Costa Coffee WH Smith in Cheshire West and Chester

Nos encanta venir a tomar un café aquí. El personal es tan encantador, amable y acogedor, que te reciben cuando llegas y te vas. Tan importante para obtener un gran servicio.

Tenía un delicioso café con leche y algunas tostadas, excelente personal y una agradable cafetería agradable, no muy ocupado en esta ocasión, pero puede llegar a estar muy ocupado.

Vine por un café de Navidad como un regalo para mí y para ganar algunos puntos extra. Pedí mi café quedándome con la esperanza de encontrar un asiento. Lamentablemente no había asientos disponibles. Hubiera sido útil si un miembro del personal me hubiera avisado antes de pedir que me tomara un café dentro, ya que tenía a mi hijo conmigo y no podía quedarme mucho tiempo con una bebida caliente en una bandeja. Por suerte encontré un asiento después de unos minutos, sin embargo, para entonces mi bebida estaba fría, esto no tiene sentido, ya que no había forma de que pudiera enfriarse en menos de cinco minutos, incluso con extras. No tengo idea si mis puntos fueron agregados ya que no recibí ningún recibo. No soy un cliente habitual y es un regalo / gasto para mí y se sintió como 3. 60 desperdiciados. Entiendo que fue un tiempo ocupado, pero el personal debe estar más al tanto de los asientos disponibles y si las personas están "guardando" asientos para otros.

Costa es un buen lugar para tomar un café rápido o comer algo. El servicio era bueno y Pannini y el café eran buenos.

It's located on the first floor of WH Smith next to the children book section. The few tables next to the original Tudor style windows are always popular for the view they offer. Whenever we come hunting books for the kids, we stay for a quick drink. I think it's the best spot for a lazy Sunday afternoon drink.

We like the location and the open windows onto the main street of Chester though when the sun is strong it is a little too warm and light. The staff are pleasant and helpful and you have a nice social mix of people. Mum and I like our Brunch there weekly and read the papers.

One server on the till and making the drinks and she kept the queue running smoothly and kept the cafe in a clean condition. She had a lovely personality and was chatting away as working while the other server was on their break. It was kept clean and there was plenty of places to sit and people watch out of the window on the first floor of the building. The best part is the design of the building, tudor on the outside and the buildings opposite out the window are both tudor and modern which is fascinating to look at. Definitely recommend for a pit-stop on a day out in Chester.

Not a bad Costa, nice to sit in the window and people watch for a while. Decent brews and toasties. I also had a yummy bar full of nuts and seeds ( I don't know what it's called sorry! ) The usual Costa standards, sadly the toilet can soon get a bit messy with so many customers.

My boyfriend and I had a cherry fruit cooler and enjoyed it. Costa is abit expensive but as a treat now and again its good. Staff were fine. Seemed very nice. Cherr cooler was very good. There wasn't much of a queue so didn't take long to order. The location is abit small but we usually find a seat. Drinks are good and taste yummy.

Brought the family here for drinks and snacks. Clean tables, friendly staff, tasty snacks, nice drinks, great views from the upper floor. The toilets were clean which is a bonus!

Popped in for a drink whilst shopping last week. Prefer this Costa to the others in Chester as it doesn't have the blaring music of the others and therefore you can have a conversation without shouting and straining to hear the other person! Always clean and staff very friendly and service is quick.

Had a lovely coffee stop at Costas today. Very busy but we managed to get a table. Service was quick and the drinks were excellent as normal.

Dropped in with my little girl while in Chester on a family break! Typical routine Costa with usual assortment of refreshments and eats. We had to queue for rather a long time as the manager was the only one working for the first hour. I think that the staffing rota was misjudged given it was school holidays. All in all coffee was good when it came and toast was, well, toast!

Great service, just what you expect whenever you visit Costa Coffee in Foregate Street, Chester. Helpful, polite staff with great customer service. Use your Costa card to earn more points and enjoy the Coffee and nice food to accompany it. Nice place to people watch!

Staff are always super bubbly and friendly and fast service. Prefer the. Window seats and can see the sights below. Always fanscinating

We wanted a tasty cappuccino somewhere in the centre and this place provided just that. The staff were really friendly and we sat right at the window so it was lovely and sunny and warm. excellent time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely setting - able to sit quietly and watch the world go by through the windows overlooking Foregate Street. Would love it to be a little bigger as can get very busy.

Always good. Nice service. Food always the same, boring and good. All Costas are the same. It is in a good location.

This is one of the smaller Costa location but it is good. There is a nice view from window of Chester. It does get quite busy. The location is not bad. This place is worth a visit.

The store is MASSIVE and AMAZING it has everything. The only complaint I have is the coffee you have to eat in the restaurant area. If you would take it with you it would be perfect.

Costa in WH Smith. No I really don't believe it. The staff with "Barista" emblazoned on her back had never heard of a frappe. Gave me an insipid iced pattern instead. It wasn't so long ago that Costa was promoting the frappe. Nasty experience.

The cafe is set within WH Smith's in Foregate Street. We have been there before but this time the visit was an especially pleasant experience. The tables have been rearranged and offer more space to sit and there are more places with a view. The café wasn't too crowded (it was before the lunchtime rush), the staff very friendly and the hot drinks really were hot and delicious. We will definitely go back.

Dies war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt. Eines der besten und saubersten Costa Coffees in UK. Wir genossen unseren Massimo Cappucino und Carot Cake. Der Service war sehr gut. Auch mussten wir hier nicht lange warten bis wir drankamen.

This Costa Coffee is upstairs in the W H Smith shop in Foregate Street, Chester. We had quick efficient service by courteous and efficient staff The tables were cleaned down quickly and all in it was up to the usual CC standards What really lets it down is the disgusting filthy state of the joint use toilets right next to the cafe. I would imagine these were the staff toilets before the cafe was established. No hot water, filthy toilets seats, paper on the floor, hand dryer not working, flush intermittent, 'water' on the floor. Really bad experience and not good enough sorry
