Couldn't fault the service, coffee or food

I love costa coffee ,its our go to .but today our drinks were only warm which was disappointing.

Didnt receive the right order and the delivery driver was a right tw…..t

I've visited this Costa Coffee on multiple occasions, and on this visit it was pretty good. We usually get a drink to take away, and the service is usually good, and this occasion it was, and our drinks were both amazing and the staff were good.

To slow and didn’t get all of my food was missing a short bread

driver couldn't find me, then phoned and spoke very poor English. I then walked miles to find him. it would have been quicker for me to walk to costa

As a place I went to for the first time, as far as I can see, the service and drinks were not bad.

I was happy with my order and the driver was nice and come to the right place

Always quick to get you served even with a big que. Always polite.

Was served today by a lovely lady called Emily. Very polite, efficient and made me an amazing drink. Very pleased with my experience at Costa thanks to Emily!

Perfect place for nice coffee 😄

I run here every morning and am literally through the door at 6.30. The staff are always friendly and it manages to sustain the atmosphere of a family business over a corporate feel. Tom, Krista, Nina, Jess and manager Emily are always polite to the customers (occasionally under quite intense provocation) and keep the place spotlessly clean - Tom's cleaning routine has to be seen to be believed: he regularly appears at a table three seconds after the customer leaves to make sure it's ready of the next one. My only gripe - and this is directed squarely at Goldex: uncover the plug sockets or have more installed. I know you folks like to maximise your profits but the difference between Costa and Goldex stores in this regard is becoming stark and obvious. Do better.

No better place in Broadstairs to enjoy a one shot capachino in the early hours of the morning.!😄 Staff are soooo genuinely friendly and warm. They just make my day. Emily, Nina, Jess, Krista, Francesca and the lovely Tom. What a winning team! No wonder the shop is sooo popular. Don't normally like big chains, but this place just feels treats you like an individual. Scooter Boy Martin

We always come in here for our takeaway coffees and walk along the beach. We come so often the baristas know our order, they are all so friendly. Lovely coffees and great service.

Thomas the barrister, what a lovely experience. He is always perfect with my order. Always welcoming and I love seeing him on my morning routines and lunchtime specials!

I popped in unsure of what to get, But Thomas was there ready to put some surety into my mind. It was only a takeaway but the short exchange I had was enough to compel me to write a review. Thomas made an excellent coffee but what made it worth it was the funny and engaging conversation he brought. Costa may have to be my new coffee stop in Broadstairs.

Pretty good coffee sandwiches are average but cake is good. Great place for a coffee but not really lunch

For a small pice or sl8ce of cake over 3£ I went into tescos bought the dame FULL cake for 3.50 tea bag not big enough to brew in pot by the time it nally was it was cold waiting at counter seems to take forever because of coffee s I went in cus friend said good NEVER AGAIN LOOK AT PRICES EVEN MUFFIN EXTORTIONATE

Part of the order was unavailable, but we were not contacted even though our mobile was on the delivered receipt

Missing items, no refund, awful service. No common sense used. Not the fault of the staff but I know what I would have done if I was them

Iced coffee was completely melted and disgusting. I appreciate it’s a hot day but do they not have cold boxes in their cars?

I dont have a problem with your food,coffee or service but your staff need to get on top of the litter generated by your store.Tables left unattended for long periods of time,with your product often get blown around town by sea winds. Plus the outside of your shop is weed ridden. I hope its not this dirty inside.

The usual Costa. Very helpful in showing me which cold frappe was vegan (really hot day) & a great vegan "meatball" wrap.

Cake offering poor. Took ages to complete our order for 4 drinks as barista was trying to do several orders simultaneously. Had to make the point several times.

Can't go wrong with Costa - you always know what you're going to get. The staff are lovely and it's one of the few places that open before 9 for coffee in Broadstairs. Great for our little seaside town and its always a great atmosphere.

Came here during our stay in Kent for lunch. The tuna melt and chocolate fudge frappe was delicious! The place wasn't busy, so service was fast.

Its a Costa ! Nothing special here apart from .ore regular checks on the toilet facilities. If your going to offer up toilets for customers make sure they're clean and hygienic

Order took ages, one coffee was coconut milk and one was normal milk neither were labeled so didn’t know who’s was who’s. Coffee was nice but did have to add syrup to one of them.

My Mum and I went in for a coffee and quick lunch thankfully we chose toasties all wrapped up as when we were waiting to pay we could see flies all over the small cakes!! This put us off ever going again i should have told the staff while in there but there was a queue so i have sent an email to the appropiate people as this cant be a one off judging by the flies on there! This place needs a deep clean and upgrade obviously to sort this out. yuk check the cakes people! or anything left in the open!

I would usually give this Costa a 5/5 as it is usually amazing, but wasn't impressed on this visit as there was flys on the cakes, the tables were dirty and had flys on them. The staff were awkward on the visit.

Really friendly staff at the time and a good coffee. For quite a small Costa, it's quite accessible, with side door for prams and chairs. Not really any parking unless you're extremely lucky with 1 or 2 bays outside but it's quite busy. DDA WC with baby change which is openable by staff.

I ordered two drinks one of which was wrong and a cake which she got wrong aswell. Really couldn't be bothered to go back as the attitude of the barristers was lacking.

Love this little stop when you are in Broadstairs. The staff are warm, friendly and fast and it's brilliant place to get warm. Hot chocolate is best for the cold weather

Popped in for a hot drink. Clean and easy to excess. I could put my own milk in my tea.

I ordered an ICED maple hazelnut latte and a maple hazelnut muffin. I got a blueberry muffin and an 'apology note' written on reciept paper. And hot latte. I literally only ordered 2 things and didn't get a single thing I ordered.

Went into Westwood Cross costa (CT10 2BF) wanting to use the pocket saver but was told that that branch was not participating in that offer. That was strange as they normally participate in all the offers. I though thats fine I got a free drink ill use that instead and ordered a frappe. When they tried to serve me the drink they served it in a small glass. They explained to me thats how they normally serve it when drinking in. I never had it in a glass and didn't accept this and asked for a plastic cup as advertised. I can tell they didn't want to do it but after a pause they went ahead and poured the frappe into a plastic cup but it wasn't enough to fill the cup. So they had to make more. After I checked their document of participating shops in the pocket saver deal. And found that that particular store was on the list. So not only did they refuse the offer costa was giving me but they tried to shortchanged me on a drink. I dont mind drinking it from a glass but I do mind if they give me less than what it is supposed to be.

Enjoyed my visit to this Costa with family. Had a sausage breakfast bap and coffee. Coffee was excellent upto Costa standard. The breakfast bap very tasty. Seating area wax nice and clean. The staff friendly and helpful.

As expected coffee up to standard friendly staff. Only taking cash so was a problem for some customers

it is very bad, because they gave me a warm tea when i asked for an iced tea, and they gave me my friend a small size and he asked for a medium size. my friend margherita wanted an iced cappuccino and they gave her a hot one. and it was so bad.

The staff definitely make this place. They are always friendly and helpful, even when they're handling a long queue on their own.

used my free birthday treat here, the millionaire shortbread is delicious! ben was very accommodating to myself and my friend who had cut her foot. Giving her a plaster and making sure she was alright.

Prompt and accurate service from friendly staff. Not too busy at 10.30am on a Tuesday.

The service at this costa is ludicrously slow. You can even join the queue with just one or two people in front of you and easily wait 10 / 15 mins for your order to be ready. If there are many people in front of you, genuinely do not bother. I am actually writing this review as I stand in line as the staff member slowly labours in preparing orders ahead of me. Avoid.

Tuna Panini ends were inedible and the sausage in the bap were undercooked, no color to them. Chocolate twist was so dry too. Mango cooler amazing as always

Was so disappointed 😞 that costa have changed brands of soya milk it tasted foul. I am a regular user of costa at my home town but will no longer be the case if all costa have changed to that brand.

To be honest, I didn't find it to be to the standard of orher Costa's I normally use. Staff a bit abrupt and not complying with safety regulations ( face masks). I felt it was a waste of time selecting an order, as you tend to get what is served up rather than what you ordered.

Not the best Costa, but the coffee is still good.

Popped in for a quick coffee to warm up. The coffee was fine - though not the cheapest - but an already cheaply and unimaginatively fitted out space was both cold and depressing. Would avoid in future.

Clinical interior with plastic screen, miserable masked up staff, airport lounge seating. Freezing air con making it unpleasant in the summer. Coffee is good but the experience makes it not worth it.

Great! I’d had a couple of wacky wrong orders from here and gave a bad review before, but gave them another chance and this was perfect. Food and drinks were correct, hot and on time.

This Costa coffee shop is in a very good location but like other shops within this group the coffee is so poor, the beans are of an inferior quality, the staff are not trained to a high enough standard, they don’t know the difference between a latte and a flat white, if you ask for two short shots the barista hasn’t got a clue, it’s not the staff that are at fault, it’s poor training they receive. Costa Coffee are all hype and no substance.
