Service was good and the coffee average. Where Costa Chipping Norton exceeds all expectation is in the grubbiness of the furniture. All of the soft furnishing looks like it has been a recent victim of incontinence. I would have sat on a chair but fear I might have caught the plague off it. Burn it all!

This place is highkey the best costa I've ever been to. I had the bacon bap with ketchup (ooo cheeky) and the salted caramel frappe. There was some guy called Sunny and I thought that was a cool name so bonus points for that. Highkey reccomend this place.

This is one if the nicest Costa Cofee outlets that we have visited for a long time. Very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. Staff are friendly and efficient, and parking is free and convenient. Recommended !

Coffee and staff always good but the furniture particularly the armchairs are disgusting - stained threadbare and hortibly unhygenic. Come on Costa - refurb please!

We arrive before lunchtime, it was quite busy but the lady who Served us was very polite and apologise for the wait even though it was only about two minutes, from what we saw there was good teamwork to get our drinks made as soon as possible and our toasty came soon after.

Friendly staff who seemed genuinely please to serve you. The usual good variety of food and drink options on offer. The tables were cleared as soon as people vacated their table and the toilets were clean.

Costa have 4 charging points for electric cars. Non work. I talked to the Costa staff and they all said "nothing to do with us" so I rang the number on the chargers and was told that they had been ordered by Costa, paid for by Costa but Costa had never commissioned them. So I went to the Co-op who have 2 charging points - they work and are free.

Quite bust. Very slow service so waited a long time in the queue. Some of the food items on offer looked pretty tired. Prices way too high. However, all that is what you expect from Costa so no real surprise. Pity Chipping Norton doesn't have some good independent coffee shops, or if it does they are hard to find. Worth driving on to Moreton-in-Marsh where there are lots, as there are in many other villages around the Cotswolds.

This is a great, clean spacious coffee shop. It would be nice if the store manager was as cheerful as her staff.

Myself my2 daughters and 2 grandchildren came in for lunch today, not a cheap visit but when asked if we could have tomato ketchup and Mayo we got grunted at by I believe her name was Megan for asking she turned her back on me and said we don’t do Mayo which is fair enough but there is a way of telling people , and when I went back up to help my daughter with the order Megan gave me the dirtiest look (not exceptable in my opinion , the rest of the staff were lovely pity one person can put you off going somewhere again , think you have lost our custom !

We went on this trip to get a drink with a few friends as i have done before but as we entered we were greeted with a rude man who had quite a obnoxious attitude towards us. Honestly, i am quite dissapointed and if i see this man again i might aswell go to Cafe Nero instead. But the drinks were nice.

First of all, we had a £1 off on the costa app and when scanned it didn’t work. The man serving us got angry at us as if it was our fault when in reality it’s a Costa coffee problem. He was rude and impatient and clearly shouldn’t work in the customer service sector. Despite this we came back and this time, a lovely woman served us and we got our drinks.

Thank you Gary and Team for our warm welcome early 8.15am today with our first sit in visit in a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed our coffees and cakes. I observed Gary constantly running around with a cloth in his hand and sterilising everything. Made us feel quite safe. Two happy customers here 😊😊

Very clean and safe. Always important in these times. Ella made a great cappuccino, served to me with smiley eyes,as all staff were masked up! Great to see. They were always cleaning too. Pavelina welcomed me with with a cheerful hello and took my order in a professional yet friendly manner. How could I resist the upsell of a special blend from such a lovely lady? Definitely recommend this Costa!

A first time visit here on a late Sunday afternoon, I think his name was Tommy, but when we walked in he was polite and friendly. There was only one other customer in the shop and it was spotlessly clean and tidy. We ordered 2 Flat Whites which he brought to the table for us. The coffee was rich and velvety. Couldn’t ask for better service.

3 of us had wonderful lunch after Blenheim visit ( cafes great there too but we also love pubs) on a weekday, had reservations. Okay service but what stood out was atmosphere, location, good food!

A great Costa Coffee! The staff are hardworking, friendly, and keep the place spotlessly clean. It’s refreshing to see such a positive and hands-on store manager. Even though it’s a busy location, the service is always top-notch. I’m also loving the autumn drinks on the menu right now!

Great fish finger sandwich and lovely bar staff. Discovered I’d lost my wedding ring a couple of hours after leaving the pub, we went back to check if I’d dropped it there…and the member of staff was amazing and put rubber gloves on and went through the bin in the loos and found it!! What a super star - I’m so grateful! We will definitely return - thank you so much!

Went later than normal lunch so wasn't so packed and sat in the undercover corridoor just outside the giftshop entrance. It was quite cold out in the courtyard and indoors seemed a bit chaotic with lots of staff clearing tables and kids running around. The ordering line blocks the view of the cakes so you need to be in the line to see them, but it moves so slowly and you can't get a good look at everything all at once which made me bounce between decisions a lot. The location of the clean trays didn't make sense and I had to leave my spot in the line to pick one up. Others in the queue didn't mind though so I was able to jump back in, but not before another couple hijacked my empty space to get the till operator to fix their order which had something wrong with it, leaving me standing there a little awkwardly holding an empty tray for a while. With my poor eyesight I couldn't make out the small writing on the menu which was way back behind the till and everything turned out to be quite pricey but that was expected. Ordered a carrot and walnut cake, sausage roll, and a latte. My coffee was excellent, though I had to stand there with a loaded tray waiting for it as it was the slowest moving part of the process with only a single barista and machine. The susage roll was still hot and really tasty, and the cake was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful.
