Costa Coffee in West Berkshire

Very bad service wasn't much variety of food People sitting outside struggle to get through the door with a tray filled with drinks and food

Always busy never enough staff only use this one if I'm that end of town could do with more staff and staff wanting to be there no customer service at all

Got to costa at lunchtime and although it was busy we were made very welcome!! Food- we had paninis ( world have been better with chips). But the food and drinks were served hot, fast and with a smile!! Really enjoyed the visit.

try putting some coffee in with the milk please, weak coffee and not very hot, wont be going back for more

if you want a quick coffee then try to avoid this place, the staff were more interested in gossiping amongst themselves rather than serving a long queue

Hot day, so tried the iced drinks and all very nice. Good advice given by the staff as we didn’t have a clue what drinks to have. Very friendly and quick service. Nice relaxing experience. Oh, almost forgot to mention the half price lemon tarts...

Este lugar es realmente vale la pena una visita. Un lugar semanal para un amigo y yo en la tarde.Sé qué esperar de los productos, pero realmente me gusta la actitud del personal. Siempre tienen tiempo para conversar y conocer sus productos y ofertas especiales.Yo solía ir a la una en el puente, pero harto de personal no muy amable, no demasiado ordenada y aseos instalaciones sucias.Si te apetece un cambio - Prueba aquí.

As usual for Costa, good customer service, good product and pleasant environment. All well on this visit. Three adults, two young children and one baby.
