Worst coffee i ve ever had. Asked for a double espresso on ice and i got an over extracted bitter espresso. Please teach your baristas the 30-30 rule!

I was first in the queue and the miserable looking woman served the woman behind me even though I was first and spoke , decided not to buy anything and walked out.

Spacious and airy. Free parking available for 2 hours only but you can pay at machines to extend for longer stay.

From an incident of swearing at a baby the lady didn't let my sister sort out the problem and said nasty things so I won't come back to this place until this lady who worked there apologises to me and maybe I would come back. Your staff need to be taught how to treat customers with autism and respectively. Happened on 5th April 2024 Now I'm too scared to go to this Costa because of the incident and how upset I am. 😭😭😭 5th June 2024.

Good, nice place to eat really good service 👌 I have had the white choc iced wipped latte 😋 absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the drinks and the cakes were tasty, the lemon drizzle is a little dru but good!

They didnt take my order after I was standing waiting for like 10 minutes. So I left and just went to a different Costa that actually took my order.

Coffee excellent food blant and roll and sandwich tasteless. No other sauce just tomato sauce. Should make food from fresh not from packaging . Staff ok but looks grumpy..and overpriced where i walk around the corner and get a better deal and food

A very busy coffee shop, usually long cues and you'll be lucky to find somewhere to sit inside depending what time of day it is? Apart from that nice coffee, I've never tried the food here. Friendly staff.

Excellent Costa and well managed and run

I was ordered a tomato and cheese toastie but got a pesto and cheese baguette.

Under half a cup of coffee here use this every single day. Ruben sort them workers out

Delivery time was 5 mins late but it’s okay. Food was not nice today I feel like my food was rushed and toastie wasn’t toasted it was just bread

I try not to use Costa coffee as I tend to find the atmosphere is zero! The staff I have encountered on my visits are usually on the sullen side! This quick coffee with relatives did nothing to change my opinion! Although the choccy cake was bloody good so not a total negative! I find the smaller family coffee/cake shops are so much better and great value!

This specific Costa is open early have a reasonably fast service the coffee is well Costa, not anything comparable to an Italian one. Go to cafe Nero or if you're in London search for the nearest Cafe Vergnano, real Italian machines, real coffee. Can't beat it. PLUS the manager, some polish tall girl, was VERY VERY VERY rude, to an old man that asked her "what kind of cakes they have" she replied "they are there in the window why you don't go and check by yourself?". I go and ask her if they have any napkins and just pointed at a pile, with very annoyed face. Go somewhere else, for a good coffee or good manners

Great coffee, food okay, but a bit bland

Today I went to Costa with family, I had a blueberry muffin with a chocolate brownie frappe, it was absolutely delicious. The service was amazing, highly recommend the chocolate brownie frappe

Costa food I've always found to be quite pricey for what it is but this Aylesbury branch in particular is golden for its staffing and atmosphere. Get my usual in the morning and they never fail to welcome myself and my family. Really well staffed , friendly

Really nice costa. Very comfortable seats and lots of space. Nice to relax before or after hitting the retail park.

I sat and had a coffee and a piece of chocolate tiffin. There was a backlog of hot drinks orders and the barista was struggling to keep up and there's nowhere for waiting customers to stand without holding up the queue.

I’m getting sick and tired of watching people scratch their heads and face just to not wash hands and prepare my food! It’s sickening! 🤮🤮 maybe some training needs to be provided to staff handling food !

Nice bright spacious Costa - and the powers that be at Costa have at last returned to decent quality sandwiches, panini and wraps that I was actually tempted to buy. Had a nice BLT sandwich and lovely lemon cake.

Didn’t show up but marked delivered. Terrible service - very unhappy.

Good location with easy free parking (for 2 hours). Plenty of space inside but it does get busy at times and when it does you can be waiting a while for your food/drink. Staff are lovely. Always super courteous and I've always found my coffee to be spot on.

Food delivered on time, however toasties overcooked and very hard on edges, leaving the cheese on top with a burnt taste.

It's ok. Queues are often long and food is massively over priced but then you probably know that before going there. Staff at this branch do work hard to get people served quickly and the seating area is fine. This branch is somewhat let down by it's location and when we last visited a verbal fight between some lads spilled into the shop and got a bit heated. Not the first time I seen this at this Costa but it adds something more edgy to the usual vibe!

Popular, so we had to wait for seats, but service was fast. Coffee and hot chocolate were good. Didn't eat so can't comment on food. Could make the recycling bins more obvious, though.

The restaurant left a note written on a piece of napkin in the bag saying they’d sold out of the cake i’ve ordered. This shouldn’t have even been available to order for a start, but more importantly why did you not cancel the order or phone me to ask if I wanted an alternative? Why send the order with a missing item?

Yeh not bad at all for a Costa. Had a coconut flat white which was nice and strong. Also treated myself to a tuna melt. Could have slightly more generous on the cheese front but overall decent.

Got my order wrong on two occasions.

It's beautiful place when you tired and need to wake up have a cup of coffee make you fresh.

Always get my order wrong every week and never get a reply via email or refund. Now the phone lines are not working and speak yo anyone.

Slow costumer service. They forget our order. They fight with each other . 90% of tables dirty and noone cleaned them for over 30mins

Had Mint Choc Frappe and it was horrible (bought previously from here and was lovely) . Tasted like there must have been washing up liquid left in the blender after cleaning. So gross I had to throw most of it away. 2 star as ordering was quick and staff were pleasant.

I ordered 2 x Coffee Frappé, I got a frappe without whipped cream I asked where the whipped cream is, I got the answer that they do not have it anymore. I am asking why I was not informed about it before I paid for the order ?? a bit unfair

This is our favourite Costa for a great coffee and friendly relaxed atmosphere. The team work tirelessly every day under a lot of pressure but they always take the time to welcome you and make sure your order is served as quickly as possible. The new members of the team are very well trained and work so hard to get to grips with everything. The quality is always consistent and delicious and they go out of their way to help. They even somehow manage to remember orders for all their regular customers which is a lovely touch. We highly recommend a visit!

I ordered 2 caramel lattes and they taste so bitter and have no caramel added to them when i actually paid for it too. Also missing the 2 cakes. Won't be ordering for delivery again. Poor service.

Only got half my order…. Pretty sure the driver took the other one.
