Costa Coffee in Gravesham

The teapot was filthy, I did not want to drink out of it. The really friendly barista was very apologetic and said that they were all like that so advised me to get a takeaway cup instead. Tables weren’t cleared, especially the ones outside which were piled with people’s rubbish. The staff were lovely but there were only 2 of them so they probably don’t have time to clear the tables and serve.

Didnt receive my delivery & they had no record of it although on my bank records it clearly shows it

Visited 1st October just after 11am I was 2nd person in the que and waited 15 minutes to be served other people had got bored of waiting and left the que the 2 staff behind the till were the 2 moodiest staff I have ever come across seemed more interested in talking than serving even though they kept looking at que building but this didn’t seem to bother them nor make them quicker. If your going to keep a customer waiting 15 minutes to be served it might be worth while apologising for the wait. Instead nothing. Such rude staff at this branch

Although the staff and the Costa are great it is surrounded by more and more rubbish they Costa have taken there bin away their banner outside is ripped just adding to the run down very sad to see the area becoming so uncared for

Costa is Costa bit pricey for a coffee but you know what it is when you walk in I enjoyed my coffee n cake and relaxed after shopping it's clean and a good atmosphere

Used this a couple of times when going to away matches on the Ebbsfleet United FC Supporters' Coach. Clean and tidy with friendly staff but as per the title it operates to a formula.

Me and my family visited this costa during the snow and poor weather and the inside of the costa was disgusting. The floor was soaking wet all the way through and nobody was cleaning the floor or trying to dry it. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned as there were crumbs under every table and we had visited in the morning so they had been there prior to this day. The staff were incredibly rude when it came to ordering my food and drinks. And one of the ladies seemed to know nothing about the drinks I wanted to order. My mum got given a dirty look when she asked for chocolate on top of her cappuccino. Not very happy with this visit at all.

Go hear regularly to meet a client always friendly great quick service. My client bring young children with her and they are welcomed.

Great Costa with friendly and efficient staff. Very pleasant customers who are reasonably quite and therefore you can have a buisiness meet. However don't take amex.

Good service was a nice coffee before work glad there's a Costa local close to service station so handy to pop in

Sited outside the main town in a small retail area. Great Surface and very full. restaurant area very clean and tidy.
