Don't visit as often as I used to... watching the pennies but still my meet up place with friends and family .. Nice atmosphere great team .. had a pastry pan aux raisin .. tasty .. and my usual American...

Lovely drinks friendly atmosphere

Served quickly by friendly and helpful staff. Food was tasty and the kitkat hot chocolate was on point. Really nice space, lots of windows to look out of. I do think they could fit more tables in if they changed the layout of the banquet seating, I can see why it's there but it leaves a bit of dead space that could have been filled, not that there weren't seats available, just feels under utilised space.

A very busy Sunday afternoon. The staff were attentive and polite. Tables were full and staff cleared as soon as they could-they were rushed off their feet The drinks were nice and hot, did not try food but the cakes all looked very appetising, especially the Cinnamon buns.

I didnt eat anything today but food is lovely when i do and staff are always lovely and friendly.

Went in costa yesterday with our 22 month old grandaughter. She had a baby cinno and was trying to use a stirrer as a straw. We were explaining to her that it wasn’t a straw and a gentleman that worked here overheard our conversation. A few minutes later he came back with a new lid and a cut down straw he had made for her. Amazing service thank you .

The worst 😫, unsavoury food for a long time, the worst americano and the cappuccino was cold, I left and won't be back again

Nice and quiet on Boxing Day. Really enjoyed our visit

Sat in the side conservatory area, windows very wet and damp, uncomfortable with tables against them. Nice drinks with polite service. 2 people sat smoking vapes and eating food not from Costa. Staff need to be alert to this.

Dirty tables crockery had not been cleared, very busy, but staff still kept smiling. Maybe more staff needed just to clear tables.

This is one of the dirtiest Costas I've ever been to. Tables were filthy and were rarely cleaned between customers. The floor was dirty with food on the floor. Staff have to use the customer toilet which I find unacceptable. My wife was very ill after visiting there last week. The place needs to be closed and given a deep clean and staff to be trained on how to keep a food outlet clean. It seems profit is coming before cleanliness. I would avoid this Costa at all costs.

Not great. Not particularly clean, floor tacky, tables intended WiFi not working How difficult is it to keep up standards?....a shame!

Comforting and relaxing atmosphere for all.. popped in for a quick drink, very nice, quick and friendly service!

Coffee not as good post covid. Don't agree with policy of trans. Won't be visiting Costa again, goodbye.

Coffee was tasty but service was so slow. The poor person serving was on her own, she really should have more people working with her on a Saturday afternoon. She was rushed off her feet, not fair on her and slow service because of it.

Today I was go to Costa. it was not hygienic and clean

Very helpful staff. We did go right at the end of the day which is probably why my cake was a little dry. The strawberries and cream frappe was delicious

It's ok but as with everywhere else coffee prices are on the rise and Costa is no stranger to upping the price.

Got one of our drinks wrong twice and were lazy when correcting the error

Expensive it was every 8 drinks one free now it's every 10 getting greedy.

Service staff excellent, not just serving me and moving on, they were engaging with me the customer and it was nice to see someone enjoying the job and smiling

Disgusting store! The attitude Of the store manager towards her staff is disgusting. The air conditioning is broken leaving the store a sweat box with staff red as tomatoes and on the verge of passing out! Shocking work ethic!! The assistant manager I believe she is called Laura or Lauren, works so hard and always has a smile on her face. Genuine lady who goes above and beyond for her customers. The man on who is always always in the shop floor doesn't stop! He's being worked to death! He never seems to have help. Poor management. Clearly doesn't have people skills. Speaks rude and abruptly to her staff and to customers. One staff member is not clear! Her personal hygiene is disgusting. If she is making drinks I will leave without making a purchase Some staff need educating on their personal hygiene The store also needs to be assessed for its hygiene! Filthy, disgusting store! And the toilets are disgusting and never clean

Love costa coffee, always worth a visit.

Untidy and tables not cleared, so went to the takeaway which had 1 person and a longer queue, poor girl was under pressure and people in the queue left due to the long wait.

Where do I start we walked in at 10.15 on Sunday 28.05 2023 and if we had wanted to eat the fridge was poorly stocked the customer in front of me asked for there coffee as a take away and it was served to drink in when they asked for it to be made to take away the staff member huffed and starting slamming the milk etc around. I asked for an oatmeal latte which tasted of perfume an all round bad experience from start to finish rude staff poor service and even poorer made coffee ☕️

Absolutely disgusting, shocking service , undrinkable! If you don't want to work then find another job. Why do you employ people who obviously don't want to work. Huffing and puffing because I asked for chocolate sprinkle on my coffee she then put so much on that it was like drinking a hot chocolate. We couldn't drink the drinks as both tasted like hot water. Looking around , most people where leaving their drinks after trying them. Never again now where is the nearest Nero!

Just been in with my son and we used our free bean. The guy serving was fine but the woman making the coffee was rude. Huffing and puffing because we ordered our drink to collect the last bean to then order the free one separately after as she had already heated the milk (I'm guessing this is why she was annoyed cant think of why else she was pulling her face and slamming things about) you're getting paid to serve if you hate your job so much go somewhere else. Dont deserve that type of service with costa prices. Actual joke and its embarrassing behaviour like that from a grown woman.

It's a very busy little shop. Was quite a queue to get served and struggled to get a seat when we went. Noticed a few seats being taken up by people just working and not even drinking/eating. The floor where we sat was dirty and there was what looked like yoghurt everywhere. The food and drink I had was fine though, toastie was slightly overdone but still enjoyed it.

Service was slow, but the coffee is always good and the toast and is nice.

The worst visit to any Costa I have ever been to. Yes, it was busy, and as I ordered my food and drinks there was already six people waiting for orders. My order was taken and immediately the sandwiches were put into the oven. This meant that when they were ready there was still three orders in front of me for drinks. I commented to a staff member that my food was ready too early and would be cold before my drinks were ready, so, he removed them from the tray and threw them down near the ovens. He then came round the counter for two fresh ones and threw them next to the others. My drinks were finally made and then I had to ask for the sandwiches to be heated. I was offered the now cool ones to be reheated which I refused. New ones then were put in for me. Thankfully the girl had made the coffee on the hot side or it would have become a vicious circle of cool drink followed by cool food. No apologies were given and it will be a while before I return to this particular Costa

The best coffee ever and delicious munchies muffins... well, my number one ever coffee. Staff are absolutely amazing x

Outside seating available, nice seating inside, choices of drinks and food...

Terribly slow service despite 6 people behind the counter, waiting for clean cups apparently. Maybe a good idea to clear a few tables from time to time. Did enjoy the chocolate orange cake though when I finally got it.

Busy little Costa this one, thankfully they have a counter specifically for orders to go. Clean enough, but I did notice they're still advertising Christmas food from Marks and Spencer in February 🤔

Went on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was very busy. But managed to find somewhere to sit.

Price of decafe coffee has rocketed to a 50p surcharge on top of a price hick for a normal size as well. These prices are getting ridiculous and will make people think twice about visiting these coffee shops. Service was poor also. Almost as if the staff would rather be home.

Great venue for a quick snack and coffee.

food and drinks are always served in a timely manner and 90% of the time the staff are lovely

Coffee is decent as always but the toilets were like an explosion at the andrex factory and the toilet itself was either minging or stained to the point of no return

Nice quiet coffee and polite, friendly staff. A little run off their feet and no clean tables but they were very busy with only a few staff.

Needed to grab breakfast but virtually no gluten free options. Offered some gluten free biscuits in a packet or tomato soup. Won't be going back for breakfast

This has to be the dirtiest Costa I've ever been in! The tables are never cleaned just cleared! Covered in filth, I saw 5 customers come and go without the table being wiped. The floor is absolutely disgusting with food everywhere. This place needs a massive deep clean you can only imagine the hygiene standards for food and drink 🤢🤮 My advice avoid until they get this place deep cleaned.

Quiet for market day , usually have trouble getting a table. Walked straight in no queue. Couldn't find a high chair though for baby whether they are available or not we couldn't see.

I visited Costa Coffee ☕️ Bury The Rock Shopping Park at the very first time to grab a quick coffee but as I entered inside and spotted out some awesome atmosphere and interior designs I couldn’t stop myself to sit for a while and wrote a Google review. Superb location for the coffee ☕️ and Munchies lover as it’s on the heart of the shopping park and Close to the #therange.co.Uk Best coffee ☕️ and excellent customer service by the awesome staff.

Came for tea and egg mushroom sandwich, food was good, staff friendly but I recieved stained cup and tea pot, when asked about veggie breakfast box i was told it just have beans, mushrooms and fake sausages...not what vegetarians want to hear. Not many customers but 4 tables still had cups left, sat there 20 min no tables cleaned during that time.
