Costa Coffee in Dover

Outdoor and indoor seating areas. It's a Costa coffee house. Nice place to pop in but as with all Costas expensive if you make a habit of it. If you enjoy Costa it's a half decent place to sit back with a coffee and watch the world go by.

Brilliant coffee served by excellent customer service skills felt warm and inviting. Cleanest Costa I been in for ages. Just wished the price were cheaper as you can get a fresh coffee just like in Costa at my corner shop made with fresh beans for £2 Hence why the 4 stars corner shops should not be cheaper then anyplace they are ment to be expensive and for convince bit have started to notice that corner shops are starting to be cheaper then these places

Popped in to get a take out. Staff very friendly premises clean and tidy nice atomsphere lovely place.

Costa proudly announces on its website that it’s dog friendly. Not in Deal it isn’t. We were ordered out with a tiny Maltese terrier. Thankfully Starbucks across the road is genuinely dog friendly.

Always good great drinks love the treat every month. Staff helpful and friendly.

Bien situé sur la rue piétonne avec une belle terrasse ! Le staff est accueillant et agréable. Les produits sont frais et bons. L'endroit est bien aménagé et propre ainsi que les WC. Les prix sont comme partout selon ce que vous prenez bien sûr !!!

Why is it , when it is quite evident , this establishment should be closed down for a total refurbishment ,when other larger Costa Coffee shops - for example Folkestone have recently undergone an upgrade & were not as needy as Deal . The powers that be should look long & hard before they start losing their regular clientele .

Couldn't believe how filthy the place is. Literally afraid to touch everything due to the lack of cleanliness inside. Walls, chairs, floor, toilets all very grubby. Give the place a clean!

I hadn't been in this Costa before. I ordered a regular skinny latte. Due to a misunderstanding on my part( I stirred it with a stick that wasn't clean), the server immediately took my drink and prepared me another one. So well done Costa Coffee. Your training is obviously excellent and service and product presentation top marks. I recommend Costa Coffee Deal in Kent to anyone with a taste for coffee.

Great friendly service from the two girls working around midday today Tuesday 14 th February. Coffee was hot and delicious, exactly what we ordered and also delivered to our table with a smile. Thank you.

Just a bog standard Costa with the usual slow service. I had to clear my own table before sitting think I will be spending my money in the independent coffee shops from now on

This morning when I was waiting to be served she purposely ignored me and started talking to other staff member about her personal life then chucked my badly cut and squished tostie at me. As a paying customer I do not appreciate being treated this way and will not be entering Costa in deal again and will advise friends and family not to use your facilities again very angry!

On holiday from London. Excellent cappuccino and welcomed and served by a lovely girl. She welcomed everyone with such a delightful smile. Please research before judging branches and write to the Head of Coca Cola. They are the owners and need to invest in their shops. They are fortunate to have such good employees.

A nice central Costa coffee shop. Great coffee as always. But looking at the vast amount of cobwebs surrounding the air conditioning unit. Over the seating. Makes me question if the very important filters have been cleaned recently. Legionnaires is the last thing we would want.

It is ok but I wanted the cold rub key and cream and they have me a ruby and cream hot chocolate bec whey gave the 2 items the exactly the same name

A reliable retailer maintaining expected standards. External tables available and internal ones well spaced. Always like to stop off when I've done my shopping, just for a chat and a great coffee.

Always good and the staff are too. Shame that Costa went for a boring Christmas menu of mainly meat and cranberry. Hopefully, back to tuna melts and mozzarella baguettes soon.

Not great, people who work here are uninformative and lazy, not the best coffee compared to other places, would prefer to go to Starbucks opposite.

I find it hard to get too enthused about these big chains. The staff were pleasant and the drinks were as expected and served the purpose of quenching my thirst.

This Costa is really cosy and located perfectly on the High Street! Very short wait, clean restaurant and the staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. Have visited a few times in the past and haven't had any bad experiences here. Would recommend this Costa to friends that were visiting Deal

Costa is my favourite of the major coffee chains. This time the staff seemed a little distracted and needed to be reminded of the order. The Wifi wasn't working so I logged on using the Starbucks wifi which was in range ! I did enjoy the really comfortable seats in the window.

Good food and drinks and usually good during 'normal' times, social distance markings not 2 meters apart and a staff member was rude when we were trying to distance away from other customers with a toddler.

I use Costa in all different areas, in my opinion this was one of the poorer examples, not very well organised and staff quite slow and not vary friendly.

My wife and I are very much Costa Coffee fans and seek them out whenever we are on our travels .. We now live quite close to the Deal branch and after 3 or 4 visit's we have given up on them ... The first thing that hit us was the extreme cold ... They have about 4 air con units going at full power and if you ask why so cold , the staff claim they cannot adjust it ...... Rubbish.. The staff generally are pretty lacklustre .. The selection of food is terrible ... every time we visited we asked for toast and they say they have no bread .... Someone should tell them there is a very nice bakery next door .... The Coffee was thankfully OK

Coffee not bad but the shop has not had a door closer from November so the door is left open most of the time also they ( the shop have the air conditioning on and it is running on COLD.

Typical Costa Coffee outlet, right opposite Starbucks, could use Starbucks free wifi or Costas, fairly busy, prompt attention, clean, friendly staff and patrons, pleasant refuge after shopping and before drive home.

Because, meeting up with friends. Staff are lovely. Chairs outside are clean and feel relaxed when sitting there and watch the World go by. With a best tasting coffee.

I was going to have a coffee and read but you have the air conditioning on full on a cool day - I had to put my coat on to sit in!

A small coffee shop and as it was a warm day it was fairly warm at the back of the cafe.

Flat white pretty average, I must have been desperate to go in there but all the decent coffee shops were heaving and Costa had a short queue. The cakes were so full of sugar and calories were just irresponsible so I gave them all a miss. I recon a very high tax, say 50% should be added on such poison as the NHS foots the bill for the obesity that Costa actively promotes.

Staff at this branch of Costa carelessly leave the back door open. This causes a very cold draught to make the place uncomfortable.

The staff here are all lovely , you know what you're going to get from the Costa chain ,drink and food wise,but this one us very tired looking
