Love this mall! I just wished it was cleaner the whole mall needs a good clean. Also there is to many teens visibly under 18 roaming the mall which causes concern for me. But other then this I love it!

Nice place. Plenty of different stores and vendors to shop at and visit. The connected multi-level parking garage is a great plus. There are several escalators to move around easily inside, but for handicapped, physically disabled, and wheelchair users, there are some small elevators inside the mall as well as in the parking garage. The parking garage elevator is dirty and needs to be fixed as there are some bare wires in the panel and that's scary and makes one not want to use that elevator.

Clean and quiet. Had a great day shopping.

Not comfortable with the shaking concrete parking lot and the vibrating building. These issues make me fear another crash of the parking lot, as happened several years ago. I actually have about $500 in gift certificates dating back several years because I was afraid to shop the mall, so I stayed away. I had to help a disabled friend, (only reason I returned).

I wish people would stop free ranging their kids at the mall ; it’s bad enough their are fake robberies or real ones and the sec is maxed out dealing with real looters , sales associates can not protect them , and kids seriously get abducted and lured their ! And I am over the pajama trend ,, ain’t cute , or do parents remeber why belts and rivets were invented !

usually love this mall but there was one particular kiosk called amari self care that SCAMMED my close associate and made him pay $50 for one candle and one lotion!!! utterly unbelievable. no returns too. if i could give 0 stars i would.

A good visit. First time visiting Crabtree Mall in years. I live close to Triangle Town Center Mall 😁. More convenient for me.

Glad they finally got rid of that "special" police force always stalking following and harrassing good and decent customers. What creeps. I hope they replace this mall with a better one I will definitely be making the trip to Southpoint instead in the meantime.

So many changes, of course it's awhile since I visited there.

There are a lot of great stores at Crabtree! But it was so crowded, and parking was nearly impossible! They need way more parking!!

This is a very large mall with lots of parking in different areas and also has an underground garage. Navigating is a bit hectic because it is ALWAYS jam packed! There are lots of restaurants to choose from or if you would prefer something quick, just go to the food court. The bathrooms are usually clean, too.

It's a nice mall. It gets very crowded, but has a lot of shops. Anyplace with a Build A Bear is a good place.

My issue is that you stopped having security on the weekends and have children running around without supervision. The other major malls run a much tighter ship, no reason to allow kids to be there alone.

I would usually give this business a 5 star but due to recent experience on February 11, 2024, I have to say I’m highly disappointed with the situation and how it was handled. For one I’m not from Raleigh, I occasionally make trips to Raleigh for certain events such as Galaxycon Raleigh, etc… I’m a cosplayer & we attend these big events & usually I stop by the mall in my cosplay/costume because my group & I like to do a little bit of shopping & eating in Crabtree’s food court, well however Crabtree’s security kicked us out on February 11, 2024. Their issue was people taking photos of us, however we stated that we were just visiting & just simply wanted to grab food and enjoy our meal… & if photos were the issue, we could’ve politely declined photo requests from mall shoppers however they kicked us out & wouldn’t work with us on the situation. We were told we either had to change & then we could get our food or leave. I will say I’ve never had an issue within the past few years for walking your mall in our cosplays. From my perspective, you’d be losing a lot of potential business, because during big conventions events, convention attendees tend to shop at your business too. I normally wouldn’t rant but I found it silly that we got kicked out when we did nothing wrong. I guess your place of business dislikes cosplayers.

This is a FANTASTICK place to shop,eat,and acquire specialty product services from hair to home goods. There are several stores to appeal to ANYONE for many things! From perfumery specialty products to waguy steak you'll find it here. We had a wonderful lunch at PF Chang's and had a wonderful time at all the stores we visited. We spent 6 hours shopping and still weren't done but we had to rest. Now we will definitely be going back. We are new to North Carolina and it was a great thing to find a place for us to shop and eat as well as have specialty service readily available in one place.

Burned steak ! Coke was good . Service good . Think the steak was on the way out as it was this morning . ( Diarrhea ) Good food handling would prevent . Gloves protects that person , but handling money then food . Look it up .guess 1 person doing it all is the company making money saving on labor . As I will not be eating there again on any visit to Raleigh . I'm a little disappointed and discussed .

I normally don't like going to malls and dealing with the traffic and crowds. But this mall is an exception. Everytime I've gone it hasn't been crazy crowded. Even during the holiday season was still manageable to get from one store to another. They have a wide array of stores offering a little something for everyone. Everywhere was clean too. The food court here offers some really nice choices for when you need to eat. The only reason I didn't rate it a five star was the parking. The spots seem smaller and the aisles seemed narrow. It can be easy to get lost driving around the parking lot not knowing what floor you're on coming off the street. And people tend to drive kinda crazy through here. Although that is not the malls fault.

We go to Crabtree a lot . Plus it's a great place to walk 7 days a week.

The mall is great! The parking lot at Macy's needs more OUTDOOR lights....too dark.

So the mall is excellent no doubt but the cleaning staff is extremely badly behaved. I mean there was a man who literally ill treated us for no fault of ours. We were just finishing up our food and he tried to kick us out. I understand they’re tired but we have jobs too and all we want is our peace when having food. Please address this as I feel this was a racial discrimination for sure. He didn’t say anything to other people but just us.

It's an old mall, once you've been a thousand times some things can be boring, but there always something interesting at this mall no matter how many times I go.

Super big mall. Great stores. I will be back soon.

This mall has all the big name anchor stores, and a huge variety of specialty stores for all of your shopping needs. With malls becoming a thing of the past, this mall is alive and thriving! I am personally a fan of the Mall concept, so I was happy to see it. However; as with most good things, there are also down sides. My shopping trip was quick with stops at Yankee Candle, Belk, and Victoria's Secret. I probably would have shopped more, but between it being a holiday Monday, and with the Semi-annual clearance sales going on, it was absolutely bursting at the seams with rabid shoppers. The parking lot was an absolute chaotic mess, with limited spaces, and even more limited common courtesy.

Clean, mostly accessible, service dog friendly

Cheesecake Factory: I am always amazed at how amazing this place is. We went on my Mom's bday & really enjoyed the food & the deserts. The wait was a bit long & when asked how much longer after the hour wait, we received a bit of an attitude from the ladies at the hostess spot. But otherwise an amazing experience.

I love going to Crabtree. Been going since the 80s. Crabtree is 2 story. It has Belks for men and women. Macy's and many more stores I can't remember. On the 2nd floor, they have McDonald's, Chick-fil-A and Japanese food, Italian pizza and quite a few more restaurants. Restrooms are always clean. The whole mall is clean. Never had an issue but I always see security or police walking around. Makes us feel better anyway. Parking is in front of behind of mall. Plenty of parking with their 2 levels.

Was out with my husband running errands. We grabbed a bite to eat for lunch, and I chose Chick Fil A. I got a cobb salad, which was delicious fresh veggies. The chicken was flavorful and delicious 😋 who ever made my salad did a great job . Thank you 😊 I was pleased with my choice.

This mall has grown on me. I hated it at first, because it was so BIG (and it was Christmas 2022 when I moved so it was wall-to-wall PACKED with people), but over time, I've learned which days of the week are best for relaxing casual shopping or even just a walk. But I can't in good faith raise the stars any hirer because for as many stores as there are...some of them are just completely useless. There's too many clothing stores and not enough variety, and most of the clothing stores are high-end or luxury brands, so they're not even affordable. And there's low-income shops to drive working class sales. My previous mall had a Target in it, and it was the best. Not Target; Target is a disgusting, morally bankrupt corporation that abuses it's employees and is too stupid to actually take advantage of the capitalist system they put in place to make some actual damned money. (Former Target worker here) But despite how much I hate Target, I will still shop there if I have no choice. I.e., I need groceries and I can't afford to go all the way to Food Lion. (The mall is within walking distance to my house and I don't own a vehicle). So my point is, if you have a Target, or a whatever, people WILL come. People WILL shop there. And I guarantee it'll make Crabtree more money than any of the creepy furniture shops they currently have. Overall, nice mall. Could be better.

Went Barnes and Noble to look for a book on shipwrecks but couldn't find anything

Very busy mall during the holiday season! The mall is very clean, well kept and good mall atmosphere. There needs to be more seating and comfortable seating throughout the mall. This will accommodate people that are aging, disabled and tired!

Been going to this mall since I was born but this particular day I had fallen sick while driving and had to stop to take a quick break since I wasn’t feeling well and could possibly pass out. I pulled off to the far side of the parking deck so I’m out of the way of everyone’s shopping parking to take a quick nap. Security guard comes by my car and basically kicks me out and didn’t even ask if I was ok or if I needed any medical attention because I was obviously in the backseat lying down feeling very light headed. So don’t “chill out” (in his words) in your car when coming here by any means.

Great time! Walked the mall and had a wonderful meal at Seasons 52.

It's good, parking is just crazy after 5pm. Other than that it's great.

I thought it was pretty clean for a mall. Also, my husband says there were too many people there but I think that's just because it was Christmas Eve Eve. We will go again on a normal day and update the people

Not bad but not great. Honestly Southpoint is way better. Every time we’ve gone something crazy or dangerous has happened. It’s kind of rundown and don’t feel super safe shopping there. It feels like the mall is stuck in 2008.

I have no idea why during the busiest time of the year that they had soooo much construction going on in their parking lot. Every time I tried to find an exit, it was tapes off with cones and caution tape. I was literally trapped in the parking lot. Took me half an hour to find my way out. And I was only going to Diamonds Direct to get my rings cleaned and maintained. Definitely will not come back during the holiday season again.

I only visit when we are in town for Christmas but I really like this Mall. It's easy to get in and out of, and navigate, even on Christmas Eve. It is always beautifully decorated and has a good variety of stores. If you are there during the holidays be sure to get your gifts wrapped at the gift wrapping location upstairs. They have been doing it for 48 years and all the proceeds go to charity.

I was there Saturday at 9 :30 am. on December the 18th. It's took me so long to get out of the parking lot. Very poorly marked !

Went to old navy to exchange a pair of pants. The line stalled for 20 minutes b4 additional registers were opened. The pixie pants selection was very limited but I found 1 pair in my size and I liked the color so it was a success... barely.

Busy as usual and 2 hubcaps got stolen off the car in the parking lot lol

Hasn’t changed much in 15 years but it’s one of the best and quality malls in the area. I’ve loved going over the years and the food court hosts delicious food.

I enjoy this mall! People watching is really fun here. It has quite a few stores and restaurants within and at the out parcels. It is a teenagers dream mall. It has many stores that meet their demographic. Unfortunately, plus sized patrons are out of luck. The only major store with plus sizes for all demographic is Belk. Macy's got rid of its plus size clothing shop. One other drawback to this mall is that it floods when there is an abundance of rain. Come visit! You'll like it too.

Mandate is NOT A LAW. People who don't or can't wear mask HAS SAME RIGHT AS THOSE WEARING MASK. WE THE PEOPLE HAVE CONSTITUTION RIGHT TO DO SO. I don't really need anything from any store at Crabtree Valley mall. I am more than happy to bring my money to shop somewhere else which tones of stores who won't ask me to wear a mask. What's wired is, the virus won't attack people while they take down the mask and eating or drink ??? REALLY ?? The virus will give people a break like this ??? No one or business in a public space has the right to ask people leave if they don't wear mask. It's discrimination against the law. !!!!
