Hello We had breakfast at crimple earlier this week and it was just devine, the full English is the one to go for. Great food, Great staff, Great Location, Great parking what's not to like Paul

With some polishing the restaurant will be fab. There were some issues that I’ll list below that they food do with considering but other wise I really enjoyed our visit to the restaurant. The Sunday roast dinner was really nice and the vegetables were prepared to a high standard. The deserts were great also and the beer we had was enjoyable. The venue itself is clean and obviously very modern. The staff were really welcoming and did a decent job looking after us, they forgot the odd thing but they’re all new and it was busy. We only had to wait a few moments to get a table on a a Sunday at 12:20. Things to consider improving: - the mains and starters arrived at the same time, very odd - the drinks arrived as the food arrived, again odd - vegetarian options very limited. I asked for a vegetarian roast (not on the menu) and was able to get a roast with no meat ( albeit for the same price as a meat roast - I should have been given the option for the meat to be offered to my family if I am still paying for it) however I really enjoyed my plate of food - staff didn’t know if they could serve mulled wine (it’s Christmas, come on we need mulled wine 😬) but they did accommodate us Overall I enjoyed my visit and we live locally so I’m excited to go back when the menu is a bit bigger and things have gotten a bit slicker - I recommend visiting

18 Jockey LaneStumbled on this little eatery while visiting Knaresborough on a Sunday lunch time. We went in to get maybe a sandwich and thought it wasn’t going to be great to be honest but ended up having a cooked lunch and it was so good! The place was busy and you could tell they were locals as they were chatting across to each other. We looked at the menu and decided to have have a cooked meal. I ordered pie chips and peas and my husband a burger with chips salad and coleslaw and a pot of tea. You could actually get a 3 course Sunday lunch for £14.50! When mine came there were no peas but another bowl soon arrived full of fresh vegetables and a big jug of gravy. Food was really good the staff were lovely. The lady said that as she had been cooking Sunday lunches she gave me some of the veg. We were thoroughly impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Great food and great value for money! Definitely worth trying!

29 WatersideWe popped into The Black Mulberry for a drink but ended up staying for a bite to eat, and I’m so glad we did! The food was delicious, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The staff were really lovely, super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The place itself has a cosy, relaxed vibe, perfect for a casual meal or just grabbing a drink. Definitely a spot I’d visit again!

Railway RoadThe staff are great. They accommodated our new baby and made sure we had room for the pram. The food is the best quality whenever we come. Every time we come it makes me think why we didn't eat there before this year!.
