Costa Coffee in Tunbridge Wells

Really rude girl turned me away and told me they turned the ovens off even though it wasn’t closed yet. Should not close before the closing time. Very unhappy customer.

This is the only costa that takes my tray / drink to my table for me when I have my pram with me. Very helpful and friendly staff all the time

Awful staff overcharged me took my free costa drink and my 25% off voucher then the staff were extremely rude NEVER AND I SAY NEVER GO TO THIS COSTA

Costa, like many takeaway food outlets, has been the subject of several incidents in recent times regarding food allergies, so to see a mature member of staff handling the plain crossiants and the almond crossiants on the same oven sheet and with the same tongs is concerning.

Can be quite busy and hence a bit slower than expected at times with good queues forming. Well located, though, and always a decent coffee.

Friendly, polite, and efficient staff. It was really refreshing to be served by such lovely people :) we were having a bad day so it made the difference! Food and coffee was all prepared quickly. The inside is nice too - it’s pretty roomy and there’s a good amount of soft comfortable chairs. Plenty of parking as it’s in the retail park. No complaints!

Very friendly staff. I felt very welcomed..

During this time of day, mid week - it wasn't too busy,Comfortable, not hectic. A medium sized Costa (with about 15-20 tables, including two sets of high backed chairs for a sense of comfort). The staff were relaxed and friendly, and the coffee was carefully made. Had an all day breakfast wrap - which was fine, I suppose (but bland tbh). Only got it because Costa had dropped a discount treat in my app! I will come back regularly as an occasional morning pit stop to do some emails.

It's always a pleasure to go to the northfarm costa the staff are very friendly and efficient a great bunch off guys and girls best coffee around people if you want complete satisfaction get yourself to the northfarm costa .

Great selection of hot and cold drinks... Now sell M&S food too. Ample parking... And Samuel works here.. I like to refer to him as Mr Cheery. You'll see why! (he looks like Fred Sirieix) 🙈🙈

Very nice amazing food and drinks the drinks were ice cold just how I like them and I very much enjoy it there and its also right by Skinners so the school kids can go there straight after and before school and the workers are always very nice and polite and you can sat inside or outside and either way they have comfy seats

Slow service today, the guys doing their best but needed some extra hands. Surprisingly busy for two thirty on a Wednesday though.

Convenient, cosy and easy to park. Friendly staff, who make an effort to serve great coffee. Plenty of space to sit, a combination of tables and chairs, and padded benches. I was satisfied with the service and the coffee. This Costa shop did not disappoint. Will visit again.

Well stocked shop. Nice Christmas gift display. Food displayed well, very popular. Toilets could have done with a bit of bleach, but over all a good coffee stop.

The evidence of the last person's coffee around the rim of my cup was somewhat off putting, a little more attention to cleaning needed. The place was exceptionally busy but that's no excuse, glad I usually stick to the small independents that really care and notice these kinds of things.

Nice costa it's just not in a great place if you want to sit outside. Clean inside no issue there. But it is on an 'island' between a car park and entrance road to the retail park.

Could only give us takeaway cups even though we had drinks in also no plates, no spoons and no sugar. One star is generous. All tables had dirty plates and cups. Had to wipe my own table. Don't bother visiting.

It's a Costa 1 the coffee is good 2 the snacks are inviting and well made if slightly small 3 there was a queue 4 someone in the queue had a problem with their order 5 the place is clean with someone clearing tables constantly 6 go you won't be disappointed

Such a great group of people (staff). A lovely Christmas atmosphere, coffee and food are great. What more could I ask for.
