The mall has a lot of nice stores

I called three different places looking for my keys- Starbucks and spoke to Amy, The Korsett (nice people), and Rack Room Shoes. I said hello how are you today to everyone who answered the phone, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON SAID “I’m fine, how are you?” They all just immediately went to “how can I help you?” And even that sounded like they were annoyed because they had to answer the phone, and completely ignored my greeting. Whatever happened to phone etiquette? Where have the days gone where people answer the phone with cordial greetings? Do better people, or JUST DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE! Please and Thank You!

It's a really nice mall with a lot of stores. It's a bit of a zoo finding parking but that's not the fault of the mall. It's honestly surprising to see a mall so busy in 2024 so they must be doing something right.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Has everything you need in a mall, really good variety of stores with good prices.

Such lovely mall but the gunshots are becoming too much. Not a safe place to be anymore.

It's a mall. It has stores and restaurants. Food court is okay. I mostly just go for the LEGO store, and the game store right across from it.

My Girlfriend and I still like to walk in store and look at items and sometimes buy in store if the pricing is fair. We still enjoy the food court and novelty stores, Hot Topic, Spencer's and etc. I like going to the shoe store to try on in person if buying online. Workers are nice. Clean mall. Clean Restrooms. There are specialty stores and stores I've never heard of. Good to see a variety of brands instead of the usual mall.

Alot of high end name brand stores Niece loved Build A Bear Wouldn’t make a special trip to go back

Good place to shop all your clothings and many choices of food. Always busy, parking always available, very clean , Mall security always around to feel safe.

Cheesecake factory has great espresso

The best stores great customer service unmatched experience will be returning went to build a bear for my daughters ninth birthday stopped at the candy shop right there in the middle of the mall then we had to get some of the cereal infused ice cream if you ever get a chance and you’re in Raleigh North Carolina you have to go to Crabtree Valley Mall

This is a big mall with a little bit of everything in it. It is sunny and bright and very pleasant inside.

You can always find what you need at Crabtree. It is a great place for shopping, hanging with friends and good eats. Got my nails done by my friend. Thank you 😊

Best mall in the triangle. Still thriving while others are struggling. Safe family atmosphere, love the Christmas decorations, been my mall of choice. Highly recommend it

Always a great experience here. Since it's close to Halloween, they had a beautiful Christmas store in there Staff was truly in the spirit. One of the best food courts. Lots of variation with food offerings & staff can always be seen cleaning up in the court.

Stayed at the hotel nearby and… Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!! Pleasant and friendly staff!! Blackout curtains for the morning where you need sleep. A great welcoming lounge with clean bathrooms nearby and a snack machine as you come in the doors! Lovely establishment!! We will be back

Bunch of the store say they are open till 9. Arrived at the mall around 8 and security started to send us out cause apparently everything is “closed”. Wth

This is the nicest mall in the triangle area. Lots of variety of stores. It does get very crowded on weekends and holidays.

Huge selection of shops to look at, food is usually good in food court. Easy access to parking and restrooms

Sad that Think Geek is gone but can still let out my inner nerd at Ultimate Comics and Niche and Dime, plus one of the best food courts around.

It's got a Lego store and a pretty good cook in front of you Japanese restaurant. Like most malls the selection of stores aren't what they use to be. Flashback is a nice store.to get some unique clothing

I love this mall ! It has just about everything you want in a mall! You have everything close to you! Everyone else looks very happy to be there too.

Coming from a town where the mall was full of empty store fronts it was amazing to walk in and see an absolutely amazing thriving mall. To be honest I was shocked. Great stores and a bussel of people and a food court from around the world had me shocked. Most definitely remind me of the golden age of the 90s with how busy this mall is. If your like a lot of people and overpriced stores then I definitely recommend checking out this mall.

I'm not a mall fan but Crabtree is clean, lots of stores, lots of options at the food court, large clean bathrooms, and plenty of decent high quality restaurants.

Great variety of stores and food section.

Crabtree is one of my favorite malls. They definitely have stores and restaurants to accommodate shoppers. I love Nordstrom’s and Macy’s not to mention the Cheesecake Factory. Crabtree Valley Mall is a must visit. People have stated that “The Streets at Southpoint Mall” is better. In my opinion (which is just one), Crabtree Valley Mall is better.

I detest this place. Everything here is rundown and overpriced. I go along with the wife, there's one store she visits periodically.

Very busy, didn't go to the stores just to eat at The Cheesecake Factory.

Went to the Apple Store and surprisingly I got fast service and the person that helped me was great. Now the mall parking was not too good.

I love this mall! They have a store for everyone! Definitely a clean mall and had clean facilities. The tables at the food court could have been better kept clean but majority was clean. Customer Service is what it is these days but store wise it gets a 10/10

This is a large expansive mall, but it is VERY hard to get around in it. The REALLY ODD thing is that there were ZERO directory stanchions listing the stores and locations. To a visitor this can be a nightmare. There are also not many elevators or escalators, and the restrooms can be a very long walk to the food court and farther once you are actually in the food court.

Everything you hope to find is there

Nothing to add. This Mall is perfect, pleasant, comfortable, well located, excellent stores. Good restaurants, clean bathrooms...you have to visit it!

Love this place it truely is the best place to go shopping for shoes and hot gear and not to huge just the right size mall . Did i mention all the stores that sell shoes. Im not kidding . Anyways. Lots to do plenty to see and shop for . Shoes?

Security theater at Crabtree Valley Mall. The Crabtree management and the Allied universal security force wants you to feel safe as you shop with your family at Crabtree Mall. But it’s all just show. They have no weapons signage on all entrances. Do you think that stops anybody who’s afraid for their life because we have shootings on almost a daily basis now? If you want security, you need to set up metal detectors and have people watching video surveillance constantly alert for trouble. I’ve done this work. It’s tedious as hell. And they ignore my reports of security and safety violations. There is an open skylight behind the now defunct uncle Julio‘s restaurant and a ladder leading straight up. I plan to come back with safety gear and a climbing harness and go up and take a look around all take photos. I’m on top of the world Ma! At any given point how many concealed weapons do you think there are in Crabtree Mall. One %?, Five? How many of your neighbors carry weapons or keep a shotgun next to the bed? I give Allied security a C+ at best and I’m a security consultant with decades of practical experience. I think it would be in the management. Best interest to go the route that triangle town center has just taken. They’ve decided to do their own security in-house just like Kane does at Midtown. They’ll get much better security as a result I can guarantee that, the other problem allied has his employee turnover. So where do you wanna shop? It’s all up to you and what price you put on safety versus freedom. That’s just my opinion, man.

Crabtree has been in my life and I have been in there’s for over 20yrs maybe I’ll have a store in there one day because it’s popping.

Some cute and cool stores, you can find just about anything here and can meet some nice people, but the fragrance kiosks in the mall you need to watch out for. If you are not wanting to spend the money on a $30 small roll on oil perfume, do not give them your time! They come off as nice people and will lure you in, complimenting you, asking about your day, and then do some skit like "close your eyes, and make a wish while holding the item" (amari kiosk) they, aswell as the other fragrance booths will do this. And proceed to talk you through everything, being like "so out of the stuff I've showed you, what would you choose" and then they take you the register and tell you a total when you never said you actually wanted to buy it. It's truly a peer pressure tactic, especially when adding the phrase "we're a small business", I'd also take a look into who the owners of the products are if you care about who you may support, because I've had an experience with the owner of the amari kiosk where he appeared to be flirting with a food court worker, had no personal space awareness and got a bit close to me for no reason, along with absolutely staring people down for no reason, I've had a few uncomfortable experiences at the mall, and being stared at by someone that comes off as "charming" is definitely one of them. The nazar kiosk is a nicer one, from my experience they don't push you into making you try to purchase an item, but if you want to apply there, they might take you through the process and then lie about why you weren't hired. Sweet owner but unsure of his real intentions, also gave out free products at one point with no charge. New kiosk named butterfly beginnings is alright, they push you into making a purchase like amari though, but you choose a free bracelet with it, but the item may break, so beware on some of their freebies.

I'm not a mall shopper, but I went here to go to dinner. It's what's expected for a shopping mall. A variety of shops and restaurants. Family oriented and crowded on the weekends. Plenty of onsite garage and deck parking.

Why is it every time I go, the same toilet (sometimes multiple toilets) by the pizza place has at least one stall and one sink that’s out of order or not working?! Overall this mall is too packed and crowded, but at least there are a ton of stores to shop from and the only mall in Raleigh that is good.

Handicap parking is so bad. Not enough. Up stairs Handicap parking hardly any. Down stairs hardly any. Always full. To get a wheel chair is sometimes a wait. Employees not at service desk. Had to get a guard to get my license. No one around waited 15 minutes.

Most of the businesses here are three friendly and quit with checkout times. It also has two floors!

I absolutely love this mall I live an hour away and we have basically no good stores. So my friends and I come here on weekends sometimes, and they always have every store that I want to shop in! It’s a great atmosphere, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Too busy. People make a lot of mess in the stores and that leaves a bad impression on customers.

Visited Michael kors store at crab tree mall today and got these bags at great price. Service was great!!

Great mall, parking is always a pain but it’s worth the trip.

Best nail shop is in this mall I been going to them for over 5 years I Love it my tech is Tom and he is great ❤️5/30/23 I went today &I got Jenny she did an amazing job 😍I love that if one isn't available the other one is 🙏p.s these are my natural nails they did a phenomenal job helping me maintain & keep them healthy. Today is 8/15/24 a year later, and my nails are still mine growing w/an occasional trim. Yes, Jenny is still my nail tech ❤️

The mall was awesome, full of high quality stores. We will definitely visit again when in town. The food court was excellent great variety.

Lots of shops and different options for everyone in the family. It's kept clean and festive throughout the year. Christmas time is our favorite time to go!!

This mall is great for teenagers, as long as it’s before 4 PM on the weekend. They require me to follow my 14 year old and her friends around and there is absolutely no seating. If you want to bring teenagers here do it before 4 PM otherwise you’ll be on your feet following them around the whole time. I tried to sit on the floor in a corner, where nobody was walking while I waited for them in store and security, made me stand up.

Very busy and all decorated for Christmas

Poor management. Half of the stores are always closed. Had to drive 22 miles to pick an in-line order from Banana Republic yesterday and shop was already closed at 5:45 PM. Wish there was a better mall around Raleigh.

Excellence shopping with adequate fast food facilities available indoors. Parking can be tricky during the peak hours.

Crabtree Mall has been here a long time. Shopping and dining with 225+ businesses & underground parking. Mostly clothes and an apple store, toys, videos movies and gamers.

Average Mall. Pretty clean. We regularly visit the Lego store whenever we're in town just to see if they've got anything new and they're usually good with customer service. The overall experience here was nice.

So great Mall. Diversity of anything you need. But specially this MON store!!! Amazing!!! Love it!!!! Totally in love with.

Large, 2 story mall with a variety of shops with major retailers, and smaller shops. We usually stop in to go to the Cheese Cake Factory and to browse the shops.

CheeseCake Factory. Busy place. Waited half hour , then 20 minutes for food. Piping hot and delicious

Solid mall experience overall. Several great stores, a mixture of well known brands and local shops. The new Christian store was awesome! They even offer weekly bible study there. Food court was solid. Parking was a little tricky to navigate.

malls are dying and crabtree is no different. loads of "designer" reselling shops and other slop that i couldnt care about.

Wonderful place to escape the heat. So much variety of stores.

I like to walk around this Mall. Here I find everything I like. It's very clean, it smells great and the people are nice.

Was in Raleigh area and bumped through this mall. Nice location and lots of options inside . Parking was a bit dodgy , although we got one . Lots of shopping options and eateries / restaurants.. they have high end shops like banana republic , apple showrooms etc and also eateries . Service is average in most of the stores . Food taste is also average - almost like a typical mall food . I liked PF chang food in there . Good quality and not that expensive. Cheesecake was also ok. Overall an expensive mall , but had fun roaming around z 3/5
