Another amazing visit. We celebrated our friend’s birthday. We went for Sunday sharing meat board and it was incredible. We loved every single item. The dessert was even better. Such a nice atmosphere with very friendly staff.

We had a super evening with friends, celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Great food and excellent service - thanks to all the team for making it special.

The team was very lovely, food was even better. Callum, Madeline and Aidan were very attentive. We had the cote de bouef and we really recommend!!

Perfect atmosphere for some food and a catch up with friends. Ordered french toast and a tea which came quickly and hot and was delicious. Would recommend and definitely come again.

It was ok. I had the Breton chicken which was meant to come with a herb salad but didn’t! I queried it and they brought a small plate with a handful of coriander and 3 onion slices!! Husband had tuna nicoise which was good. Staff attentive. Nice interior.

Went for lunch with family and had 3 options off the smaller 2 for £ / 3 for £ menu. Food was good despite smaller portions (as expected from “quick” menu) however it took 2.5 hours for starters and mains to come out. Either we timed it badly despite having a booking or the service in general is just not quick enough. Staff were apologetic and management took off a dessert from the bill after the kitchen got it wrong without us asking for them to do so which was greatly appreciated however it’s not something that should happen in the first place. Would be willing to try again, perhaps for dinner instead to see if service is any different at different times

Relaxed atmosphere for a cosy dinner. Excellent service by Ibrahim, who was friendly and attentive, and even gave us a complimentary glass of bubbly when he found out that it was my birthday. We will definitely be back.

A family meal. 10 of us were looked after with charm, humour and super efficiency by our waiter Ibrahim. Food excellent as usual and all in all confirmed my opinion that it is probably the best place to eat in Horsham. All it needs to make it perfect is maybe some soft furnishings to absorb the ambient noise.

Ibrahim was a very friendly welcoming and humorous server. Nice ambience. Very good variety of food. Whitebait, tomato-pepper soup and sea bass were highlights.

My husband and daughter and I had a wonderful meal at Cote Horsham. if anyone has not tried the lamb dish, I highly recommend it. It was incredibly busy. However, the meals still arrived promptly, and we were always attended to and not ignored. A special thank you to Karin who made it very special. What a lovely waitress and a credit to your restaurant. Again, thank you for making it very special.

we have been to cote since it opened in Horsham on a regular basis. Sadly on our last visit I struggled to get my wife's wheelchair through the door while the staff chatted not a good start. When it came to order the waitress didn't ask about allergies or have the pad they normally carry, my wife clearly pointed out her allergy to her but when it arrived it came with items she specifically told them she could not have. My wife told the waitress and her answer was she put it through and wasn't her fault. Due to this casual attitude to allergies where we felt guilty for sending it back we shall not be going to cote in the future.

Cote remains a regular haunt for us. In most cases one can rely on high quality food and drinks with a french theme. I do not like the American style streaky bacon though. It can be extremely noisy when crowded which does spoil the experience. A bit more space and sound barriers would help. Sometimes hard to attract attention when ready to pay.

The booking system is really user friendly and booked a table without any issue. Arrived at the restaurant we had to wait few minutes before we were welcomed by a member of the staff who showed our table. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere with soft lights and nice vibe. The waiter attending our table was friendly and engaged in conversation. Was professional and always present when needed. We.ordered a couple of nibbles and then we ordered a fillet stake and a cote de beuf. The fugasse was really tasty, soft and fluffy inside and crunchy and aromatic outside. From this moment on everything went downhill. We had to wait over one hour for the stakes to come out, just to be served stone cold dry meat. A £60 steak...below average, cold and dry. The fillet was slightly better, but it was cold as well. Extremely disappointing and off putting experience from the food perspective. When our waiter asked if everything was good I made him aware of our unhappiness. He promptly informed his line manager and the kitchen. The manager took ownership of the issue and dealt with it swiftly informing they would have not charged for the meat. This was a nice way of making things right, however, would have preferred to be served a fantastic stake and pay for it rather than getting a rubbish steak for free. This is the reason of the three stars. Very poor food but great customer.service to make it right. Was I happy? No. Would I go.back,.probably I will give them a second chance because I have the confidence that they take onboard the feedback and they will try to make things right when they make mistakes.

Sunday morning breakfast fail. Undercooked fried potatoes still hard and not even nearly cooked. Cold mushrooms, white wobbly fat on bacon and Tepid undercooked tomatoes. Polite not for me and the manager was very haughty and dismissive. Avoid as everything was cold and not even fully cooked. The manager was rude, absolutely up himself. He could see how bad the food was and just sneered and walked off!!!

I booked this restaurant at the last minute. I wanted to have quality time with my daughter. It was 1 pm lunchtime today and extremely busy. But that did not stop the staff. The food still came out very promptly. The waitress was very attentive and the meal was sensational. Well done Cote - a truly lovely experience. Thank you . We are back for Mother's Day. Seem to be getting a little shy with the helping sizes now. 4 of us who have been here many times all agreed that the portion sizes are now similar to those of the starters. Shame because the service and meal itself are fine.

Booked a family lunch for Boxing Day in November, was given a copy of the Boxing Day Menu, very festive, looking forward, phoned to confirm on Christmas Eve and to check any changes to the menu, we were 9 people, two vegetarians and one fussy teenager, so I needed to be aware of any alterations, we arrived ten minutes early for our table, nothing ready, sat at a table for 10, set with breakfast menus, were asked if we wanted breakfast or lunch, no special festive menu, no frills at all. very disappointed, overall just passable, on a day like this your staff should be a tad more attentive,

We had reserved a table for 4 people at 8pm on New Year's Eve. We were very much looking forward to the menu. The evening before we were called again to confirm the reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that the table was not yet free. We were told to wait about 30 minutes and would be notified by text message. Over 1 hour later we were still not notified. There was no apology at the restaurant. The reserved table was not available for the evening. The service was unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. Unworthy of a New Year's Eve. No recommendation!

What an absolute disgrace. Booked on New Year’s Eve for the special New Year’s Eve menu. We reserved for 8:30, got there to be told our table would be late…. We were told 9pm. Returned at 9pm to be told it would be ‘10 minutes’, 30 minutes later it still wasn’t ready and a party of the same size (4) booked for 7:30 still hadn’t been seated. Thanks for ruining New Year’s Eve.
