drinks were great and food was hot and yummy. Million shortbread biscuit was missing unfortunately but the quality was great so will be ordering again 👍

Went yesterday and was told they were not serving as they were awaitng an engineer for the coffee machine. I asked if my potty training 2 year old could use the toilet and was told no. As she's 2 she cannot hold very long and as a result had wet herself on the way to another shop with a toilet. There were approx 6 members of staff sat round, I fail to see why a broken coffee machine meant a young child could not use a toilet.

Driver turned up and said he'd dropped the lattes so I'd have to ring up and sort it!

My address auto corrected to the wrong address and someone else has recieved my delivery so I’ve now lost out in my money and had to order again

Brilliant - coffee and sausage sandwich hit when they arrived!

Visited 9.02.24 5 pm. Fabulous helpful young man who was so on the ball and even checked the cleanliness of the cutlery. The food was immaculately displayed and all the surfaces everywhere were gleaming. Such a lovely experience particulsrly as we feel Costa standards have slipped in general and msny outlets are not clean and tidy.

Bizarrely the app says my order has been delivered accept it has not. I have no Costa delivery so I am only presuming the driver has drank my order. If I could give a zero I totally would.

Great place for a really good coffee and snack. Staff are wonderful. SHAME THEY ARE CLOSING IT. LEAVE IT OPEN PLEASE. Great place to meet. We don't want big store Costa's.

Too much water in tea no space for milk one member of staff more bothered about making herself a drink instead of customer service.

The coffee maker was being snowed down with orders from the till - food sitting going cold , no help given to get the coffee orders out faster just putting money in the till as a priority!! Coffee maker clearly struggling- 10 orders waiting to be made and the orders kept mounting up-- still no help given . Well done to the coffee maker and bad on you till person for not offering any help what so ever !! Also seems to be the manager on the till - shame on you Very bad experience today 😕

Very nice coffee, just the way I like. Very friendly and polite staff. Very clean seating area. For a mid afternoon break in shopping, there was still plenty of food left.

Drink ok but 2 out of 3 staff went on break and had to wait 20 mins in a queue of one other person while poor guy left served and made drinks

Waited ages to get served in this Costa. The person was to interested in talking to their friends, I was the only one in queue. I found it very rude tbh. Shame the drink was good and the service was really poor. I don't think I will be coming back.

Arrogant, inadequate service by who seemed to be the man in charge and served me today. At 3:30 he asked if I was ok with paper cup and no plate for my cake which I said I’d like a cup please. He raised his tone and explained I had to have a paper cup because they needed time to clean up. Seems an hour and a half isn’t long enough. Not happy and is gone made me feel embarrassed with other customers and staff present.

Ordered a flat white. Half the cup was froth. Not a flat white. Almost black coffee with a load of foam on top. Disappointing.

I hope i have the right Costa, we visited the one in Next at cheshire oaks this morning, we had 2 teas and a pannetone toast, I could not believe how dirty the cups were, I went to exchange them and received no apology and exchanged the cups for two more that were only slightly better. Very saddened that a national chain that values its reputation can serve premium priced drinks in cups you wouldn’t expect in a transport cafe and staff who obviously couldn’t care less. In a time when cleanliness is front and centre everywhere how could you be so lax?

Very pricey. Check internet first before popping into this shop.

Used to be nice, horrible now the coffee tastes like salt and is sour. I’ve tried it twice now and both times are awful. Not cheap either.

Called in for a coffee and a bite to eat just after lunchtime. Informed only 7 tables in use. 2 middle aged men sat on lap tops at two tables with no food or drink. Will never go back. If you want to put yourselves out of business continue with your appalling 'SERVICE'

Set above the big Next in Cheshire Oaks this Costa is far less crowded that it's sister in the outlet itself. Smaller, quieter with a more chilled ambience it is the place to avoid the hustle and bustle. Smaller selection of food but still none the less a Costa. Some staff make a place and these do. Clean toilet. Not much more to say really.

I suggest you let your customers know what type of order you wish them to queue stood at the door for 10 minutes as was told but others just walked in? I gave up because nobody could be bothered telling me where to go

I visited the shop inside next in the colaseum next to cheshire oaks, small but very pleasant with some tables not being used for social distancing. The muffins were very fresh and the smooth blend latte's very creamy and tasty. With the government 50% off as well at the moment a very pleasant experience was had. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were quick off the mark when it came to cleaning.

Costa with-in Next - usual Costa quality, Now outlook from upstairs location. Pity one of the toilets has been out of order for a while now and numerous tables required clearing. Only one girl on duty, very polite and friendly but probably too busy to look after the counter and clear tables.

Been in this morning for breakfast, not very impressed! The staff were mostly not that friendly, more interested in chatting amongst themselves which was a bit frustrating. They forgot everything and there was a general lack of care in what they were doing. It was very busy I must say but no attempt to speed up to reduce the queue. Unfortunately I can also say it wasn’t particularly clean. I go in Costa all the time in my home town and this disappointed me. Sorry to say

My wife and I decided to visit Cheshire Oaks, arriving before a number of the shops opened, we decided to visit Costa. This site is larger than most others we have visited. Walking in you queue until a till is free, then go up to order your drinks, having collected any food from the stand on your way. Great layout, comfortable seating and quick efficient service. The coffees were delicious as usual as were the bacon rolls.

Great place to take a break while shopping!

Costa is a good coffee cafe, products are good if not a little expensive. However the service and politeness differs from cafe to cafe In a big way. On visiting the Port establishment, the guy there was very rude and impatient, I had 2 grandchildren who found it hard to choose their treat, he didn't cope with that normal situation at all.

Costa Next where you can enjoy a great cup of coffee and sit in a relaxed atmosphere.A great choice to eat and drink all at competitive prices and served by friendly staff.The toilets are also clean unlike some places.Bethan always goes the extra mile to ensure the customers are happy unlike some of the Costa shops.👍

Don't normally go into a Costa shop but on this occasion we did. The girl behind the till needs to learn to speak up a bit as she was talking so quietly it was difficult to know what she was saying. Most of the empty tables were dirty. The coffee was ok but not very hot. A bad experience to be honest and highly doubt we'll return.

Recently the coffee in Costa is nowhere near as nice as it used to be. I don’t know whether they have changed their supplier, but I won’t be drinking here anymore. To top it off the service at this branch was awful. The staff were very miserable, it wasn’t busy, but they really couldn’t be bothered.

Great place to enjoy great coffee. Good selection of light hot and cold food and cakes enough to keep you going. Free WiFi and newspapers are normally available but as the day goes on they are harder to find. Well worth a visit.

Called lunchtime on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy. The place was clean and the staff friendly and chatty. Quick service and a nice coffee. (This isn't the one inside Next).

Concession store in Next. Can be busy, and not loads of seats, but the staff are pleasant and efficient.

Closing in 30 minutes felt rushed

Attitude of the female manager this Sunday was disgusting. This Costa is in the next store. We had been shopping in. We were with are young children she stunk of alcohol. Spoke in a aggressive tone when we asked could children use toilet told no as they had been cleaned. We had bought food there and drinks. Looked like she clearly didn't want to be there.

I popped in here for a quick bite and a coffee. The coffee was ok the staff not bothered but the food was awful. I am still searching for the Brie and bacon in my panini. The cafe was tatty and cups needed clearing up. There are much better choices close by. My mistake!

Hello On Thursday 23rd August shortly after 7pm I visited your costa (located in next at Cheshire Oaks). I was aware your costa was closed however as there were two staff members inside I approached the female staff member and I politely asked whether it would be possible for my two year old son to use the toilet. She replied in an unfriendly manner “no we are closed and it has been cleaned”. I asked whether she would make an exception as he was desperate and may have an accident. The staff member replied “if he wets himself you can clean it up”. I was taken back by this comment and replied ‘ok thank you’. When I found my wife inside the next store I informed her of the situation, she was surprised by this comment and felt we should report it to their management. We returned to costa to find a male staff member, I asked him whether it would possible to speak to the manager. He informed us that the female staff member was the manager and her name was Beth. My wife asked Beth to come over, we observed her to shake her head and grin. My wife asked Beth why she was shaking her head. Whilst grinning Beth replied “because I want to”. I appreciate that it may be part of your policy to not let members of the public use your facilities after closing times however the discourteous manner which I was spoken to was extremely impolite.

Tucked away upstairs, great little Costa when you need a rest!

This was another place to have a break from full-on shopping at a very busy Cheshire oaks and it coped with the number of punters, the staff were good and the place was a lot better than the other coffee place on the same site, well worth a shopping break sit-down and relax.

I did visit during the Christmas period but seriously, a half an hour wait to be served? If I had not have been so thirsty I would have given up. Surely the manager should plan to be busy at Christmas and get extra staff? Coffee and sandwich were delicious but I am not sure if they were worth the wait?

This Costa was okay but there were a lot of crumbs and mess on the floor and a few tables needed clearing. At busy time you can accept this a little but it didn't seems too busy. I might not give this Costa another chance as there are others close by but if I return and it's improved I will amend this review accordingly.

There are quite a number of seats available here.On a quiet Monday around 2-30 there weren't many sandwiches left,so we went elsewhere.Later afternoon the queues had gone and we got a coffee.Comfortable environment and room for kids.

I guess this Costa is like most Costas - pretty good, maybe not the absolute best coffee around but still very good.

With other Costas on this site, this is just a small cafe, but service is good and all the usual Costa delicacies. Staff friendly and place kept clean. Would recommend

Called in for cappuccino and had a bacon roll for £1,amazing value and really nice, good if this is done more often

Just needed a quick coffee and a bite to eat and popped in to Costa. It was quiet but perfect in a way as there were plenty of seats available and no one was crammed in. I placed my order and was asked if I'd like to take a seat the order would. E brought over to save me hanging around. How lovely! Service was brilliant. I managed a lovely hour with s great coffee and time to read without being rushed out. Thank you .

We were early for the cinema. So popped in for a coffee and a piece of cake, naughty but nice!!
