Costa Coffee in Hart

Enjoyed a very nice HUGE coffee at Costa in Fleet high street. Excellent service from very friendly lovely staff. Usual Costa menu. No complaints. Nice atmosphere.

Not a good experience today. Couldn't make the size drink we wanted; no crockery for drinks - take-out cus only- but not informed of this until after drinks paid; generally tables cluttered with litter and lots of flies on chairs. You pay a premium to have coffee at Costa but felt robbed today and nobody seemed to really be bothered. At least I would have got what I expected at McDonald's at a fraction of the price. Was disappointing.

This is a review for the costa branch on Fleet high street. I popped in here yesterday and wanted to try their new honeycomb caramel cappuccino. They were very strict in complying with the latest government regulations and all staff were wearing masks and ensuring that their customers were too. They took details of all those eating in and I thought it was a very safe place to be. Along with my cappuccino I also ordered a flapjack seed slice which I know to be very tasty. I didn’t really enjoy the coffee and will stick to non syrup based ones in the future.

I grabbed a quick tea from here. It was very busy - even though it was a Friday morning. Long queues and not much space. The tea was fine and as it should be.

The café is situated in a handy corner of the shopping centre, it's nice and large with plenty tables. However, there really needs to be a toilet dedicated to the premises as the nearest one is at the very opposite end of the whole shopping arcade! Not having the facilities on hand makes it very inconvenient for the visitors. Oh and some gluten-free and dairy-free options would be nice. Nobody wants overpriced tiny bags of crisps and the same bloody awful brownie!!!!

Good friendly polite staff. Small venue in the shopping centre. It can get very busy. Good tasting coffee at reasonable prices.

Young helpful staff. It’s conveniently placed in the town centre and the menu is the same as always. It gets busy. Choose your time.

Flat white with Semi skimmed milk!!! Never new flat white made with Semi skimmed milk!!! Filter badly adjusted coffe grains comes out in to cup!!! Place and tables always dirty!!!

We often pop in here for a hot drink on a Saturday before tackling the weekly food shop as its opposite Waitrose. Hot chocolate, latte, tea, sometimes one of the cold smoothies although I get a brain freeze from them as they are so cold. The staff have always been pleasant. Occasionally we have toasted sandwiches, service is usually good. There is no customer toilet on the premises people have to remember the only public loos are at the far end one floor up from WH Smiths end of the shopping centre. Would like more of the comfortable type sofas or armchairs but I guess they can get more customers in with the upright hard chairs.

Stopped by with my hubby for a coffee. We didn’t have any food as it’s slightly over priced but the coffee was nice . It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and served quickly

The staff are always friendly and the service is quite quick. The atmosphere is buzzing and its always busy but we can always find a seat. The range of drinks and food is good so you have alot of choice. We had the meal deal which we thought was very good value for money, it consisted of a drink,toastie and choice of classy crisps,which is ideal for lunch. We always go there for coffee as its warm and welcoming.

Rarely been to such a busy Costa and so impressed by the teamwork and positive attitude of the staff, totally focused on serving ... could have been chaotic but was actually amazingly efficient. Just another Costa lifted up a level

Normally use McDonald's drive through in Farnborough for breakfast but decided to try Costa on my way down the M3. Almost £7???? For 2 Latte !!! Never again. Do yourself a favour and save almost £4 and go to McDonald's !

This Costa Coffee surely has the slowest service in the whole country!!! You wait for hours in the queue. They never seem to have enough staff and the staff they do have have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Get free coffee in Waitrose and sit on a bench in the Hart Centre instead!!

Wheelchair accessible. Was meant to be quick visit but took a while for my food to come out. Friendly staff

So popular it's sometimes difficult to get a table. Friendly staff who work really hard. Easy to find in the centre, but I wish it was bigger.

Reasonable Americano, hot. However shortage of people clearing tables, all were serving. Cleared it myself.

Great coffee but reason I meet clients here is its generally nice and quiet when you go through to the back and sit close to window. Means no one is going past you and distracting the conversation.

Really lovely staff nice and chatty but didn't have what I wanted in stock for my drink but made a good improvise so was over all really happy X

Situado en el centro de Hart. En silla de ruedas y carritos también adecuado para. Más caro que el de otros 2 cafeterías también dentro del centro comercial. Tiende a ser más abierto. horas Periódico gratuito para leer para pasar el tiempo esperando en la cola a amigo ser servido.

As this is in the centre and just outside Waitrose I find this very convenient to rest after your grocery shopping.I often arrange to meet friends who shop there as well.You have tio wait to get seated and it is dark as it is enclosed inside the shopping mall.I do think that there cups are large and have to sometimes waste a bit.It is an expensive place for coffee as compared to the other coffee outlets in Fleet.A very good selection of coffees.

After a long time, Coffee and snacks for lunch at Costa in Fleet againTheir Capo is always good and the muffins are very taste full.The ham and cheese sandwiches where lovely, we' ll be back again

Fleet Costa is in the Hart Shopping centre and is partly open plan which is quite nice because friends will often see you in there and say hello. It does get pretty busy, but the coffee and food are up to normal Costa standards. Free Wi-Fi is available.

This Costa Coffee is inside the Hart Centre in Fleet. Wheelchair and pram accessible. Pretty standard for a chain. Extra seating put in fairly recently so a good size inside. A tad dark for my preference - lighting always seems to be a bit muted. All on one level. Papers provided. Always seems to be a queue at the till and not the cleanest of insides - tables always seem to need clearning. Staff friendly and helpful. Handy restaurant if you are looking for a pretty standard experience with a chain - Costa prices are at the high end to my mind.

I was looking for a fast good quality creamy drink on a saturday afternoon and the mint choc chip creamy cooler i chose was better than expected and made very quickly and efficiently. All staff served with a polite and professional approach in particular the young man who made up my drink who did a brilliant job. 10/10 would recommend

This is a busy Costa - which is a good sign. The queue moves at a good speed and they fairly whistle through the orders. I always enjoy my flat white here and their cortado is also good. I often go here before going to Waitrose.You might have to wait for a seat at busy times but as I said that is a good sign.The only reason I have not ranked this as a 5 is because they need some new trays!

Right in the centre so easy to find. useful wifi connection too. If you want 'quiet' go around 3 when mum's go off to collect the kids from school

Its convenient and they are lovely friendly staff. We were served by Christopher whom was very polite and helpful.

This is a good Costa, always busy. The service is efficient and everything is the standard you would expect. At times it is difficult to navigate through the tables.

Good stopping place in Fleet centre. Good coffee and the usual pastries and buns. Tried the new coffee blend which is very acceptable.

Never ever have any dairy free foods although head office will tell you they do, each time I visit they don't have any.

This is a typical Costa branch in the main shopping centre in Fleet town centre. Plenty of seats although in can get busy at peak times.Staff friendly and helpful

As a regular customer over many years I love the enthusiasm and warmth of the staff, their easy conversations with customers and their knowledge of customer preferences. It's a cup of coffee worth queuing for!

I use this Costa outlet many several times a week and the reception received, service and coffee is always excellent.Its's located in the shopping center with options to sit slightly more exposed, surrounded by low, corridor walls, or within the totally enclosed cafe.As all tables are very wobbly, every visit provides an often unwanted game of turn-the-table until the rocking is in the required direction!

Don't trust the marketing, this type of coffee would never be served in Italy. It's just not good enough. And the food is almost inedible. That would definitely never be served in Italy. Avoid at all costs!

Not sure why there is only one other review on this establishment!!!!!!! This Costa is always busy and this tells me it's good, I never eat or drink in a quiet place for obvious reasons..There are several coffee shops around in Fleet but this one has the edge.The staff always happy and pleasant and work hard, the tables could be cleared quicker, but defiantly worth a visit if you're in Fleet.

I never go wrong with Coffee and cake from Costa. Every time I come here I get excellent service and good quality choice of cakes.
