Costa coffee in Windsor and Maidenhead

A great branch of Costa coffee, a real community feel led by the very friendly Roxy and her team. Flat whites always on point. Lots of seating inside to enjoy your coffee.

Slow but friendly service on my last visit, decent coffee & food. Noisy chatter though at busy time.

We were given the wrong drink and it wasn't changed. There were only 3 marshmallows for the hot chocolate and you would have had to pay again for more. Customer friendliness looks different! The cake tasted good in 2 out of 3 cases. The Blueberry muffin contained no berries, only jam.

Lovely atmosphere. Good service and clean. The Maple Hazel Latte is a nice seasonal addition.

The staff very careless from a customer service point of view. They look like they are in the wrong job which make them serve the clienta with totally indiference. I only asked for a tea, and the cup looks like was used already by a coffee drinker just few minutes before I asked for the tea. See photo. Would you drink from that cup?

Worse Costa coffee in the UK honestly, we purchased 22 pound worth of coffee and snacks (on card) later we asked to just change a meseley 10 pound into some change for the car but the rude lady attentent still refused us didn't even look at us but just said no. The staff were otherwise okay the blonde man at the cashier was nice but that lady barista was the absolute worse... Do not recommended this expericne

Customer service was abhorrent and lazy staff showed little to no work ethic when completing my order also laughed at my face without any reason as to why. Will not be dining at this particular branch especially when other local branches show much more passion and energy.

Costa St. Leonard's Road in Windsor is THE best Costa in te area. Charlie and his colleagues do a fantastic job and always have time for that little extra customer service. The team is a credit to Costa

Honestly very bad attitude in staff didn’t even make my drink properly asked them for whole milk told me it’s too late they have made it with skimmed milk then I had the drink remade and they didn’t make it to the same standard not completing the way the drink should be made and I paid in full absolutely disgusting staff attitude completely not bothered never been served here like this before

You cannot order on the app here, only inside the store, so no discounts for app orders. Black Forest hot chocolate was not well mixed, so all the cherry syrup was at the bottom of the drink. Clean, safe, and friendly service.

Nice friendly staff. Very good ambiance. Update, I have reduced the rating from 5 to 1 star because of new very rude European staff (specially a young dude). They misbehave, don't even smile. Very very disappointed. They are ruining this amazing place for a lot of ppl. Please bring back old friendly staff or train these new people before you lose a lot of business.

I don't find staff friendly at all apart from the blonde English guy with tattoos. He is always polite and friendly. I poped in few times as it is closer to home and didn't expect my coffee to be almost slammed in front of me. As far as the customer service concerned it is one of the worst Costa I have ever been to so far.

Although a little off the beaten path, this Costa coffee benefits from excellent service and a seating area which is pleasantly deceiving for its store front. This is a great place for anyone who fancies a light lunch and something sweet without paying the usual extortionate Windsor prices. With hot and cold food on offer, it really is an affordable pit stop, especially for those seeking their regular caffeine hit. With a rest room on offer and plenty of seating, do not be put off by the size of this coffee shop if your in a group of ten or less, as there is plenty of seating inside. (Anymore than ten in your group and you may be pushing it or waiting for others to leave). A great touch is the no extra charge for soy and alternative milks, unlike other large coffee chains who aim to capitalize on their vegan and lactose intolerant customers. Don't be afraid to ask the staff to amend your drink if your not totally satisfied, as the service here really is outstanding. Ok, time for some cake!!

Lovely staff and great location however the toilet was absolutely disgusting. So shocked that you would even have it open to the public with a baby changing area! I felt horrendous as a parent to change my child in such an environment. I know it's not the highlight of your day however if you have a duty of care to your customers this must be addressed immediately..
