Like the other coffee shops around nice drinks very busy sometimes.

New raspberry bubble frappe is awesome

My visit this week to Costa at Bulwell market place, has to be the worst Costa experience in many years of visiting all over the UK. Server Carl was rude, arrogant and his customer services has to be some of the worst I have seen EVER. He bulled and picked a fight with customers and then has the audacity to ring the police when he was the one in the wrong. Also I would like to add that the cleanliness within the store was terrible the stall has a very very bad smell I would associate with poor cleanliness and my advice to you if you need the toilet facilities please go elsewhere they do not look like they've seen a cleaner in several weeks. The coffee was cold and Carl refused to issue replacements for these drinks

When trying to feed my newborn baby food outside of Costa after purchasing drinks with my boyfriend and family a very badly dressed gentlemen with very badly stained teeth I think his name was Carl approached us in a very angry confrontational manner and under no certain constances stated that I was not allowed to feed my child using the seats or tables of Costa because I haven't purchased the baby food from Costa and pointed to a disclaimer in the window when I tried to explain to him that my baby needed special food he says that's a you problem darling not me so ask you to kindly put the food away or I'm gonna actually to leave.

The place is well dirty man and it smells a guy has a attitude problem for real just argues with customers all the time talks down to them it's just wrong no one ever seems to do anything at office to don't care even a customer start outside so he's like all the time sad times when customer supposed to be right and in there you always wrong

Just best place to meet up have chat anx enjoy a great cup of coffee

The Wiltshire ham and cheese toasties are delicious. Please bring back the BLUEBERRY BUBBLE FRAPPE cause it is delicious and I miss it .

Me and friend walked in to get a cake and coffee to take home. Man behind the counter moaned and said “who comes into a coffee shop at twenty to five” so we walked out and went to birds next door. Disgusting attitude towards customers. Won’t be returning. Sad times

One of hot chocolates isn’t even a hot chocolate it was a coffee and I don’t even like coffee so I’m not happy

Quick snack with wife, she claims this branch has the best toasted tea cakes, but I just love the bacon rolls, followed by the raspberry and orange cake. Great service with a smile every time

Mine and my mums car had broken down and the staff were incredibly kind and caring offering us to sit in and use the bathroom for as long as needed and when needed. A lovely atmosphere and staff

Everytime I try to order from costa it takes my money and doesn’t bring my food. Why take my order if you can’t deliver you’re taking my money for what

Store is always very clean. All the staff are really attentive and personable. Usually quiet busy but usually a table available. WiFi and signal is weak the further back you sit.

Staff are always super helpful, polite and friendly. They always remember that I have allergies and make sure my order is as allergen friendly as possible before I receive it.

Had problem with app and staff not helpful was a queue and if not for 2 young ladies i would have walked out even they couldnt sort app and it was over my free drink a hot chocolate wont be going there with hubby unless very very urgent

Love this place, English breakfast wrap is so good recommend that,and coffee is really good,such friendly staff and comfortable place inside and out,they have special coffees recommended throughout the year.

Nice coffee , but not cheap anymore

Thought I’d give it another go - toasties were better than yesterday, shame there’s no other way to keep them a bit hotter. Much better quality than yesterday though but overall just ok Coffees are nice and again much better than yesterday. Delivery driver was really nice & polite - obviously cautious around cvd handing me the bags at arms length which I respect.

Sorry Costa - lovely coffee but the toasties were stone cold and rock hard today 😢

We like Costa Coffee so we use them a lot when we're out and about, coffee is always good but they do sell tea and other drinks as well as snacks,staff were very helpful and friendly so all good 👍 😀

Always enjoy the coffee and cakes that are available here. I'm often there with my sister. I recommend it to anyone.

Food arrived hot and fresh and well packaged. Food was tasty.

Paid 50p extra for a flake, also selected the hot chocolate to be dusted and for sugar in my coffee, i got none of these things. If I didn't get offered these things I wouldn't mind but why offer them if they're not going to be done

Visited Costa coffee in primark today 10th of August female staff member to busy playing on her phone ignoring customers didn't listen to the order slammed drinks on table argued about the price of food not bothered in filling up counter with cakes or other items didn't like it when asked to get a straw slammed it on counter just wanted to play on her phone place was empty I take this because she wasn't bothered to work and because of her attitude there was a sour atmosphere

Every single time we step foot in this costa, it is like we are being welcomed by family. The staff who work here work so hard! They are the friendliest bunch of people we have the pleasure of seeing. They are always smiling, laughing and we can see that they genuinely enjoy their work and like to see the customers. The food and drinks they make are consistently great! The best of any costa I have ever been to. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and the tables and floors are always clean.

Called in for a cappuccino while looking round the shops to find a few extra things for my girlfriends birthday Outside were people eating chips , but no Costa drinks , and inside some very noisy youngsters , but again with no drinks The staff didn’t seem bothered Not the relaxing space I was looking for but the coffee was nicely made

Arrived hot - well packaged - all very nice although I cut my thumb on the staples in the delivery bag

Enjoyable, and, at times, reasonably quiet, apart from the one Nottingham Victoria Centre, this one is very much busier. The drinks are fairly reasonable price wise but the cakes, and other sweet treats, are quite expensive to be honest, small servings and not worth the money.

Possibly the worst delivery driver I have come across. Did not take notes of the delivery notes I had given advising I may be on a work call or in a meeting - driver proceeded to bang on the front door and living room windows as I couldn’t immediately answer the door. When I advised of the notes I had left, he responded with “what you say?” Awful service!!!!!

The Vegan Turkee and stuffing was AMAZING.........I'm sure the meataholics version of toasted sandwiches are just a delicious........ We'll done Costa for giving the Vegans a Festive treat worth enjoying.
