Have recently returned to shopping at Tescos and are very pleased we did! We had vouchers to use which were proving to be challenging at the self service till. A young lady called Katerina helped us and she was so lovely and friendly and patient and helped us out. We will definitely be shopping here again, thank you!

Staff are nice, and they remembered to put the topping on the frappe! I’d come back if I was nearby.

Not the best experience, manager doing till, food and drinks while sending other staff member to wipe tables and check sandwiches. Queue building up and she got confused doing orders so two of our drinks sat going cold while she did another person order. The only redeeming feature was the friendly and apologetic attitude of the girl clearing tables! The manger clearly needs extra training and needs to utilise her staff better! The young girl could have helped, instead of the manger trying to do everything on her own.

Visited for our morning coffee as is our habit when collecting the weekly shop. However since the introduction of Adreas and his friend the service has improved 100%, and the sales area is far cleaner. Could do with a bit of an upgrade and the seating improved but this is not a restaurant only a place to catch a cup of coffee, which to me is still the best available.

Finished my shop at Tesco - my wife said now we need a coffee so into to Costa we go. Smiling man behind counter as we sort out our order looks at us with a big smile and says. Sorry I can not serve you we are closing very early we have a staff meeting???? He then advised us as to the next nearest Costa, we said very sorry we would prefer to go somewhere else. Very strange....

This is really my favourite cafe. Strange as it’s in a Tesco store. It had a refit recently. Good idea? No, not really, when the comfy seats were replaced with hard pretty looking chairs. Looks are not everything. They look great but when you sit on them they are uncomfortable. The staff are great. They remember me and what I drink. They smile and are friendly. The quality of the coffee they serve and the food too are without fault. Now I have to question whether I can put up with a numb bottom to eat there or go to Dunelm in the nearby Knaves Beach estate and eat and drink there as the seating is far better. Do Costa care? I told them but no reply. I want them to succeed but they may lose custom now,for what was meant as a benefit, is now a drawback. You decide.

Counter was dirty and as photo shows milk on floor with staff just treading over it. Dirty tables as well. Espresso was served in a cold cup. Tried to leave feedback for Costa but site keeps crashing!

A normal costa coffee with the full range of coffees and food you would expect. The pace is always slow - but isnt it always when they have to do so much just to make one cup. Always have newspapers available and the area is clean and well kept - so a nice place for a coffee.

Poor service with cake smashed up using tongs, flies on the cups waiting to be filled. Cold drinks slopping over glasses. Not up to usual Costa standards. Only reason may have been exceptionaklly busy store that morning prior to football kick off.

Never the best service from this Costa, there is always a queue, this is once of many Costa shops in #Fareham. Same old Costa, nothing special here.

Pyszna kawa, bardzo miła obsługa, kolejka faktycznie trochę długa, ale warto czekać dla tego smaku ;) kanapki mogłyby być trochę tańsze i więcej możliwości na ciepło. Polecam!

All I want is a nice of cup of tea after doing what I call a 'big' shop. The queue might be quite short and you still feel as if you are waiting for ages to be served. Need to be more organised!!!!

No sé por qué la gente se queja. Esta es una tienda de café Costa por el amor de Dios. Se sirve café y comidas rápidas que son diferentes a otros restaurantes de comida rápida.

I was disappointed when the coffee changed it's too bitter now and I used to like it- now I go to a competitor! Sandwiches and cakes good. Convenient place to meet friends. But there are too many Costas in a small area.

I use this café on a weekly basis to meet with family. Coffee is good like many coffee houses but the service is excellent - particularly helpful for mums with toddlers. The crumpets are nice but toasted teacakes are flat and hard / chewy.

Parking nearby, it was convenient to use the Costa outlet in Tesco for a coffee break, although I did wonder if the visit would be quite as satisfying as in a regular branch on the street. Well, I am pleased to report therefore that the experience was very good. Friendly staff, well prepared coffee and a selection of comfortable seating. Whilst being close to the tills at the store, Costa seemed quite isolated and I enjoyed my stay. A good haven to visit after completing a shop.

The usual great coffee and chocolate muffins with the added entertainment of watching the traffic chaos on the adjacent roundabout. Well located for a break from the retail madness, just don't park in the Tesco car park or you might be the source of amusement for other coffee drinkers!

In Tesco's overlooking the infamous A32 roundabout which adds to the excitement watching everyone get in the wrong lane and change at the last minute!! Good coffee and nice cakes and sandwiches. The staff are always on the ball and the tables are kept clean and tidy. Free newspapers makes this a nice place to relax. Much better than expected.

Had the misfortune to visit this branch of Costa Coffee on Sunday 22 Nov in the afternoon, There was one young girl taking the orders who could not of been less than interested if she had tried, and another young girl making all the hot drinks who I think was going literally at A snails pace. After ordering my coffee and then waiting and waiting, i asked for A refund and lo and behold A supervisor appears, does the refund, looks at the queues and walks back off towards what I presume is the door to thhe office in the corner of the coffee shop. The place was filthy dirty had at least 11 dirty tables and I wathced 1 man pile up the dirty crockery on to the floor so he could sit down with his kids. The entire shambles of an operation is A disgrace!!

Have been here on a number of occasions after work. We come here usually after the tesco shop. After 6.00 they supposedly close at 7.30.The staff especially the women are found washing the floor or clearing up the coffee area. They are also known to partition areas off with the condiment trolley. A friendly smile wouldn't go a miss either girls!!How very very disappointing

It's a coffee shop. They serve coffee like every other chain coffee shop in the country. I'd like to wax lyrical about the coffee but unless you've been hiding under a rock, you'll have tasted the coffee, sat in the slightly grubby armchairs and listened to chintzy or "slightly edgy" jazz in an identical coffee shop somewhere else in the UK. Or the US. Or <insert your favourite remote country name here>.The coffee is served to you by a barista, who is often the teenage child of someone you once went to school with but you thought they'd died until last week when your cousin saw them at the garden centre buying herbal wine and a free-range organic pork chop because that's what garden centres sell these days. From the in-store Costa Coffee in Fareham's town centre Tesco, you can look out at the main car park, a bizarre roundabout and Fareham Police Station. It's so close that you can hear the brains of PCSO's change gear. If you stand on tip-toe you can just see Stonehenge and the Acropolis past the lights and herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically along West Street. This Costa attracts celebrities and there are few coffee shops where one can be assured of seeing the likes of Lady Gaga, Neil Armstrong, Franz Kafka and Eric Cantona discussing the merits of Donna Tartt's latest novel over a single shot skinny decaf caramel latte.Given there's an aisle with 1,700 litres of milk in cartons nearby, this Costa rarely runs out of milk.

So asked for Black Forest hot chocolate but they gave it to me without cream , when I asked for cream to which she said "you asked for black forest hot chocolate ", I said if you look in the picture it comes with cream. So she gave me cream, which ran out, and then she was going to give me that, so I asked for more cream as it was a tiny amount , so they she found some eventually then that ran out, so it was no where near what the picture looked like . So Costa either makes sure you have the supplies in, and your staff have the right attitude for the public because she clearly did not 👎
