Disappointed that I saved a voucher for after my college class and go in and get told they aren't currently doing any dairy alternatives.

I just find the people that work here generally rude and can't be bothered with a specific order, like it's too much to ask!! I won't be returning, I have tried here multiple times but get the same experience!!

I like the coffee here, nice and strong. Get the Costa app and you can earn a free coffee, and you get a birthday treat every year too!

I love going to this Costa. It’s a nice vibe. It’s light, uplifting and peaceful. I go to read and have a coffee and I feel like it gets my creative juices flowing and where I can really ponder life. The staff are great. Friendly and chatty and attentive to one’s needs.

Barista was in Dreamland and rude. Used meat tongs on my vegan sandwich. Half the tables were out of use and it was only 5.30. like others ..closes at 7 or 7.30 ? Yet it was busy and we had to practically beg for seating. Milk was added to my tea without asking ..I hope she remembered id asked for dairy alternative. Using plastic cups for some proper cups for others as it was "close to closing time " Frappe was weak No cutlery provided and so unfriendly. Never returning.

One drink fell over and emptied all over the bag and other drink, driver gave napkins. But still. Lateness was all down to traffic so no issue there

Rubbish!! The order took forever and when it came nothing was right!! The whole order was wrong!! Waste of time and space.. don’t bother ordering!!

Terrible Service Experience - Rude Staff and Unhygienic Environment I visited Coastal today and had a horrible experience, primarily due to a staff member named Adam. From the moment I interacted with him, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I didn’t belong there, all because I ordered a simple small tea and inquired about some desserts. Instead of answering my question politely, he rudely pulled out a cake, handed it to me without asking if I wanted it, and charged me for it without any clarification. When I pointed out the mistake, he refunded the amount, but again, without any explanation or apology. It was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. Tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. This kind of behavior and environment is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Adam and the entire staff should be trained on how to treat customers respectfully and maintain basic hygiene standards. Definitely won’t be returning, and I recommend others think twice before visiting!

Cafe tastes like pis, sometimes burns your mouth, sometimes to cold, the worst place to have cafe, when I compare Starbucks with costa, is like day and night, the worst place to west money .

I went today in caffe costa, it was 5 tablets empty, all dirty, I waited for 15min on the queue 4 staff behind the counter thay taken it so easy and they don't care. The table's and floor are dirty. They just heaven their time. I have to ask to come and clean the tables. I don't know what health and safety t do but please like this are disgusting. Costa standard is the poorest in this country.

Best Costa in Bolton. Great parking, brilliant service and lovely coffee. Could use more seating as usually busy although if sunny day it's nice to have coffee sitting outside. Good staff who take care of customers and have a chat while waiting for the drinks to be made or when clearing the tables.

Great place to go, often busy but service at the time of our visit was good. Hot chocolate was amazing. Shop opening hours can only be updated if Coca Cola inform Google of the changes and can’t be done locally by the staff. They do the best with the staff and tools they have.

Closing time 18:00 or 18:30? update your business opening hours so you not wasting people’s time, staff saying closing time is 18:00 but google map 18:30 ??

Staff are always friendly & have a smile. The cafe has a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere! Never really much of a queue

We order two latte plus one cake, staff said we can't stay inside because local will close after 25 minutes, so we decided take away. Staff just like that drop the cake to the paper bag like a piece of ......disgusting place, young man staff with glasses, zero experience to costumers

The coffee ☕ is lovely. However I once asked for an oat milk cappuccino but was given dairy milk, if it happens again I won't let them go at any cost. But 'OAT' and 'WHOLE' sound similar if you mumble.

Not a good serving of a mocha. A sloppy mess. Too much chocolate and not enough coffee.

Preparation area quite dirty and the toilets are dirty just everywhere could do with a really good clean worst Costa we’ve been to up2 now

Poor today. Newish staff. Under a bit of pressure due to the queue. Surly and not quite the right customer attention. COSTA, don't forget, £3.50 for a look warm coffee is pretty poor. Probably one star. I have been kind.

Staff are amazing at all times. Only reason I chose this spot.

Rude staff! Went in there to get a drink and was cash only started talking to my friends to see if they had cash and we also needed to use the toilets as we we’re waiting to go in the loo the staff shouts across the cafe the toilets arnt public are u buying a drink. Yes we were but if u are gunna shout at us rudely we won’t buy for you

Just eat kept putting back the time from original order- I know it was probably a busy time but the wait time should have reflected that

1 Missing item. I ordered two packs of chocolate cookies and only recieved one.

Unfortunately the staff ring every time we order to say they have no oat milk but they do have soya. I can’t drink soya milk and we are vegan so don’t drink animal milk. Always have to cancel and get refunded (which unfortunately never goes back to our payment card and stays in our JE account, which I understand isn’t their issue but it is annoying as it’s happened three times now with three orders) Started to go elsewhere due to this issue.

Driver could not find my house and my food arrived cold. Husband had to go outside and climb over our tall back wall to collect the order.

Me and my daughter went to Costa in St.austell. we orderd 1 small chocolate brownie frappe with cream and one medium chocolate brownie frappe with coffee and cream. we got left overs from the person infront of us. Didn't even look nice, no brownie no chocolate. I'd gotten the same drink in truro 2 hours earlier and the difference between them is exponential. Will never come back here again.

The hot drink was nearly cold and no straw for the cold drink

Everything was really nice. The tea and coffee ☕️ were still nice and hot. All was delivered quickly too. So all was good.

Some coffees were cold and the large coffees were half full

The food that arrived was very tasty and of a good high standard. Unfortunately only half of my order was delivered and the manager refused to help and didn't have the resources to help . So thats very very bad customer service, somethings wrong with the system there. I never got my full order but at least just eat refunded my money. Its annoyed me on a lovely Sunday morning.

I ordered 3 large coffees and all of them were only three-quarters full.

I don't normally go to this branch, went in only two staff in, waited for 15mins, the staff were rude and had a face on. worst service experienced. the tables were not clean nothing, the branch manager needs to go down and have a look.

Early / on time all ok nice & warm felt like it took ages but no rush tasted ok & main nice & warm keeping foil on hot choc is of course great keeping it warm over all good good okay taste ok nice & warm thanks :-)

I have to say that your loos are disgusting the loo brush you use has totally freaked me out. Please throw them away. I have nightmares about this. It's not worth the one star I'm posting. Please sort it out

Clean and tidy but closing down for a week for a brand new refit .. All shiny and new.

After 4pm not any cakes or buns left. Neither had they decaf coffee available. Over all the place needs a proper deep cleaning.

Strawberry lemonade was delicious! Staff were super friendly and made it an easy coffee break by making it extremely accessible with all my children

this costa is always looks dirty, tables are not cleared fast enough staff look undermanned not organised .wait for ages for a drink Only went in to use up my points from other costa shops, never again

Nice friendly atmosphere. Need to get there early to have a full range of food on offer, which means its good, be it expensive. Still...Nice for a treat and with friends

Not a typical 'coffee shop' atmosphere and I can't put my finger on why. Competent staff (albeit thin on the ground and often distracted) but I can never feel completely at ease there like I'd want from a good coffee shop. Can't give less than 2 stars as it is clean and serves you what you want, has seats & tables. Kinda pricey considering the absence of atmosphere.

This place needs a deep clean, filthy chairs and tables empty cups left on the tables. Had to exchange my drink because the cup had what looked like chocolate stains on the side.

Typical Costa. Quite a wait to be served. Some seats outside. Service felt rushed. Had to ask for brown sugar. You have to use track and trace or leave details. No bin outside for empty cups. Dirty ashtray on table.

Really happy with my order only thing I can say is cakes do not go in same bag as hot food I ordered a cold drink chuck it in there next time

What a brilliant con. First publish adverts stating that to celebrate 50 years coffee is 50p per cup when bought using the app. Then sell coffee and tell customers that the app isn't working and charge full price. Brilliant!

Placed an order, and the delivery driver left it on the pavement without knocking or ringing the door bell. I didn’t realise a hot drink would become an iced drink. Will not be ordering again, the staff do not have a clue!

Ordered the mango cooler and got the Berry one. Driver went to the wrong place for drop off aswell so had to walk to find him.

Absolutely useless... One food item missing and instead of a hot chocolate, we received 2x hot cups of milk... I spoke to them and they told me I can go and pick up the food item. Just go elsewhere

Arrived early in Bolton, so thought i'd treat myself to a coffee. Coffee shop was closed, but the friendly barista didn't mind me walking thru the drive-thru. Polite, quick friendly service. Cheaper than having the coffee to sit down. Large free car park. Easy access. Best latte in town Never fault the place

Lovely staff really nice coffee

Despite ordering a late with an extra shot, I didnt enjoy the drink. Coffee blend was poor and very quickly the takeaway went cold. I only drank 50% of the medium skinny with extra shot.

Takeaway only but doing a good service

Like a lit of these coffee places they are over priced.
