roll. Wish this place was local to me as would frequent regularly. However will return when visiting my daughter who now lives locally 🤗. Thank you 👏🤩 10/10

Food OK and decent value. First waitress was lovely "would you like a glass of water / how's your meal". 2nd was rude when we asked for another glass of water with our 2nd wine - curt reply "it's over there you can get it yourself". I I might add we'd tipped both when ordering - any option for us to get the tip back? (crazy system that you have that you are asked to tip before you can see what the food / service is like!) .

Amazing Bang Bang Chicken! - nice ambience - friendly staff - only negative was the app ordering system - we filled in the whole order and it crashed - so we had to order at the till. Would definitely recommend.

Love going here as food is great, ordering is easy and it all arrives quickly. Only thing I would say is please turn the music down as when visiting with elderly family they can barely hear anything with how loud it is. Other than that it is great.

The 🌞 came out and so did we! It's been a while but friendly and helpful staff, good food selections, a naughty wine and sat outside in the buzz of patrons. Great!

Went here for lunch and was totally delighted. Plenty of seating indoor and out and dog friendly. Centre of Rustington. Menu had so much choice catering for most tastes. Food was delicious and service friendly. Will be back.

Perfect venue for our large group of friends, including children. Staff were welcoming and efficient. We could all order separately which made paying the bill so much easier - only drawback to this was that food arrived at different times but that wasn't really a big problem. So good, in fact, that we went back for brunch the next day and sat outside in the sunshine!

What makes restaurants serve food that is obviously lukewarm? Lack of staff training because it should never have been served. Lack of an organised kitchen who should not allow food to sit around. We were 7 for lunch ordered at the tail end of lunch at 13.40. Six of those meals were lukewarm and only the one being hot. We could have sent all food back but were not willing to wait. The dishes did look presentable whereas in the past they have not.

Great evening at Establo last night. Food was absolutely delicious and the staff were all lovely, Chloe in particular, nothing was too much trouble, always had a smile for you. Quick service, all were very welcoming and everything was clean and tidy, not a sticky table in sight! Thank you, will be again soon.

Several meals were cold including the fish finger sandwich. When sent back, the replacement was also cold. My dish did not contain the ingredients the menu promised. I complained via email and nothing has come of it. Highly embarrasing for our host. Very poor food.

Burgers were great, quite small portions of chips with the burgers. Chips and burgers were really tasty. Very good service. Background music not to my teste and a little to load for me.

The decor was a little confusing for us non art people - it felt like a mish-mash of theme but it's a lovely cozy place. We sat upstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great but the drinks not so much. We both had milkshakes and the price gave us false hopes of a yummy thick shake, but what we received was a watery, flavourless drink with cream and sauce decoration. For this reason our rating looses a star.

Wonderful place,you are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter. Our little furry friend was welcomed too and was given a bowl of water and some little doggie biscuits which she enjoyed very much Our food was very tasty and presented well,the selection of teas was great. All the staff there are fabulous even the ones behind-the-scenes Wish I lived more local as I would come in everyday.

Don't recommend going here if you have an allergy that is not one of the 14 listed. The lady taking my order spoke down to me and was very rude, said she could not put my food through as an allergy as its not one of listed and left me feeling very anxious and the way she sppoke to me was not okay. The overall service from this lady was appalling and she was not accommodating at all. Other places are able to do it so why not you.

Food is ok, for what it is. It is expensive, though, I paid about £15.00 more a week earlier for four people to have a three course meal and drinks at Cotes, Brighton. In this establishment, there were three people here who had two courses, and I had one course. We all shared a couple of nibbles. Plus, there were two rounds of drinks purchased. The atmosphere is brilliantly quirky. Order and pay through the app or QR code.

Great food. Very impressed how downstairs had a 'pub quiz ' going on, but we were still able to enjoy our meal upstairs.

Friendly (but busy!) staff, good interesting drinks menu that also caters to non-drinkers well, and reasonable quality priced food. Not going to wow anyone off their feet but you can trust you can turn up, find something you like and it be a decent meal. Friday and Saturday nights can get louder due to it being the place to be in the local area, but other nights more family friendly.

What an amazing lovely place. Staying not far away for work we ended up here for food. Polite staff and food was amazing!! We then came back the next morning for breakfast. Dog friendly and catered for. Highly recommend and so nice to see a place getting it right.

I've eating at this place on five or six occasions now. Never let me down. Good food. Good prices. Friendly service. You can order from your phone at your own table and pay online if you want to. Also quite a trendy looking place with outdoor seating for the summer. Car parking just a short walk away

I’ve found it very good all day breakfast here, and they got many choices for you to choose, upstairs also has a good view to look outside.

We came here for brunch in a weekday morning. Good food, good coffee and very cozy environment. Will come back again.

Visited with my brother, partner and our dog. All welcomed. My brother loved the tapas. My veggie breakfast was flavoursome and the brisket meal went down very nicely. The churros on the other hand was not great, more like eating chips. Other than that we had a lovely time and the chap that served us was friendly and chatty.

First time visit this evening, really enjoyed, different to the ‘usual’ menu and all of us enjoyed our meals. Kids menus are pretty small but also include drink and pudding so great value. Service was good, marked as 3 stars as its bar or QR from table, all served quickly though and staff very polite. Good decor and atmosphere, would go again.
