Friendly service fantastic food

Just had birthday treat for a 7 year old and her friends here. They couldn’t have done more for us - so friendly, efficient and helpful. Even opened early to accommodate us! The girls loved the waffles and amazing sundaes. Perfect. Thank you.

Arrived at approximately 12.30 on Mother's day with my wife and two children. Around 6 other diners present. Overheard someone tell the waiter not to worry about the milkshake that had not arrived. Clearly the waiter has forgotten to put the order for it through. We then ordered three items and had the same problem, with two dishes arriving for my son and I but not my wife. We thought it was just coming but no, he'd forgotten that too but didn't tell us at the time. My wife planned to share some of hers with our 18 month old but having watched my son and I with ours she was now upset and lost interest. Had to take her outside whilst my wife ate hers as fast as possible on her own. Only after pressing the issue he said he'd removed the service charge, which is an entirely optional charge anyway and something we wouldn't have paid regardless. Not good enough when there's hardly anyone else in the restaurant.

David has givrn us best service and Great dessert experience with Black Forest Hot Pocket and Milk chocolate cookie dough. I am not a dessert person but still couldn't resist finishing off the last bit on my plate .We will definitely come again.

Took 30 minutes for them to come over and take our order. The desert was medioka. Weord atmosphere inside

Love it here. Decor is fab. And always come away stuff and full of sweety goodness. Mmmmm

Despite the restaurant being very quiet when I visited, we could not sit where we wanted because none of the tables had been cleared. The seats in the booths are torn and dirty. The toilets were filthy, with poo up the wall, which put me off my food and made me wonder how clean the kitchen is.

Portions were huge! I couldn’t finish my whole crêpe and i can eat a lot. They were not stingy with the sauce or toppings got plenty and the free ice cream on the side was lots. Friend got the cookie dough and it was delicious. Milkshakes were very thicky and yummy and a very large portion. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely felt like a really friendly place

Let me tell you the horrible experience at this place so half of the stuff wasn’t on the menu it took forever for the waiters to come over and take our order and then my mum‘s order wasn’t put through so then that took another long time to get that ready and then by the end, my dad told them to take the service charge off

We waited for a long time for our orders. The chocolate ice cream tasted really strange. We wanted to take home a Belgium chocolate cheesecake, but when we got home, we realized they had given us Chocolate fudge cake instead. It has better taste if you buy a cake from Tesco.

Dreadful. Staff don’t care and the product is embarrassingly bad. How this place stays open and actually earns money I will never know (I could probably have a guess though)

Not that great. Ordered ferrero waffles, only 2 ferrero chocolates and hardly any chocolate sauce. Even the smallest size of ferrero comes in a pack of three.

Second visit in 2 months, firstly with friends then my Daughter, both times was fantastic, very welcoming, very tasty desserts at decent prices.

Creams is so amazing the customer service is out of this world all of the staff are friendly and kind and they give you the most amazing time ever and I am a regular because the waffles and crepes are out of this world and I will always love going to Creams

Absolutely awful experience, got put in the corner and ignored. At the end went round the other side of the bar to pay and then got accused of not paying having to tell the woman I paid to tell her colleague who did not believe us. Not the kind of behaviour you expect when taking the kids out for a treat definitely would not recommend

Every time you order via. Uber Eats there is always a problem. We’ve ordered on three separate occasions and each time they’ve cancelled and wasted our time. I recommend that they remove themselves from Uber Eats as they seem to never be able to keep up with demand.

Visited with a group for a friends birthday. Lovely food and service, Jack was particularly kind and patient. Very accessible for people with learning disabilities

Absolutely LOVE, couldn’t recommend anywhere better to get your milkshakes, hot/cold drinks and delicious desserts :) I went this past Thursday, I think it was.. Was greeted immediately by the staff in there. The male that took my order (didn’t get his name) extremely polite, kind and friendly. Made conversations and recommendations while I waited for my order. I didn’t have to wait long at all, as always the order was perfect and AMAZING! Couldn’t recommend enough, extremely polite and welcoming

Loved it here!! Customer service was amazing and our desserts were very tasty. Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth!

Just been at Creams Tunbridge Wells… I been told to wait 30-40min for take away ice cream ( 3 scoops ) … seriously guys? Never back there…

Good food but a male member of staff at least double my age who worked there was overly friendly in my opinion asking lots of unnecessary questions making me feel slightly uncomfortable

Not like any other creams ive been to. Tunbridge wells really lack the customer service and the quality of other creams. Crepes swimming in sauce that they turn to soggy mush.. its ment to be drizzled over but I guess they were trying to cover up the lack of filling they'd scrimped on. Definitely won't go to this one again... suggest others walk a few shops down to a cafe called Poppins... friendlier staff and much better crepes

First time here. Katie our server was absolutely amazing. So lovely to talk to and gave excellent recommendations. She is a great asset to Creams.

TWO TINY SCOPS OF ICE CREAM FOR 3.95 TAKE OUT.... I THOUGHT THIS STUFF HAS GOT TO BE AMAZING. I WAS WRONG. IT WAS JUST BASIC ICE CREAM. I'VE BEEN ROBBED CALL THE POLICE.

Came to creams with my Daughter whilst staying this way. She loved her ice cream. Ayman was a great server. Will visit again before we go home.

Staff couldn't understand basic English. New menu is confusing and prices are 50% more than what they used to be. Also messed up our order.

Don't bother! Absolute rip off. Ordered cookie dough and nachos. £18 for 3 little biscuits drizzled in a bit of chocolate and a handful of nachos that were worth 99p from the pound shop. May as well throw your money down the drain.

great creams!!!!I stopped for a little snack before the coldplace concert at trinity theartre.I went in and the super freak shakes especially the frozen one are just so so naturally born to be nice so much flavour all in it.They have a wide selection of desserts and when you look at the menu honestly the pictures make you have a desire for it and like it just makes you feel so so hungry even when you are full and youre appetite has held the absoloute elite maximum and its full to the brim.The decor of this restauraunt looks really cool as well lighting amazing and atmospheric,walls and floors so shimmery and shiny and the two glitterballs make a huge addition to the restauraunt.The waitress was also genuinley polite and kind and great venue to host big parties in!!!

A place is always enjoyable if it has nice people making it feel that way. Thumbs up for these great people that work here. I met Moneeb and Kerry who treated and served me like I was family. I know where to come when I visit UK next time.

Took the kids here for a treat and they were not disappointed!!!! Service was excellent from start to finish - Kerry was fantastic. Food was delicious: between us we had crepes, waffles and a sundae - all very generous portions and extremely good value for money. Can’t wait to go again!

Walked towards Creams and the Sweet tooth kicked in. Waited for 5 minutes only to hear staff rudely tell a customer that they couldn't be shown to a seat as he was too busy and would be with them when he's done. The place wasn't buzzing by any means.It's easy to do a bad job and takes effort to go the extra mile. We all have bad days but don't pass it on to the customer, just remove yourself from the situation.Needless to say we weren't going to spend our money here and gave it to a business that deserved it.

Fantastic menu really friendly staff will definitely come back when visiting again.

Especially Mondays and Tuesdays the female server was absolutely 💯 brilliant

Popped in for takeaway waffles and was not disappointed at all! We ordered the waffles royale and the banana-scoff. Both waffles were large and covered in toppings. Ice cream was served separately and included one scoop of vanilla (soft serve?) and one scoop of whatever flavour came with it. We were not expecting the vanilla so that was quite a welcome surprise! The two waffles came to £15 which isn’t cheap but certainly worth it with all the toppings and ice cream etc. We will be back NB our photos don’t show the ice cream as we were too greedy and had to eat them whilst hot!

If u want a place that is sugar heaven. U came to the right place they have soooo many wonderful options including vegan options also. I always go for the Strawberry milkshake with chocolate cookie dough and it goes down a treat. I cant complain what so ever. The staff are always polite and extremely helpful it's the best dessert place in town.

We visited here and had the white chocolate kinder bueno crepes... they tasted AMAZING. Really lovely staff too which made the atmosphere as a whole! Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I went to creams on Monday evening. I have been here a few times before but the service we received this time was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better service and better food.

We came to visit our absolute favorite dessert cafe on the planet and were super impressed with the Covid practices in place. As always, the desserts were absolutely scrumptious but more than that our service was simply marvellous. We are regulars at this place and have never been served by Grant before. To say he is just the bomb is an understatement. Being at Creams is a joy in itself, makes everyone happy, but being tended to by Grant made it a superior experience. He couldn’t do enough for the kids and us oldies alike. We had the best time and can’t wait to be back. Anyone served by Grant is in for a 5 star experience.

Came in today (Thursday) - was served by Grant, he was helpful and polite and our order came quicker than we thought it might based on how busy it was. He assured us we wouldn’t be waiting long and the 4 year old who was with us was highly amused by his banter. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable x

We visited the ice cream parlour earlier today. The staff are very courteous and after a very slight (unnoticeable) delay in our order the manager offered us free drinks on the house which was a lovely gesture. Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the management.

We all enjoyed our deserts, really delicious. Staff were friendly...very happy customers

I went to Creams to get an ice cream. I was not disappointed at all. I had a cone with a scoop of chocolate and raspberry. It was delicious.However I wish that the staff would greet the customers. There was no acknowledgement at all. All the staff seem more interested in looking at the computers and pointing at the screens.As I said the ice cream was worth the wait.

Awful service we walked out. It was quiet 4 people working, no tables were cleaned with dirty dishes left, no one served us for 20/25 minutes we walked out and she kept allocating new people to seats ignoring us

My children wanted to treat their mum on her birthday to ice cream and decided it had to be Creams. Having never been before myself I was pleasantly surprised in that the team there were extremely nice, were very helpful, explained the government 50% ish off deal at the moment, and to top it all with no real prompt or request gave my wife some free chocolate cake on a plate decorated with a happy birthday message which made the occasion so much nicer for us.The ice cream was lovely, as what the coffee nice as well.I’d be happy to go back.

Had a wrong order through uber eats but spoke to the manager she was so helpful and really lovely and sorted out our order as couldn't get through to uber eats.

Amazing food, like the stuff you see on instagram that normally you can never get unless you live in a big city. Service can be slightly slow and ordering can be a bit of a hassle but staff are lovely and the wait isn't too bad as there is a kids soft play so your kids don't bother you too much. Food tastes amazing although everyone misses the bubble waffles, it was one of the best things I've tasted, 10/10. On the menu as of now though I'd say cookie dough is the best. Obviously it is quite pricey, which could explain the slightly empty seats, people don't love spending £20+ for a family to eat incredibly unhealthy food so slightly lower prices could drive sales up, I'm a schoolgirl and like many don't have a money source apart from occasional £10 here and there so when we go to town we don't really want to spend all our money on some sugar. But I do understand the reasoning behind it.

Excellent service on Sunday afternoon (15.3.2020) the team really went above and beyond. I would like give a special mention to our server Barnaby who was excellent and really made us feel welcome.

Took 7 children here for a birthday party and it couldn't have been simpler. Everyone got a play on the softplay and then a great selection of puddings for them to choose from on the kids menu. Good value for money.

We went with our daughter and two granddaughters for a birthday treat. Arriving at 6.30 the place was relatively empty and we were pointed to a table. Our order was taken in reasonable time and we asked if we could have the drinks first. We ordered fairly ordinary drinks and food including a J2O (which only meant taking a top off a bottle) and still had not received anything 1hr later. We asked on two or three occasions how the order was coming along to be told we were next. After waiting until 7.45 they still had not started on our order so, as we needed to get the children back home and fed we left with one very upset granddaughter and all very disappointed. Fortunately Dominoes Pizzas came to the rescue with take away pizza which was prompt and filling. Never ever again. How can you make it up to a child when it is their birthday treat. I can't believe people actually review it as good. Can't comment on food as did not get that far.

Went here for first time and was pleasantly surprised. Service friendly and timely and the waffles were great. It was there birthday weekend so had money off the bill and a free scoop of ice cream that made it even better

I was apprehensive about visitting this restaurant as most recent reviews complained of slow service - but I can't express how unfair this seems!! Being a chef in a local restaurant myself, I understand that although the restaurant may appear quiet, there are so many other duties that need to be taken care of before simple tasks such as clearing a few used tables. I could hear their Deliveroo tablet pinging left, right and centre (a noise that haunts my own dreams!) and they still managed to provide an amazing service as well as tend to their online orders. The staff were friendly and approachable and the food was incredible! Will definitely be returning soon with the family. My advise to others that are looking to visit - drop in and make your own judgement!!

Firstly, our table was sticky, the floor was stick and the menus were sticky. It was a a bit gross. Then my husbands food came but mine didn't. I waited a few minutes, thinking it was going to follow but it didn't. when I went up to as what was going on they told me that I didn't order anything... I did! After a bit of an unexpected heated discussion about whether I had ordered or not, he finally put my order through and I wanted another 20 mins for it and when it came there was no apology! Will not be returning.

After being turned away at a kids soft play centre for being at full capacity, we remembered that this place had a lovely soft play area so we headed into town and treated ourselves to some waffles, icecream and milkshake! Was all so tasty. The portions were large and the waffles were so thick and fluffy! We took our little boy into the play area and had fun with him. Really decent spot that saved our son from disappointment 💙🥰 he loved the banana too 😄

Perfect place to go on a family/friends birthday oflr to have a quick ice cream very pleased to have chance to come in occasionally. The staff are very nice and thoughtful about your seat and will ask if you are okay with the seat. The ice cream is awesome and looks and tastes outstanding.
