Crafted Coffee House in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Absolute gem of a find, place spotless, food amazing, great coffee, very upbeat ambience and staff, not only polite and courteous but genuinely happy to serve and help you, can not fault this establishment in anyway, would highly recommend, in fact 5 stars doesn't seem quite enough of a rating.

My granddaughter visited this place twice during a recent visit to St Ives and on both occasions the staff we rude to her. First visit after queuing for 15 minutes she was told that the shop had no ingredients to make her drink which seems unbelievable. Second time after queuing again she was told by the staff they didn’t have time to make her drink. This service is undoubtedly poor and if that’s the way staff treat customers then I would recommend never going in there again. One recommendation would be staff training but I doubt that would help. Staff need training in good manners but this starts with owners so I doubt that will happen.

Just popped in for a coffee on a rainy afternoon. Great coffee, modern and comfy interior and banging tunes! Staff were super friendly. Didn’t eat but the food looked so good!

The best coffee and service in St Ives Wonderful helpful staff and according to my wfe the best coffee she has had in St Ives (I don't drink coffee but the hot chocolate was great as was the bacon and egg bap) Well be back as soon as we can get another oliday in St Ives

A little gem tucked away near the harbour. Exceptional coffee and tasty fresh pastries, bacon baps, panini etc. Nice seating inside plus take away. Pleasant staff and speedy service.

We arrived to find two staff chatting to a friend, they didn't stop talking to serve us and just said 'be with you in a minute '. So had to stand and listen to inane conversation. Finally they stopped and said ' what can I get you,?' but made no eye contact. The coffee eventually arrived after a long wait, but it was in plastic takeaway cups. She said, ' sorry, no china, been too busy'. Well perhaps if they hadn't been standing around chatting to their friends then they would have had time, and the cafe was very unbusy. The whole point of us not getting a takeaway was to have a proper cup and saucer. When we were about to leave a couple who had been there with their coffee since before we arrived, asked what had happened to their cream tea. She said,' sorry, I forgot ' and immediately produced it.

Thus is a great little coffee house just off the busier streets. Good range of teas and coffees. The toasted sandwich was tasty and made with artisan bread. The lemon drizzle cake was beautiful and my husbands cake very tastyo Lovely staff and a really good choice

Two angels crafting hand made, fresh sandwiches the size of planets and still sharing time for a a cheerful natter. What’s not to like in this busy place.

Fantastic service nice little cafe. The food was amazing. Would defo recommend to anyone. Even our poochies enjoyed it.

Visited today with family for a takeaway panini. Good choice of fillings and made fresh by the ladies serving. Very welcoming, generous portions (they were huge!) and fair price. Helpful people working there / running it, glad we found this little gem on the way back to the train station.

Great coffee and cakes…Latte was super tasty. Cinnamon bun and Carrot cakes were very good. Highly recommend….BUT I knocked a star off as the member of staff that we met when we walked through the door was clearly having a bad day?! I don’t expect to experience anything other than friendly members of staff when I’m there to escape the rain….

Amazing coffee and warm snacks, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Can’t recommend the place enough their cinnamon buns are delectable.

Needless to say but St Ives is awash with coffee houses - some good, some poor - so when we chanced upon this little gaff in one of the streets off the harbour, we got lucky and used it for every coffee thereafter. Small establishment so don’t be disappointed if your have to come back later; a cool combination of coffee, pastries and a choice of sarnies, great music, friendly service and comfy seats. Simple! What more do you want?

Two lovely ladies who do great coffee, breakfast rolls and cake. Always made to feel welcome and the best coffee n snacks in town. Look no further

Good coffee. Good carrot cake. Friendly service. Fair prices. Crafted Coffee is not on the main run of cafés on Fore Street or Wharf Road but worth a look.

During our 5-day stay in St Ives we tried a few coffee shops early in the morning but this place definitely served the best flat white. Lovely breakfast baps too. Good music and opens at 8.00am.

I and my daughter found this place following the beautiful aroma of coffee exuding from coffee shop. Our last morning on holiday in St Ives and we were desperate for a real coffee. We went in and found the perfect coffee. The atmosphere was calm and the croissants delicious. Highly recommend all serious coffee drinkers to put this place on their list. Parfait 👌

Popped in for a much needed cream tea. Sat on some lovely comfortable seats at the back and enjoyed the relaxed feel. The scones were delicious - warm, light and quite honestly the best we’ve ever had. (And believe me, we’ve had lots! ) Generous...

What a find! Great coffee and the best ever hot cross bun. Definitely a sugar fix. It's a small venue but perfect for a pit stop.

Really enjoyed our visit yesterday afternoon, nice vibe and aesthetics inside and the staff were lovely. Hot chocolate was the best hot chocolate I’ve had for a while. We also recommend the cinnamon bun and chocolate eclair too!

Called in twice in the same day while in St Ives (as the coffee at our hotel was dreadful). Had takeaway once and sat in. Quality of all drinks were excellent and my wife & daughter enjoyed the cake! Attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended!,
